C-Rank: Stop The Riot

As Makussu heard the sound of screams he quickly flicked his goggles onto his eyes to reduce any possible glare he could get from Kasai's technique, most likely one of fire, them quickly made a check of the "battlefield" before he jumped down. Already a large amount of the former mob had been sunk below the streets where they would hopefully calm their fuses, but a small amount still lingered above ground, including the leader and her two bodyguards standing a small length away from her armed with bows, knocking them slowly around where Tatsuya was located. He turned away then suddenedly snapped back. Tatsuya was being targeted at, he needed to act now. Noticing a long coil of thick, durable rope, presumably one for a fire escape, he shunshined forward using all his speed, his arms spread out yelling, "Hisuya! Come back!," as they started to move backwards as the sudden blur to civilians leaped towards them and knocked them to the ground with his force currently increased, they were wearing heavy armor so it wouldn't hurt them. (the Hisuya things an inside joke.) Using the time he now had while their bows were away from them he would quickly tie them up, sparing a glance towards his teammates to see what he could do next.

Kasai dropped, allowing his hands to slowly form the half tiger seal. He felt his chakra rise, and the flames leap to his mouth.
Landing, he sent forth the stream, letting the flame fly. He began to arc and curve it, igniting the ground at the feet of the crowd. He continued to spew the spark of fire, curving it as far back as he could. He watched as the ground to one side of the crowd was ablaze, but the fire could only go so far, and he could not send it far enough to cut off the back. Cornering them from only one side, Kasai saw that he would not be able to move around fast enough to cut them off from another side.
"Makussu, make your wind work," he growled, smoke rising out of the mouth hole in his mask, where the fire once was sent from. Makussu was the fastest, Kasai knew. Hopefully he would be able to do something.
Kasai then took off, gathering his speed, trying to reach the opposite side of the gate. With the hole and the fire, he saw that a few members of the mob had begun to split off, and started to run. He suspected that this would cause others to flee, people tending to do as others do. 
It must have all happened so quickly for them, the earth falling beneath their feet, and those who were not in the holes then have their entire left side surrounded in flame. Of course they would run.

Tatsuya notices the two body guards ahead and worries about the bows they hold. Tatsuya could make two clones to trip them up but he could still be endangered of getting hit by and arrow. For the most part if Tatsuya was hit by an arrow it would not be the end of the line but would still be a set back.

Still approaching the leader Tatsuya begins to move faster and faster along the walls of buildings. Soon the body guards see Tatsuya and get begin to considering to fire at Tatsuya as he is still a little ways away. Then looking at the faces of the building Tatsuya gets an idea. AS soon as the body guards begin to pull there bow back Tatsuya will brake into a full on sprint. After Tatsuya builds up much sweet he will leap and focus his chakura to his feet.  Then briskly Tatsuya will make a leap and land on the side of the buildings he will make jumps from one building to another when necessary. "Well then this will be fun." Tatsuya says wile running basically sideways. It was hard to do so so he would not be able to keep it up for long as it uses a fair amount of upper body straighten. Tatsuya runs at a quite a fast speed as he is much closer to the leader now. Making one more leap he launches him self off the wall and fly's over the leader and the body's guards as well.

As Tatsuya lands he dose a summer salt and is now behind the leader and body guards. Quickly Tatsuya brings up his rat seal and his shadow extends. With that, the three are captured in Tatsuyas shadow and are under his control.Because Tatsuya is allowed to move around with one under the shadow imitation Tatsuya will move to the side lines and camp out with the leader out the equation it should be easy to round up the rest of the mob. If Tatsuya is needed the he will brake the jutsu and do a quick paralysis. This is not a favored option but will work.

Makussu was very confused to say the least. Somehw his spear tackle had missed, an insult to the name that is Hisuya, along with the fact that his rope disappeared like it had never existed in the first place. It didn't really matter though, he could probably still do something useful. Seeing that Tatsuya was taking care of the leader and her mini entourage, he shunshined ahead of the crowd and Kasai, doing some fancy footwork around the small crowd so that he stood between their escape route and the fire. Damn, he felt like a bad guy in the movie, at the part where the heroes were about to escape but nope, bad guy goes trolling in to stop them. Taking a few steps back, by a few he meant like just before 20 meters he would yell out, "Yo Kasai! I could use a fire stream right about now!" If his masked accomplice responded with the fiery blockade, he would fire off a Wind Style: Great Breakthrough in order to cause the flames to flicker up but not extinguish as by the time it reached it would only be enhancing the fire, not sniffing it out. This would cause the civilians to stop at the sudden flame and everyone would be safely penned within their little area. That all hinged on Kasai though, hey eyes now locked on him as he hopefully formulate a desicion behind that mask of his.

Kasai's head snapped over at the sound of his name. He saw the people running, and guessed at Makussu was doing. 
If he was right, and Makussu was going to use his wind to blow Kasai's fire further than it would normally reach, then it would be indeed something to see, as he had envisioned them doing similar for fights that may yet come. If it worked correctly, the effects could be incredible, and perhaps they could even fine tune it better. 
He leaped, as far as his legs could carry him, towards Makussu. As soon as his feet left the ground, Kasai began to form his half tiger seal again, and felt the flames rise up. 
A second before he touched the ground, the flames were already erupting. He shot them towards the crowd, though he was much too far away to even hope to touch them, so, he hoped that this was what Makussu was planning.

Tatsuya has now securely detained the leader and body guards and now it was up to Kasai and Makussu to clean up. HE possessions him self at the side of a fruit stand crouching down a bit so Tatsuya would not be noticed so easily. Tatsuya hears Makussu's plan and thinks its a grate one. For fire is increased with wind around. This situation brings about an idea for Tatsuya. Thinking about how the three would work together Tatsuya relies a quite simple attack pattern. As described from Tatsuya's sensei he would be the support and when fighting an enemy Tatsuya could detain that person and Makussu and Kasai could offensively attack with out holding anything back. It did seem a bit  dirty but it could work quite well. Picturing the thought  in his mind he could see the enemy be completely hopeless as a fire style added with a wind style flies at that person like a dancing dragon.
Tatsuya looks to physically see how the combo will be pulled off and the effect of it. Wile still holding his shadow possession he watches the jutsu fly. It would become a wonderful sight as the flames build up tall. Tatsuya could almost feel the heat coming off of it as well. Tatsuya feels that the mission will soon come to a close and the tree would soon be back at the mission center. Even so the mission was not done so Tatsuya must stay alert no make sure nothing turns the tides of the battle.

Makussu watched as the tail end of his wind caught into the flame, the sudden rush of oxygen making it rise to spectacular hights before descending. Well, that was one way to tell a civilian to stop running. He would run around the fire by going up a nearby building, ninja skills and such, allowing the still "Free" civilians to get a good look at his face. "Alright people, listen up! He would yell, getting the attention of all the civilians in the fiery cage. "There is no escape. Try all you want, but your stuck. Now we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Easy way, you all lay down the weapons and armor you have next to that second fire we made, and none of you guys get smashed. Hard way, well you can spend some quality time in the pit like your friends over there to think about your life choices." when he said the last part he gestured to the triple set of holes where most of the former riot lay defeated, no leader to guide them seeing as she was above ground and quite preoccupied at the moment. Problem with the whole situation was, what if they were still aggressive? Oh well, he could always ask Kasai for a couple more fire streams to turn up the heat on them, cause them to lose there cool. It was clear the team had the advantage on the heavily diminished crowd, the mission was going to end soon.
