The Dark side of the Paper Moon(Fenn, NK, Spar)

Tick Tock went the great clock that turned its hands in the sky. It was the teller of all time in the world. What time had it been at this point? It was hard to tell as the Sun stared down at the grounds. It was sitting in the center of the sky mocking the members of the human race. Why could they're fires not burn like that of the sun, and why were they stuck on the ground like Ants who built their hills to reach the bee's that buzzed around. The Sun was that beehive that carried the ant's salvation and maybe even more. It was the human race that found its was to heaven and fell right back down to the ground. It was as if their life was a demonstration, This is what happens when you try to be god. Why is it that something that exist to guide us will not allow us to join them in that beautiful heaven? The Honey.... the Gold.... the Power.... who was it given to when that man gave up his day job?

Another question would arise as the rays of the sun fed the flowers and the trees. Who was the man that sat in thrown of the underworld. Had it ever existed in the first place. Year had passed since the Sins had reached their destined world and opened hell upon the world. That made yet another question appear. Were they the reason for the volcano? Did god see for a reset to come or was it truly random? All there question would never be answered but one? The man who walked from the underworld, he who belonged in that thrown was simply walking the earth at the time. He wanted the thrown that was sat on by the almighty and would give anything for it. Near lived on. Near The Arrogant.

Where would this man go had he had no home. It would be simple, he would wonder the world in search of a new home. Year ago this boy had to depart from the village before the death of his parents were acknowledged. This action made it as if he was the reason, but it had been far more complicated then that. Kill Near had that been the human's true desire, but what would it accomplish, A bounty? A debt to the family? Kill their only son and don't look back. Near would wear their markings. He would Never forget the people who raised him to be a smart boy at such a young age. He wore hardly any clothes, nothing but his robe which was tied around his waist and pants. Each marking on his body stood for something he loved dearly, even if he had to abandon it. Such as that kumogakure symbol. That symbol he had on his left shoulder for people to know where he reigned from. He loved his village even if he had to run away.

Near wore a large symbol on his chest that was the secret crest of his family. It was his own branch that worked on secret killings to keep the family at bay. His other tattoo was an odd pattern around his arm that stood for his parents. It was simple and only he would understand this. As he would travel through the borders, he had been a good 50 meters from the cave he had been staying in. This cave was filled with his spoils from war, but on him he held his most important items. Attached on his back was Santa Teresa. On his middle finger was his strongest armor. He was ready for battle as he traveled through the forest. His weapon making a track on the ground as it drug as he walked. The Devil was in the forest, You could call him the Paper Moon at some point but why spoil such a story.

Dark Side of the Moon:

The Morning when it first began Fen awoke from that dream once again, the demon Yoko Kurama, was once again degrading him and kicking him around like a rag doll, these dreams were going to get on his nerves, and quickly, cold sweats, waking up with shakes, Fen was going to have to face this demon soon and show him who is the boss, but now was not the time, now was the time to get his lazy ass up outta bed, and get dressed and ready for the day, he adorned his Phoenix Armor, and over his arms he placed his power gloves, Gilgamesh, he filled his pouches on his outter thighs, with his kunai, paper bombs, smoke bombs, and anything and everything he got from his starter kit, in each pocket was his books, Human Body, ultimate machine, and Jutsu Encylopidia, his Heavens Sorrow Ninjato across his back, and Fen would only stop a moment and grab a muffin that Akihana had made the night before for him, specifically for his breakfast the next morning, he grabbed one more just in case for later, while he walked through town he would eat his muffin, and as he reached the gates of the village, he would cover his face with his mask, and would take off running towards his daily rounds on the borders of the village, as he found nothing, he would continue out to the borders of the lands and while running the borders he would have Chakra suppression as not to be detected, and he would quickly come upon a chakra signature that was of high enough for him to detect, He would slow his pace, nothing to give away where he was from or what his rank was would be showing, he would stop about twenty meters away, and he would speak out to the man with his voice being masked by the mask he had pulled up over his mouth earlier, "Excuse me Sir, I seem to be lost, can you tell me where I am?" Fen played the innocent card with this man as he did not know any intentions or anything of the sort about this man, what he could tell about this man was he noted the ring, the scythes, and even the Kumogakure symbol on the mans arm, if this man was from Kumogakure, why had Fen never met him before, and his face seemed slightly familiar but Fen at this moment was not pinpointing it and fen would now at this moment wait for the other mans response, and upon reciving it he would respond with the next question, " Well sir may I ask you, your name?" Fen once more would await an answer to his question, and then once more after he recived an answer, he would ask one more "May I ask, what are you doing out here?" fen was sure he would recive some questions as well, and he would be sure to answer them in time, and when it was appropiete, Fen wanted to find out all he could about this man though, see how open the man was with information, and see just how well this man could keep a seceret

Near would continue to drag his feet through the forest of the hidden cloud. Oh what did he have on his list from his protector, father? It was a short list as he would fold it up and put it back into his pants. He had most of these things checked off and he was ready for the next. Things were falling into place for him to enter into the next chapter of his plan. Near was erased from records for a short period of time due to the fact that everyone thought he had died with his parents, he was young and his body was no where to be found. What were the village ninja supposed to thing. This young man was the reason for his parents death so he fled the village in search for power and protection.... yes.

