Bar and Goon, T-R-A-I-N-I-N-G! (P, IO, NK)

Bar did twelve, and almost hunched over from the pain. "What I wanna see, is two Medical types working together, healing each other's wounds and stamina at the same time. Found out about that little loophole from a couple of nurses who ahem, shared everything with each other." Bar waggled an eyebrow at Goon.

(In terms of mechanics, the Mystical Palm restores 50 AP for the cost of 40AP. You cannot use the AP regen on yourself, only heal wounds. But if both Medic-Nin are healing each other's AP... :D)

Ryuku was in the same training tower as the two ninjas Bar and Goon, however Ryuku was just one floor below the training room that the two ninja were currently training in. The floor Ryuku was in was home to the training room for the female ninja. (Kunoichi) He was casually leaning up against the edge of the gym near the stairs that lead up and down the tower giving the girls the smooth eyes as they were getting ready to leave, hoping one might spark an Interest in Ryuku and spark up a conversation. Just as he was about to talk to one of the many beautiful young ladies who had just gotten done training he become overcome with a sickening feeling that a security guard was going to arrive soon and kick him out. Due to Ryuku always trusting his instincts he quickly slipped into the stair corridor and  began the casual whistle stroll up the stairs. About half way up the stairs he heard with his catlike ears the sound of a 'thud thud thud.' It seems that some other ninja were training up in the mens section just a floor above him. Ryuku being a bit of a curious cat decided to inspect the noises. 

Ryuku was always extremely light on his feet even when he was not trying to. So upon entering the mens gym he made so little sound, that not even an animal with the keenest of hearing could detect a trace of him. He saw two ninja who appeared to be Tengakure genin just like him self, training up their physical abilities. This exited ryuku for he was a taijutsu specialist, he was all about training his body to make him faster and stronger. Ryuku was just about to introduce himself to the other genin when he realized he might sound a bit intruding. So instead Ryuku proceeded to begin to jog around the track to get his body worked up for future training. He was confident that if it was his fate to train with the other genin then it would end up happening. But for not Ryuku just focused on working up his blood flow to prepare him for whatever was next to come.

"It seems, we have a guest,", Goon said quietly, as he felt a cool breeze when the door opened. If it wasn't for the door Goon wouldn't have noticed the person come in. The person seemed make a motion like he was about to say something, but got nervous or something, it was hard to tell from the corner of Goon's eye. He turned around and started jogging though, and Bar finished his set and hunched. "That'd be pretty crazy and a very smart move. Let's take a break, we've been at this for a while now." Goon would sit on the ground and watch the newcomer as he jogged around the track.

"You're done, then? My turn next." Bar was initially going to respect gym etiquette and ignore the newcomer unless they crossed paths, but his Byakugan revealed something interesting... "Chakra's like someone from the Inuzuka Clan... I think? No dog, though. Let him finish warming up, man. I'm trying to decide what to work out next." While Bar talked, he rubbed at his very sore limbs and joints. "Why don't we see what he does?"

(Personal note: Bar WC=2104. Goon WC= 3114. Goon, Ryuku, it would be a very good idea if you both lifted weights for a while.)

Due to his catlike hearing, Ryuku, could easily hear the mumbles and small chatters of Bar and Goon. and he though to himself. Damn Ryuku, of corse the heard you. you forgot about the stupid door. Forgetting such a thing would have been a great dishonor among his home people. However not that either goon, nor bar would know this due to the Nekoto being such a very secretive clan, that hardly anyone knows there existence. Although he knew that now he could most likely introduce himself to the other ninja in the room and it be quite normal to everyone else. However he decided to keep working on getting ready to train. After a few more laps he got a nice steady heartbeat going up. Blood was flowing well through his body. He then threw his arms over his head his fingers bristling the ground right ahead of his stylish boots. Ryuku held this stretch for a while slowly stretching it farther so his palms would eventually end up flat on the ground. This was the first of many stretched that were used to limber his body up. Once he was done with his final stretch he went over to a more padded area of the gym with a mirror right infront of him. Ryuku started dropping down to the ground face first almost like a plank, he was stiff as a board falling down. About half way through his fall both his arms extended out to catch him. He hit the ground with this hands first, slowly bending his elbows absorbing the impact with his muscles. He bent down to just over a 90 degree angle with his elbows as he let out a big long breath. Just as he had absorbed the shock from the fall the pushed with his muscles again springing himself up back in the air for just enough time for  his hands to come together making a clap. after he clapped he would fall back down on his hands and repeat this same process for 20 more times.

