Rise of Dastri (P/NK/Hisano)

Dastri watched the woman happily and calmly... until she saw the woman's hand turning into paper and back again. Her eyes widened and her jaw dropped as she gawked at the miraculous sight. "Wh..." Dastri's mind was slowly self-destructing in amazement as her thoughts raced through her head. She only managed to snap out of her daze when Hisano spoke to her again. She flinched as her mind snapped back into focus. "Oh, um... cool. You can make a bunny! Um... yeah, i can show you the jutsus!" Dastri took a deep breath and smiled. "One sec!" She turned and thought on what to start with. Deciding on transformation, she took a step back and performed the tougher basic jutsu once again. With a small cloud of smoke, she transformed into a short Dastri-sized sign with a white board the read "You're the BEST!" and a green pole that it stood on. After holding the transformation for a short time, she released the technique and returned to her normal form with a small poof. She gave a quick bow and moved on, eager to get a closer look at the paper rabbit Hisano had created. The next technique she demonstrated was the Clone technique. With a quick  recollection and use of hand seals, the young ninja created a translucent copy to her left. She then waved to show that the see through projection copied her every move. the copy Dastri repeated the motions of the original. She smiled and spun around so the Jounin could get a good look then cancelled out the technique and moved next to a chair again. "Um, could you toss something at me? I haven't gotten to try this one out with something actually coming at me so... lil help?"

Her idea had worked, both in the need to create it and in the girl's happiness at it's sight. Mentally she marked a tally in the hisano for most awesome teacher ever column and continued. She stopped the breaking down of her body, leaving the girl as quite a strange sight. She was a head, with small pieces of paper flapping from her cheeks and hair with a large volume of paper that continually swirled around her form. THe transformation was addorable, making her smile, and she nodded simply at the final request of her student. From her left eye a tear began to form, quickly unfolding into another sheet of the white paper. It spun quickly, flowing outwards towards her student as it's edges curled in, moving at a speed of fifteen and forming into a shuuriken aimed at the center of Dastri's chest.

Dastri saw the nod and braced herself, not really sure how Hisano was going to attack her since... she was basically a miniature paper tornado with a floating head. She was surprised to see a tear fall, at first thinking she might had somehow touched one of her teacher's heart strings, then gasped in surprise when the tear turned into a small paper weapon! This woman was full of crazy paper surprises! As soon as she saw the weapon start moving, she refocused and prepared to use the substitution technique with the nearest chair on her right side. It wasn't the hardest jutsu for her, but she had a feeling it would be much more nerve wracking when something was actually going to be flying at her. But she was pretty fast, so as long as she put up a half-decent illusion, she could probably pull it off on a real person. She quickly moved her fingers like a blur as she performed the needed hand seals, Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog, Snake. Dastri took a deep breath as she started to feel out her chakra. Her parents had helped her learn to control the flow... a little. Not enough to use it for anything major, just enough for a stepping stone. That's all they ever really gave her. A single step in the right direction. Not very friendly, but they probably just wanted her to learn how to... learn on her own. She shook the thought of her parents from her head and focused on her chakra she quickly swapped places with the wooden chair, The paper projectile would zoom into the wooden backing of the used chair while Dastri dashed to the side. Hisano would see a temporary illusion of the rabbit ninja getting hit by the projectile and falling to her knees in pain, clutching her chest where the paper shuriken hit. The illusion would quickly disappear to reveal the chair and it's awful shuriken injury. While the illusion ran it's course, Dastri prepared to use the surface walking technique again, jumping forward and planting her feet firmly on the wall, she turned and started running straight up to the ceiling of the academy room, too busy enjoying the feeling of gravity tugging on her body from a new angle  to stop until she reached the top.. From there she would laugh, giddy and eager to have used all four techniques for the jounin and wave down to the paper woman. "This is my favorite one! Being on the wall and ceiling is fun!" Her hoodie's ears dangled towards the ground as if someone was holding them up over Dastri's head. Her hair natrually tried to fall back to the ground as well, lilac strands floating in the air in the seemingly reversed gravity. "Well, how did I do ma'am? Anything else you need me to do?"  Deep down in her heart Dastri really, really hoped that she didn't have anything else that needed to be down. She was eager to take a look at that paper rabbit Hisano had created out of paper... which was her body? Did that mean the paper was made out of Hisano? Oh, Dastri didn't care, she just wanted to pat it on the head and give it a kiss!

Hisano didn't respond. Instead she turned her attention to the small bunny which hopped forward towards Dastri, wiggling it's little paper nose and looking up at her. She would give the girl a moment to enjoy the bunny, her headless form floating up and out, hoping the creature would be an adequate distraction to allow her to not notice the Jounin slip out of the room. If this worked as planned the bunny would stay for about ten minutes, letting the girl enjoy it's cuteness before opening itself up, the paper pieces fluttering away in the wind. Within the center of the creature, though it would be dificult to figure out exactly how she'd managed it, was a Leaf headband which would be left on the ground with a single sheet folded over once with Dastri's name on the front.

Inside the paper was a note reading:

"Congradulations kid. you start tomorow as a Genin of Konoha. I know you'll do me proud and hope you like your gift. " Again if all of this worked as expected Hisano would be gone far before the girl realized what was happening, her promotion thanks to performance of the basic jutsus coming as an incredible surprise and hopefully locking in a new student for the aspiring young jounin. Her body formed back up, the paper that had once made the rabbit falling into place to recreate her body, with small creases making it clear it was still paper and then finally each set into place, Hisano becoming flesh once more.

Dastri gasped with sheer joy when she saw the bunny wiggle it's little nose. It was so cute! She released her chakra and flipped right as she fell through the air from the ceiling, landing on her feet with a small tap sound. She giggled with excitement as she hugged the paper creature, careful not to crush the potentially extra fragile creature. She wasn't sure where the heck Hisano disappeared to, but she wasn't about to ignore this adorable little present she'd been given. For the next ten minutes or so she sat and simply pet and patted the paper construct, humming a calm tune she used to help her old pet rabbit go to sleep. She sighed happily and relaxed with a feeling of tranquility and a rabbit in her lap. She jumped with surprise however when the creature began deconstructing and floating away in little paper pieces. "Oh no! Well, I guess you gotta go back to Miss Hisano's body. Bye bunny." She watched the paper float away.. and leave something in her lap. She picked up the note a read it slowly, her heart beating faster as she saw the words Hisano had left. Her eyes widened in surprise as she realized what the item was underneath the letter. Her eyes welled up with tears of joy and she hugged the headband to her chest. "Thank you miss Hisano! I promise I won't let you down!" She got to her feet and tied the band around her neck like a choker and took a deep breath as she walked out of the Academy. "This... is the best day ever."