Near had grown but he still had his youthful looks and dangerous eyes. He would keep his head low to a point he could watch his footing and watch his path but something would cause him to stop. His nerves would respond to his brain as his ears would hear a voice. It was very unfamiliar. He would hear a male voice that would cause him to turn his head in its direction. Another male had been wondering the forest just like him, but what would cause him to talk to a random stranger? Was he asking to die, or was he just that brave? "Where you are? you must be silly if you don't know your own whereabouts." He said as he would turn away from the male.

"You are in the borders of the land of kumogakure silly boy." Near said as his smooth and yet feminine voice flowed from his mouth and danced with the wind. His right hand would raise up, the boy who had been 20 meters from him would slightly see this hand for he had been on Near's left. As Near would push the hair that fell on his face ,on the left, behind his ear, He would soon reach for the end of one of his blades as the man would continue to ask his questions. He was confused as this man continued to get personal with Near. He would laugh a little and say, "It is rude to ask someone what theyre name is without giving your own." Near said as he would hear the next question, as he pulled his blade out and it swung forward, it would hit the ground and pierce it. he would leave it there for he felt like this man was not lost and as if trouble was soon to brew from him.

He would continue with a question that asked for the reason of him being there. Near would raise an eyebrow and think about that question. What if it had been true that this man was danger, or had he really just been lost what had been the best answer. "I am here because it is home... a home i can not go back to and that no one can know of." He said as he glared at the man. " Show me your face, sir. And tell me, are you really lost? or have you found trouble?" Near said as he would grin from ear to ear, it was time to show the beginnings of the paper clan's strength.

Fen would smack his forehead with the palm of his hand and walked forward five meters, and then would stop, extending out his left hand, a soft smile on his lips and he would pull the mask down around his neck as he stated to the man "I am so sorry, walking alone seems to make one forget about their manners, my name is Dark, how do you do?" Fen would stop after five meters of walking, he wanted to see what this man had planned, he had watched the man draw the scythe, and watched it pierce the ground, did this man plan on attacking him? Fen was being cautious with this man, seemed buttons might be easily pushed with this man, and Fen was in no mood to have a fight on his hands, so he would just wait and see if his approach was any effective to help defuse the situation, in the mean time he answered the questions with these words " I am truly sorry and thank you for the answers you have given me, Yes I am truly lost, can you help me out a bit?" if this worked fen would be happy, but as the handle on his sword that was hidden by his back was on his right side, he was ready to defend against an attack if need be

Near was such a peaceful soul but there had been something about conflict that made him want to fight. He loved seeing blood and sweat from a fearsome rival. So the newhole question arose. Was this man that stood before him his next rival or a simple kill? He continued to glare at the man and watch his movements as he stepped forward and put out his hand. Near would refuse to shake his hand for trust was something that was not gained so easily. There had been too many jutsu in the books of time that talked about casting through touch or being in a certain distance. Near had to be cautious about this man. This man who was named Dark. Where had this fella traveled from? Was he a spy of some sort only reporting the whereabouts of ninja?

"I do not shake hands forgive my rudeness. I am Near." He said. It had been a given fact that the nickname Near was thrown around by many people. The kage of Iwagakure, The co-leader of the sins, even the man who melted the world with lava. So was This Near that strong? Or was he simply advertising his false power? Near would stare at this man for a good minute it would seem as he thought of his intentions. "I could onlyrics help you if you were to help me... are you capable of that?" He said as he would raise his scythe up out of the ground and face the man.

"I request you fight me, whether you be civilian, shinobi, or god. I demand to see your power, Dark." Near said as he would cast away his robe and he would begin to channel his Chakra throughout his body. His left arm would bend toward his back and reach for his second scythe. As he would cause both to pierace the ground his guard would be down. His Chakra would hit the skeleton like jewelry on his finger and it would begin to glow. This prized possession was worather every bit of money he stole. As it would begin to grow aaround his body and then attach itself to Near. His face was now covered as well as his tattoos and upper body to his knees. His beautiful eyes would grow dark as the mask covered his face.

"You either fight or defend yourself, that's the rules of my game." He said as he would wait for the man's reply. Near hhad been ruthless in battle but he would allow for his enemies to prepare themselves. Oh how rude it would have been had he attacked without any notice. His grip would tighten on his two scythe, his speed would raise and his attention would be centered on the man. Near had no intention on killing the man but had he tried to kill near himself he would surely pay the price.

