A Little Night Training
Sat Jan 10, 2015 3:39 am
Twas after midnight, and the heroine of our tale was still practicing with same vigor she came into the day with. After a grueling spar with her friends and rivals Jason and Tatsuya, she would find herself trailing far behind them. And in an attempt to catch up, she decided on a new routine: eighteen hours of the day were to be spent learning new jutsu and training, the other six were for relaxation and sleep. She feared getting left behind and forotten by them, as unlikely as that was. She dedicated herself to becoming the best better than anyone could become the best.
Right now, she was running around a field, sprinting her little ass off in order to be more fit, and because I need seventeen hundred words to get the Phoenix Flower Jutsu! She ran until her felt like it was gonna give out, thumping like a kick drum from a fast paced song. Her legs burned, and ached and felt like the muscle was going to tear away from the skin. Her lungs grasped every little bit of air that was sucked in, fusing the oxygen with her blood so she could survive. She collapsed to the ground, facing that big shining moon. She fought off the sensation of sleepiness as it crept its way into the back of her mind, causing a yawn in between her gasps for air. Though her limbs were sore, she vital organs were beginning to stabilize. Her heartbeats distancing themselves, her gasps of air turning into controlled heaving. She stood, facing a group of small shuriken sized rocks. The genin didn't have any of her own, so these would have to do. Supprisingly her brain was still alive and kicking, she could remember the other jutsu she came to work on before her friends showed up.
It worked in much the same way as the great fire ball technique, except the user spit six smaller fire balls, which could be used to hide shuriken or as an attack themselves. She would try first by kneading the chakra in her chest. The small pyromancer would assert a much greater control of her chakra than she did with the great fireball technique. In that one, you just built it up and let it loose. With this technique you had to divide it amongst six fireballs, which should be a relatively simple task for her. She picked up the aforementioned rocks, holding three of them like shuriken. The girl wold let em fly, and as they got a meter away she would spit to fireballs to shroud them. They went for a distance before the flame went out, leaving a rock to land somewhere. Hopefully it would hit somebody or break a window, but given the time of night and distance to the closest house, both possibilties were thrown out of the window. Just like her chance to use the rocks, as they would be unfindable again in the night landscape.
