repair and upgrade (p) (nk)

Jason was walking home after buying some blades for his tail. this time, he was gonna update the tail, so that whenever somebody grabs the tail, their hands would go bye-bye. As Jason was walking home, he began to think how much easier it'd be to get out of binds this time.Jason had to walk past people due to the streets being overpopulated. once Jason got home, his mother called him for dinner. when Jason finished eating, he went to his room and locked the door. Jason sat down and began working on the tail. Jason took the necessary tools and picked up the first pieces and pieced them together, like a puzzle.when Jason was done, about 2 hours later. he started to work on more of the tail parts, until about 6 hours later, he had finished every part of the tail and about 2 and a half hours later, he set the tail up to the butt of the puppet armor. after resting for an hour and a half, Jason started to work on inserting blades between the tail parts. Jason had to be very careful so that he wouldn't accidentally cut himself while doing so. with very, very careful movements he inserted the blades between the tails, making it serrated. Jason made some chakra threads come out from his fingers and moved the tail after attaching the threads to the tail. it now looked very dangerous and Jason smiled at the idea of this now being dangerous for people to hold on to. Jason then sat down and wondered what kind of feature it was gonna have now. Jason thought long and hard for it, but he couldn't come up with what it was. for now, Jason needed some sleep. perhaps it'd come to him in a dream or so.

Next day, as Jason was showering, he still wondered what feature his puppet armor could have. Maybe it could have a cape that allowed Jason to hang glide short distances? hm, but then he'd have to consider how heavy the armor already was and that it'd make a sound if he landed somewhere so he scrapped the idea, for now. Jason dressed up for the day and headed to the kitchen to eat some breakfast with his dear mom and dad. after breakfast, he headed back to his room and thought of what kind of feature he could add to his puppet armor. several hours later and it was 13:00. Jason sighed in frustration. maybe he could take a walk outside to clear his mind. but then Jason thought of going to the library to check upon the history of puppets and how to use them. As Jason headed for the library, he could only imagine how many books there were.Jason entered the library and headed for the librarian and asked her where the books about puppets were in which shelf. after being guided, Jason thanked the librarian and took out the few books that were about puppets and how to create them and bunch of other stuff. Jason began to read that he could build another puppet to store humans in them for later use for creating human puppets. but he felt that he wasn't ready for that yet.

Jason began to read on what kind of features a puppeteer could add to a puppet. Jason saw that he could build wings attached to his puppet, though it didn't state that he could do it to his puppet armor. feeling satisfied, he closed that book. but there was still that issue of creating two features for his puppet armor. Jason sat down on a couch that was there close to the shelves so that people could sit down and read in peace. Suddenly, Jason got an epiphany, the wings could be one feature that could be applied to the puppet armor. now all that had to be done was the second feature. Jason sat down once again to think what the second feature could be. Suddenly, Jason got an idea. he could create a hollowed out puppet for him to store people in when he was learned the human puppet technique. Jason then, silently, got out and jogged back home. but as he got around the corner, he remembered that he had to buy supplies to create the wings. after he bought the necessary items, he walked back home and got to work. but then, he remembered that he had to go out and buy more items to use for the hollow puppet. so, once again he went outside and went to the same store and bought the necessary items to build a hollow puppet.he came back home once again and set the items up. he took them aside and began working on the wings for his puppet armor. Jason took the leather pieces and the wooden pieces and carefully made the wings. one piece at a time. Jason was careful to make it as sturdy as possible. Jason used scissors, saws and other items to make the wings as sturdy and best as he could.several hours later, Jason was done with the wings. he knocked on them and punched them. they seemed sturdy. Jason had to try how long he could take flight. Jason put on The Artman puppet armor and went up to the highest roof he could access without getting in trouble. Jason then stood at the edge and jumped. as he was in mid-flight, Jason stretched out the wings with the help of his chakra threads that he had gathered up and spread the wings out. Jason flew. he couldn't believe it, he actually flew . it wasn't at a very fast speed, but it was fast nonetheless. though Jason noticed two things. one: the flight didn't take that long  the other thing that Jason had noticed was that he didn't fly forward, but more of a forward and down trajectory. like a little boy that had fired an acorn from a slingshot. the acorn in this case was Jason and his Artman puppet armor. Jason tried again and decided to jump off even higher. and the same thing happened. he went down into a forward-down trajectory, but further than before. this proved Jason's theory and he went back home to start working on his hollow puppet shell. this was gonna be quite easy, as you didn't have to build in the parts that will make a puppet move. the gears, and other items wouldn't need to be there, for it'd be hollow, it's super obvious. Jason got home and his mother called for him and told him that it was dinner time. while Jason ate, he looked at his parents and thought of asking them if they could be his "experiment" for his hollow shell use. Jason's mother looked at him with a questionable look and smiled at him and asked him what he was thinking about. Jason answered that he thought if he could have them for a little experiment. he promised that it wouldn't be dangerous. when dinner was over and done with, Jason went back to his room to start building on the hollow puppet shell. Jason had remembered how to build a puppet, but this time he didn't add anything in it. Jason also remembered to make it big enough for an adult person to be stored in the hollow puppet shell. Jason did this by taking sand-paper and refurnishing the entire hollow shell. Jason also made small hole outside of the shell so that they could breath, should they awake, but this was just in a precaution state. Jason then made three wooden rectangular blocks that would act as a lock. Jason set them up so that it would be impossible for a person to break out of the inner shell once inside.