This man wished to see Fen's abilities no matter what huh, well I guess it was time to put a little of what the man would like to see into this, Fen would reach behind him and he drew his Heavens Sorrow ninjato out, he would be wielding it with his right hand, and Fen would stand waiting for the other man to make a move first, as he preferred to react, Fen would be standing in a relaxed position, giving off the look of having many openings, when in reality he was relying for if his opponent attacked on using Jeet Kun Do, his taijutsu technique that was rather powerful and of his own creation in this world, But soon to master it, that is the dream for him, and meanwhile, while his chakra was still being suppressed, his eyes of experience looking over the man in front of him, waiting for that gap to be closed between them, Fen did not know how to take this man right now, his face was slightly familiar but he could not remember how, and his Kumogakure symbol ment they should be from the same village, why was this man not seen before by Fen, then suddenly in his head, he would hear it, the voice of his demon, Yoko Kurama, it would start of slightly Growly "This man is not a friend to you, he means nothing you should kill him" and fen while inside his own head had shook his head and told him "I refuse, he is from my village" the demon responding "You Weak Fool, you know you do not know him, yet you defend him, if he does not look familiar maybe it is because he does not belong in your village let alone your world" fen once more would shake his head at the demon and say "No Demon, now stay out of this, it does not concern you" the demon would growl and kick fen square in the chest saying to him "Fool if he kills you, I will not jump in to save you" Fen would then smile at the demon and say "I would have it no other way" after he had stood back up from getting kicked, then after his words, he would bring himself back out of his mind, that small conversation would have taken no time at all in the real world that had fen staring down this man named near, that name was familiar from a few different times in history, maybe it was just a cover name like his own, or his parents knew or idolized the past nears and wished their son to be as strong as the past, either way, fen would be standing there, in hopes none of his opponents attacks soon to come would get through his rather deceivingly open defences

Near would watch as the man would draw his own weapon and assume a position that did not seem worthy of the struggles of war. Near would slightly smile as if he knew that this fight would lead to something more than a mindless killing. As he would throw one of his scythes toward fenn he would begin to laugh in a maniacal manor. This scythe was thrown at full strength and began to spin in the air. It was headed straight for the boy, but this had been far from a deadly blow. As Near would watch this occur he would begin to spin the second scythe in a horizontal manor. At the point his first scythe would reach the half way mark, Near would send the second scythe in the same direction. The Scythes' being so thin that they could be heard by anybody in the vicinity as they were cutting through the wind.

Near had other plans for this fight as he would place his hands together and watch his enemy closely. It did not matter whether his enemy had seen his technique activate for it it was the simple fact that it was activated that would send the table flying in Near's direction. Anyone who saw Near would begin to see his skin peel off. But was it really his skin? These pieces of his body began to quickly flutter away from him and cover the field. A Few would surround themselves around one of the scythes making it completely white. "Since this fight will lead to my exposure...." Near would say as his body would completely disappear from sight. He was using his completed jutsu, Shikigami Dance. The white pieces of paper folded themselves into little airplanes as they zoomed through the battle field. These were the powers of the paper clan.

"My True identity exist along with the Koutaishi Clan, The user's of paper release." His voice would seem to project from all over the battle field. The Air planes would circle the enemy. There had been no plan just yet as near would begin by conserving his energy in parts of his paper. He had an idea but he was not yet sure that it would work without storing parts of his chakra. There had been more than enough stories in his head about the Paper Dragon that lived through the power of the Koutashi clan. It had simply been a matter of being capable of using the power without falling to it as prey. "Don't be afraid of my paper cuts." He said as half of his paper planes would gain distance from Dark and the other half would face this man. At their top speed they would shoot towards him. Near wasn't trying to kill the man, but had it happened it would be shrugged off as an accident.

Fen would watch as the first scythe was thrown at him, he would dived for the right, most would think him crazy, but as he hit the ground hands first, he sunk into the ground, and then suddenly the earth would suck him up as if like quicksand, and once fen was under ground he could sense above him, he sensed when the two scythes dug into the ground, and then suddenly the man who was above the ground, disappeared from his range of sensory gifted to him by hiding like a mole, but Fen could still sense him with chakra sensory, the man seemed to be all around him up in the air, and off in the distance, seemed to be a cave entry he could barely sense, so he decided to head in that direction, of course he was a good ten meters under ground, and because of him using this jutsu, he could no longer hide his chakra, and he traveled as far as he could towards the cave entrance, Fen would then prepare a hand sign for a nice little jutsu he planned to use, he would then come up out of the ground, still moving as fast as he can at this moment, headed for the cave mouth, he knew he would have the advantage in the cave, if Near still sent an Attack after him he would use the jutsu he had prepaired, with only a single handsign only ever being used, that left a few options for him to use, but that is only if Near decided to try his attack still at this point

As Fenn Dashed Inside of the cave He would turn around to look behind him, and he continuously walked backwards until he tripped over something and fell backwards, it would take a moment for his eyes to adjust to this level of darkness, but as they did, he saw the dead body of Kumogakure shinobi, as a matter of fact he knew this one, this was Inijo, the boy he sparred with when he had that prescious item to his soul ripped away from him, tho he did not know what exactly it was, things was slowly piecing together with the few run in's he had over the past couple of week, this man was heading to this cave when he interrupted the man, that man either knew about Inijo's location, or was the murderer of Inijo, he would pick up Inijo's body, this body needed a proper burial, and he would form the seal for the Body flicker, and would head back to the village, and straight for Akihana, she was someone he could tell this to, plus she was a medical ninja, she would know the proper way to do things
