"Akari clan." Nethero thought to himself. He had never heard of the clan or their Kekkei Genkai, probably his fault on that part. He had once in a while come across a last name like that though, but now he couldn't be sure if the people he had run into were also from the clan or not. Either way, it did not matter much. Nethero did not really know those people anyway. He wanted to get to know this person though. These people; both of them. They were both somewhat interesting. When it was finally time for the race, Nethero would try his best but when he arrived, he probably would have arrived last, according to the other two going full speed or not. He would stop and breath heavily for a few seconds, then get ready for any kind of training that was going to be thrown at him by the chuunin. Then he would realise that the girl would have started talking and would listen to her carefully. "More agile sounds good." Nethero would answer to the girl's statement, and smile.
"Knock you off?". Nethero would have repeated that with a small (and a little bit snister, but not evil) smile. "I'll do my best.". He would then proceed to jump towards the girl, going for an "air punch", so to say. He would lift off, raise his right arm behind his back, making what he would normally do, a shout out a battlecry. "RRRAAAGH!". Only when he was mid air would he realise the second part of what Risako has just said before he lifted off. At that time, time would stop for Nethero. "Wait..." he would think to himself, "I should not fall off a post either? Oh snap...". Time would then cruelly start again. He would leave his arm, falling short of Risako. The right arm behind his body would then go behind his hair, scratching the back of his head, as he would slightly blush and smile with his eyes closed, his head raised. "Hehe." he would laugh slightly, and talking, "I was just kidding.". He would then find a post for himself an walk towards it. During this short walk Nethero would think of a strategy and while walking past Kosuke, he would whisper "Ram...". He would be sure that Kosuke would not get it as of yet, but would memorize it and make use of it later. He would then reach the post and get on top of it, one that was about 2 meters away from where Risako would have been standing.
Standing on the post alone would not be an easy challenge for the boy who had just recently become a Genin. It would require much of Nethero's focus just to keep his balance, as the post he has selected would, uncleverly and not strategically logical, not be very wide. "Kosuke?" he would say, "Ready to go together?". He would realise that they had no chance seperately against a chuunin, who god knows was how fast to get here. She didn't look worn down at all either. They would have had a slightly better chance going at her together. But as Nethero would expect, they still won't quite make it. He had to believe though. He knew it deep down. He had to believe in himself and others if he wanted to get far, if he wanted go further then where he was. "If you're with me, go on my mark.". He would be hoping that Kosuke had heard his whisper from earlier, and Risako did not. A suprise attack, and Risako not making sense of what Nethero would say next, would be their best chance as of now.
Nethero would then make a short jump to another post closer to Risako, this time the girl being in range if he wanted to jump towards her. This post would also be somewhat wider so that he could be standing there more comfortedly and easily. He would then stretch his muscles, and crouch on one knee, with one of his arms on his back and one on his front; seemingly getting ready for a jump across posts. He would then start talking. "Tiger..." he would say. He would be hoping that Risako would not get it and that it would attract her attention. He would be going on this for a while so he would be sure Kosuke knew what he meant. "Dragon..." He would breathe in between each word, giving it 1 or 2 seconds of time for the other one, (this would help Risako be used to a certain pattern in between words, so she would not expect an attack. "Monkey...". He would not be giving away his plan with his expressions (at least hopefully), not looking at Kosuke at all so Risako would not suspect such a thing. Then he would speak once again; "Ram...". This word would, cold bloodedly and patiently spoken at the same pitch and speed as the other words; but would be a sign for the attack. Nethero would jump towards the girl, hoping that Kosuke did the same thing with him. His left arm would be raised in front of him, his left hand reaching the front of his right shoulder. His right hand would go at his back. When his body would reach close enough to the chuunin, his arms would spin, his left arm aiming to push her, and his right hand, following that, going for a punch to her arm, back or torso according to which side Risako would be facing when he arrived (which would hopefully push her aside).
Hopefully Risako would have been giving attention to the ruccish spoken by Nethero, and his obvious attack, which would hopefully leave an open spot for Kosuke to land a hit on, and push her down if Nethero's attack would fail (as he had expected it to).