when Jason was done after doing the lock over and over again. he called for his mother. when she came to Jason's room, she asked him what he wanted and Jason asked her if she could enter the empty hollow shell for him. she reluctantly agreed and Jason told her that he was gonna close it and lock it, and that he did. he then tried lifting it up and after some heavy back work, it worked. Jason was carrying his mother inside the hollow shell. which proved his "theory", if you could call it that, that he had finally made a hollow shell to carry a person inside for the human puppetry technique. Jason set it down and unlocked the hollow body and released his mother from the clutches of the hollow puppet body. he had finally built himself an extra puppet. the problem now was to figure out how to carry it without it being a hassle, but that was a problem for another day. for now, Jason was at the park in the middle of the village and sat and meditated while at the same time focusing on making chakra threads at his fingers. after a few hours, Jason "awoke" from his meditating slumber and stepped out of his puppet armor and practiced controlling the puppet armor with his chakra threads. after seeing that it moved like how Jason wanted, Jason then planned, or "planned" and lifted up the puppet armor with his hands and decided to jog around the entire park. after 3 laps, Jason sat down and rested. after he was done with some rest, Jason focused some chakra threads and focused on a rock that was 100 meters away from him. using precise chakra control, Jason flung the chakra threads at it, and once he felt that he had grabbed it, pulled his arm back and the rock came towards him. Jason caught the rock with his left hand and smiled. he was getting better and better. Jason then looked down and saw a leaf that lied next to him. he decided to pick it up and focused a set amount of chakra towards his forehead and placed the leaf on it and closed his eyes and focused, sitting there and keeping the leaf on his forehead while he thought of how he had accomplished something so great in a "short" amount of time. granted, it was a long shot, but he had succeeded in becoming a "great" shinobi. sure, he had gained the rank of Jounin, but he almost never did any missions, which meant that he was flat out broke.... and Jason wanted money, so he could get weapons for himself and his puppets and puppet armor, maybe. Jason awoke from his focused state and the leaf hit the ground. Jason got up and stretched his arms and legs and made some "gymnastics" with his fingers. the fingers were an important part of being a puppeteer. if they didn't work, then you, as a puppeteer, is screwed. Jason mentally noted to train for two things: the red secret puppet technique, which he had read in secret, and the 100 puppets technique. which was said to use real humans to turn into puppets. it was creepy, sure. but the advantages was that you could use their jutsu from when they were alive. this fascinated Jason. just imagine what kind of a powerful army one could have. a hundred puppet army at your disposal, all s-rank shinobi. that had to wait. for now, Jason had some flying to do. as Jason easily got into his puppet armor, he went for another easy-to-access rooftop that he could climb up without getting into trouble with the kage or the police. he then took off and spread his wings and flew. like always, he flew into a forward and down trajectory. Jason landed safely to the ground but was in a bit of a running state so he had to slow down with his feet and smiled, as he was now enjoying this. with a still beating smile on his face, Jason went home, with his head high up in the skies and walked proudly home. though Jason still had to think of a second feature that he could add. Jason thought that he could make it so that the head of the artman be able to spin around and fire needles around. though he could install two pipelines that fire out smoke bombs. he'll pick the latter case. Jason took off the arms from the puppet and made two symmetrical long holes and Jason then took two equally long pipes and installed them into the arms of the puppets. Jason then installed the arms back to the puppet armor. finally, after all this time, Jason was done with all the features that could be set to this puppet armor. now, he just had to learn the red secret technique and the 100 puppet technique, along with medical jutsus, and he would be nigh unstoppable. Jason decided to celebrate by going to a store and as he went he bought a 1,5 liter coca-cola, and as he got home,he was gonna party like he hasn't partied before. couple of hours later, Jason decided to sleep. from now on, he will be powerful. that was a promise that he noted to himself.
