(Tatsuya, sadly, has also gone out of wifi range for a week or so. I will be able to message him, and if it is allowed, I can have him send me his posts, and then I copy paste them here, but I do not know when the next time he will be able to post will be. Here is what he said.)

- Jason:
Jason would think hard before he answered this question. It was never said whether any of them had ties to Konoha. None of them were the Hokage. But Jason may have been over thinking the question. It was said that the average leaf shinobi was standing between the three great men. What would the average leaf shinobi do. Jason didn't believe the average leaf shinobi would obey the wealthy man or the priest. In fact he believed that the shinobi wouldn't have taken the lives of any of the three unless ordered to by the Hokage. He was certain his answer here would dictate whether or not he was dismissed, taking into account that it may sound like it was what the Hokage wanted to hear he made his decision anyway. It may get him dismissed but he had to say what was in his heart.
"If I were the average shinobi, none of the three would die unless the Hokage had ordered it or it were to protect the village in some way. It may sound cliche, but that is my belief. So my answer is all would be left alive." Jason was confident in his answer.

- Tatsuya:
It was an odd question and one that could likely had a trick to it. Tatsuya thinks about the shinbones affiliation with each person and then begins to speak.
"Well the King is from a foreign land and thus has no affiliation with the ninja so the ninja out of the interest of the village there is no reason to spar him. The Priest is a man of god and a shinobi should not be swayed by a supernatural belief but only be swayed by once again the interest of the village. Finally with the Business man, a Shinobi should not be swayed by money.
However this suggests the elimination of all three, making this question seem like a trick."
"Unfortunately you said a common leaf shinobi. If it were me I would spare all three for they have not shown the village any harm but I can't say that the common ninja would do this. For tactical reason sparing the king would make sense as the leaf could then become an ally of the nation that king is from. Then again the business man could help the village financially if he were to be spared but even if the preast is spared he or she could benefit the village by providing faith and a sense of hope."
Tatsuya feeling a bit stuck goes with his intuition.
"Being swayed by the personal beliefs and by the evaluation of the situation all three would be spared. As they are one all human and each human deserves Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness as well they all can provide a benefit to the village."
Tatsuya was not sure what the Hokage would think of this as once again like his last response Tatsuay was trying to save every one but he didn't care for when in the situation of life or death it was important and necessary to save as many people as possible.
[Thank you]

- Kasai:
(First of all, if this is a game of thrones reference, I like it. And if it's not, then I like it none-the-less)
Kasai couldn't help but smile slightly at the question. He had heard it before, however, it was a very difficult one.
"In short, whom ever the shinobi believes to have the most power," Kasai said, though he was far from done with his answer. It was a complicated question.
"However there are many factors to take into account; hundreds perhaps.
"Is the Hokage friends with any of these three men? Was the shinobi given any orders before hand? Perhaps the Hokage has an alliance with this foreign king? Or does he even know of him at all? Is the priest from the same village as the shinobi? Or perhaps the business man is? Their relation to the village, and to the Hokage would have great influence over this choosing. The influence of two deaths.
"Perhaps they all come from different villages, each village without an alliance to Konoha, or perhaps no contact with it. Then, if all are equal, it would come down to the shinobi.
"Yet who are these men to him? Does he crave a ranking position? Then he would fight for the king. Does he want gold, more so than the king can offer? The business man. A religious believer? The priest.
"But what if he has met these men before? Has the king disgraced him? Taken his money, burned his home? Sent soldiers to take what is his? If so, I would think the king would lay dead, and then he would choose between the other two.
"But maybe the churches and temples cast him out when he most needed their help? Perhaps this would cause him to kill the priest. Or maybe it was the nobles whom betrayed him, taxing him, forcing him into poverty. Then he would likely kill him.
"But if he did not know any of these men at all, and had no relation to them, and they had naught to do with the village or the Hokage, and this shinobi was able to look past the material honors and ranks they would offer him, then the question goes deeper.
"Would he kill them all? Each one of them, all three, and keep the balance, unsure of who to end, so he takes all lives? Or, perhaps he chooses not, and refuses to kill any.
"It is a question of who holds the most power; one to which I do not have a full answer. Power resides in where each individual believes it does, and I am not the individual making the choice for this shinobi.
"However, if it were myself within that chamber, I would not think of the three men, no. This does not mean I would consider all the above, but such would introduce a fifth man; the man who put all four men into the room. This man, certainly would hold the power. If one were to choose against the fifth man's choice, he would most certainly be judged, and maybe even lose his own life. Maybe the fifth man is one of the three though, or perhaps he is not.
"Maybe, even, it was the Hokage himself to put me into this chamber, but without orders, I would not act. If it were the Hokage who put me within that chamber, then it would be his orders I follow, not the three men, and nothing would be done until the Hokage's orders came. If they never did come, then that would be another question."
With that, Kasai finished his answer, wondering if he had answered in a way that the hokage would agree with, or not.
Brenner looks upon all three, waiting for them to finish, each and every one mission the point of his question. This is made known by a sigh as his eyes close. "The answer, is the Leaf Shinobi. In a mission there will be times you will not have all the information, in this scenario I only gave you a base line. You had 4 people, and you had to pick one to live. You must always side with your village and its shinobi. Any other thought was unnecessary. Sometimes a decision must be made in an instant, if you over think the situation, and try to find additional meanings, then you'll hesitate. Hesitation means death." His eyes fall upon Kasai. "You are dismissed." His eyes go back to the others, he continues to speak but the next part of the trial will not be spoken of until only the two remain. "The strength of our village will overcome all, we will not be swayed by bribery, we are not mercenaries for hire. That part you three knew at least."
When Kasai is removed Brenner gets up from his desk, he grabs a large scroll from the corner of the room. The scroll is unrolled upon the floor between both Jason and Tatsuya, upon it is a complex web of Fuinjutsu seals. "Both of you are to meditate upon the scroll, facing one another. The scrolls effect will send you into a mental realm, it is there the two of you will do battle, where as in reality only a second will pass. The one who wins will wake up with the will of fire, and the one who loses will be placed in a coma for a week." His arms are crosses, he looks upon the two waiting. He has tested them on their ideals, and love for the village, the final test will be if they have the strength to defend it. It will be no good for the leaf if they have a weak leader, regardless of their ideals, there are multiple parts required for a leader.
[From here, you two will do battle in the thread so I will step out. When you enter the mental realm it will be a pure white landscape, seemingly stretching endlessly. You two can agree on a battle location inside the realm, I expect a good show.]

(So, I know I've been kicked out, and that's cool with me, but, Jason resigned in his last post, unless we want to wait over a month. Just wondering what will happen, so I can tell Tatsuya)

[Well, this just ruined everything, I guess since Jason resigned it's Tatsuya who gets Hokage. Little anticlimactic that they vanished and all, but we can say Jason lost in battle and is now in a coma. Just have him post based off that information. He wakes up from the scroll world and can react accordingly.]

(Alright, sure thing. I'll tell him. Would you prefer him to do the post in a week? Or, would it be alright if I copy paste what he says. I could include a screenshot of his text to prove its real, and would have it within 2 days hopefully.

[This topic might need to be reworked, it's not really going to help the village if the next Hokage is inactive. Also to have it be handed over without a final exam. When he gets on we can talk about this further, because I might have him do a final trial to make it right, and see about further activity.]
