Monarch let out a sigh.He was in the training grounds again, it was the same as his battle with Tatsuo left it.There were scorch marks on the earth that seemed like a ninja was just being a pyro, Monarch slowly made his way deeper into the training ground in a wood styled part of it, Monarch felt it was a pure luck location, as in the middle of the forest there was a large arena looking circle obviously in the middle, the trees surrounding the arena like place looked thick enough for a human to be smashed threw them Monarch smiled walking to the center on the circle.

Monarch made a long sigh "I wounder who knows about this place." Monarch said slowly as he slowly paced to the wall of the arena deathtrap looking forest.Monarch smiled devilishly "I wounder if i could take Tatsuo down in here..." Monarch said with a planning grin as he thought to himself how much of a fool he could be and try and beat Tatsuo fair and square although knowing all too well that Tatsuo could fly because he was basically a demon Monarch shook his head and sighed with a smile "I'm bored" Monarch said quietly looking around and waiting for excitement to happen.

Monarch chillingly thought to himself "...Why am I in this village if I can't even be a asset" Monarch thought to himself with a sigh.He waited as he hear a movement in the tree and saw a man drop to the ground right in front of him Monarch seemingly didn't understand the sudden entrance of some silver haired kid Monarch had lived in Kiri for awhile and it wasn't uncommon for his name to get spread around by the people which is why Monarch didn't question why the silver haired boy would try and befriend him, all but moments ago all Monarch wanted was allies in the village all he wanted now was power to match against the enemy, even if it meant becoming the enemy of his beloved village.

Monarch sighed as the boy made communications with him "God damn it wrong time kid" Monarch thought to himself, instead of flipping his lid Monarch only smiled happily "Hello, Um...What's your name?" Monarch asked vaguely not hearing anything about a silver haired boy nor that the boy had even existed in the village uncaring he still put on a suttle happy face to trying to gain inner happiness even if it was unreachable.

Monarch didn't enjoy his very cock tone when the boy had told him his name wasn't important "I'm going to kill him" Monarch thought to himself with a annoyed face the person was generally getting to him for reasons quiet unannounced to Monarch he sighed knowing he couldn't kill another ninja right now, he felt a weird desire however to cut out the persons throat and paint pictures with his blood, But Monarch of course didn't go threw with it.

Monarch looked at the person "Ally or not before any introductions can formally be named, I will require your name" Monarch said casually as though never thinking about hurting the person in any way shape or form.Monarch wasn't sure what it was but he needed to leave the village and search for more power, this causing him to seize up a little but all round going back to a chill attitude.

Monarch pondered about Lazarus's offer initially just to fuck with him but then realized to be in a team they would both need to be at the top of their game so Monarch smiled "Okay, I'll be your ally, on two condition." Monarch said quickly with a grin."One, you and I are equals and have full roam to do whatever we please" Monarch said with a pause "Two, when we aren't together we are training or becoming allies with more people" Monarch said in a smart ass tone of voice.

Monarch smile "Well I have someone in mind," Monarch said with a grin "There's this man by the name of Tatsuo, pretty decent person, however earlier this month he beat me in a friendly spar" Monarch said with a seemingly gleam in his red eyes raising his hands from his sides almost in a diabolical way "Lets make team of ninja, and then just enter in the chuunin exams" Monarch said with a devilish smile.

Monarch stopped smiling in a quick glance "But i'll have you know, if you try to hurt anyone in our team, this including yourself...I'll have to punish you" Monarch said in a dominant way towards the boy "Because after all, we could become enemies at any time." Monarch said with a grin before stopping the face and turning it into a generally kind smile like how Monarch normally acted."I wounder how he will respond...Submissively or Dominantly" Monarch thought to himself in a keen first instinct type of voice.Monarchs eyes would most definitely be watching the boy for aggressive movements knowing all too well that the boy could attack in a moments notice.

Lazarus listened, intently, to Monarch as he suggested another possible ally. Once he finished speaking, Lazarus dropped his head slightly forward and sighed, slowly. He kept his head down for a second before speaking up, lifting his head to make eye contact in the process.

"Well I suppose I could live with that." He started. "However it is required that I meet this ninja before I agree to including him among our ranks." He then removed his hand from Monarchs shoulder and patted his face, gently. "I mean, we are a team now, after all." He finished with an odd grin, dropping his hand back down his side, tucking a thumb into his pants pocket.