Once done with the pushups ryuku still felt that he needed to focus more on strength for the time being as he was just reading a inspiring article on might guy of the leaf village who was said to have incredible taijutsu. this has inspired Ryuku to train more on his strength and speed and have less of a focus on ninjutsu. Once he was done with his 20 set of clap push ups, Ryuku would stand and stretch out his arms. A few beads of sweat had already appeared on his forehead under his bangs. For the sake of not getting his hair too wet ryuku pulled out a bandanna and tied it around his forehead as to get the hair out of his face and catch his sweat. Ryuku would then walk over to the weight lifting bench and grab two 30lb arm weights. These would strap onto his arms like overly large wrist bands. He would then do the same with 40lb leg straps. After this he could proceed to do jumping jacks along with air punches, pull ups and standing still back flips until his arms got so tired he could hardly bear it anymore.

Goon was wondering why he felt so heavy. It took him a little to remember that he was still wearing the weights, from earlier. He forgot he even had them on, because he didn't see them on Bar, whose fell off when he was doing sit-ups. Goon stood up his break was over, he removed the remaining weights he had on. His body felt like air after he removed them all, when he stepped it seem he was walking on clouds. He stood next to Bar watching them newcomer. Eventually Goon felt the guy would get annoyed or feel obligated to ask why the hell they were staring at him. "Think he messes around with taijutsu?" he asked as he saw the guy was working on his strength.

"Unless he's fooling us both with Genjutsu," Bar quipped with a wry tone. Bar watched the boy put on a respectable amount of weights, and do some general exercises. "I guess general weight training is what we're doing." Bar puts his weights back on, meanders over to an area of the gym that was both clear and within Ryuku's range of vision, and does a series of Tai Chi stances that, in general, took about ten minutes. But Bar does something a little different. Perhaps it was the way the hand fluttered in a beckoning motion, perhaps it was the way that Bar's head kept looking in Ryuku's direction, then turning away. Perhaps it was the way that Bar entered a pulling stance whenever his body leaned towards him, or perhaps it was all of the above. As Ryuku's feet came down after another standing in place backflip he let out a big breath. Feeling his knees been and the tight burning in all the muscles in his legs and arms he let out a long breath. Slowly standing up feeling a rush of cool relaxation as his muscles stopped being strained. He could just start to feel his pulse in his muscles. This met he was doing something good. Ryuku looked at the other ninja who were in the room with him, he could easily hear everything they were saying although they did not know he could. After a short mind debate with himself he figured the hell with it, he'll just introduce himself. Ryuku stated to walked over to the two ninjas who both seemed to be interested in what Ryuku had been doing. He stopped about 2 meters away from them and sat on a weight bench. Hello, my name is Ryuku. Are you also Tengakure ninja? He looked at Bar. You're a Hyuuga? thats cool maybe you could teach me some cool taijutsu moves aswell. He looked at Goon You look like a student of martial arts, i would love to spar sometime. Ryuku looked at both the ninja and smiled. he though if he was planning to be friendly might as well just go for it. Right after he finished talking to them he picked up a weight and started doing several sets of curls, while still sitting on the bench looking at them.

Bar picked up a jump rope with convenient sensors in the handles, and began skipping at a very high speed while he talked. "I am Bar Hyuuga, my friend here is Goon, no last name." Bar wondered why he would ask if they were Tengakure ninja, weren't all three of them wearing the village headband? "If you can recognize me as a Hyuuga, then you already know that the only thing you can learn of the Gentle Fist is how to defend against our Bloodline-restricted Taijutsu. Perhaps you might be better served by Goon, here. He's interested in coming up with his own take on the Eight Gates, which anyone can learn, if they work hard enough. And yourself? How would you describe your Taijutsu?"

Goon watched as Bar jump-roped and conversed with Ryuku, but he knew his headband was slightly on the top of his head. It was holding his 'fro back. As Bar would introduce him, he would stick out his hand and offer Ryuku a handshake. He too wondered what the Taijutsu, the kid was interested in. There was so many to choose from. Goon just stayed silent and waited to hear Ryuku's answer.
