Kozata Shinkou stood in front of the grave of the unknown Konoha ninja who he had killed some time before. It had been a small amount of time since he had met with the Kage of the village... and he felt that he was almost to his goal. He had the seal all mapped out in his head. Although it was, in fact, just a simple pattern on the surface, each seal had to be created with precision, since the fabrication of such a seal required an intricate matrix of interlocking chakra and yuumei, which when put together, didn't really react so well.
That was normally, that is. Kozata had, after much practice and effort (and serendipity), managed to create wonders with his yuumei, like Ausloschen. He was even able to sacrifice his own chakra to the inner being in order to fuel his yuumei further. This ability was called "Kudome no Meikei" by the inner being, but Kozata had difficulty pronouncing it, so he merely chose not to. But now, he was using this yuumei to work off both his existing knowledge of the chakra-draining seal and similar concepts, as well as the inner being's vague memories of the past.
He knelt down in front of the grave, more concentrated on his own chakra than on the boy who now rested peacefully beneath the ground. He placed his hand on the ground, feeling the soft soil beneath his hand. He knew that this was merely a result of his digging only a short period before. In fact, beneath this, there was a rather durable layer of earth that he had taken quite a while to break through. Well, such was the life of a grave-digger (except... he wasn't one). He channeled his chakra through the earth, then released it in a burst.
There was a brief flash of dark purple light, which by now was familiar to him as an indicator of yuumei present in the jutsu. Did anyone else in the village possess such a thing? He truly didn't know. Maybe he would out soon... not even the Kage knew of these anti-chakra abilities, he assumed. He looked at the seal he had made... perfect. He tapped the ground twice more, creating two more identical seals. Yes, these were perfect. He touched each in turn, arranging them to cover his upper body, so that some of the points of all three would meet on his palms.