Kosuke heard Risako mention the posts for agility training. He thought this would be good as it would add on to his own agility regime that he had been practicing. After hearing the rules and seeing Nethero seem to play some sort of joke, most likely to test the Chuunin’s reflexes. As Nethero walked towards the posts again, he whispered “Ram…” This seemed slightly suspicious to Kosuke. Could the other Genin have a plan? After seeing Nethero jump onto one of the posts, Kosuke jumped onto one on the opposite end effectively putting Risa in between them. Kosuke didn’t know what Nethero had up his sleeve but he knew that they would need teamwork to fight this chuunin.
After Nethero began to speak, “Tiger…” Kosuke began to formulate a plan of attack wondering what Nethero was playing at. “Dragon…” Kosuke then thought this must be some form of signal for his attack. So Kosuke decided to wait and attack simultaneously. “Monkey…” Kosuke’s muscles tensed slightly in preparation for his attack. “Ram…” at this, Nethero jumped at Risa and seemed to be preparing for a punch. So, Kosuke jumped at Risa and went for a drop kick in order to avoid colliding with the other Genin and hopefully to catch the girl by surprise or distract her. Both options went in the Genin’s favor. He hoped one of their attacks hit its mark.

This may have been agility training, but the key to winning wasn't agility at all. It wasn't even knocking the instructor over. Sure, rules had been stated. Well, more like parameters for success had been set. The goal was to knock Risako off, without falling off. They managed to neglect one of the tools at their disposal, which pretty much allowed any ninja to go with only a bare minimum amount of agility. It was with one foot that Risako stood on her post, which was about the size of a broom handle, much smaller than the rest. Just one foot, twas all she needed after all. The surface walking technique allowed one to stick to pretty much any surface, thus, at least while she was on the post, this gave her an advantage. When Nethero went to jump at her, all it took was holding her foot to the post using that technique, and leaning out of the way. The post she was on, due to her weight, would tilt just in time for Nethero to go soaring passed, Risako having leaned out of harms way, or at least, that was what she wanted to happen.
Nethero's punch did indeed land on her arm, but it's effect wouldn't quite go as planned. As she fell from her post, her hands would blur into a flurry of hand seals, causing a powerful burst of air to cushion her fall. Kosuke came flying into the air at the last second too.
Risako caught herself with the little air cushion, and did a hand stand. Winning wouldn't really be that simple, after all, this left Kosuke in a position above the post that Risako was just on. Considering that the post was still planted securely to her foot, via the surface walking technique, this would leave Kosuke with nothing but the ground to land on. The parameters for success stated that both of them had to remain on a post. SO while they had succeeded in knocking her over, due to a little bit of cheating, one of them would be left on the ground, thus signalling a failure. Still mid hand stand, Risako would relax the chakra in her feet, allowing the post to clatter to the ground.
In the likely event that Kosuke hit the ground, (since there isn't a post there anymore, and I'm 90% sure it'd be too late to change your momentum to land on a different post, correct me if I'm wrong,) Risako would bend at the waist, planting her feet on the ground, and coming to a stand, facing away from both Nethero and Kosuke. When they had regathered their composure as well, she would go on to say, "Well, that's a failure. You guys think you can go again? Or would you rather we moved on?" If questioned, she would be happy to tell them why they didn't succeed. The rules were pretty vague after all, so she realized where the confusion could come from.
IN THE EVENT THAT KOSUKE DID LAND ON A POST (alternate timeline if so,) she would congratulate them and ask if they wanted to move on.

[sorry for the late post]
Nethero would smile slightly as the punch came into contact with the girl's arm, but then would realise that she got away. He would then realise Kosuke go from underneath him. He would have tried grabbing his arm so they could help each other stop their momentum, but with that momentum he would have been too slow to have done that. He would just go over the post a little bit, (not too far as the punch landing would have slowed him down), then land on the ground. He would then turn to check on Kosuke and whether he has succeeded to land on a post or not, which did not seem very likely from Nethero's point of view. But there was a close post either way. Nethero would then hear Risako talk about the failure. "Wait." he would say, "What do you mean we have failed? We have knocked you off the post as you told us to.". Nethero would be both suprised and a little bit angry while saying that, but he would also be smiling aside from giving the vibe that he did not like the trick.
"Well. I'm up for any kind of training." he would then answer, then turning to Kosuke, "What do you think, Kosuke?" he would ask, then start listening to both of the other ninja.

Kosuke hit the ground and rolled back into a standing position. He then looked to see both Nethero and Risako on the ground talking. Nethero mentioned that they had both failed, and then said that he wouldnt mind training something else. So kosuke joined in and said, "I wouldnt mind learning some new jutsu! I have a fire element, but i only know a few jutsu, id love to learn some more!" he then looked to Nethero and Risako, maybe one of them knew some jutsu he didnt or better yet, one of them also had afire type chakra and they could learn from each other. He wondered how much of his strength he should show. He did not know if it was wise to show his doujutsu or summon Sho around them as one of them could be a future opponent in the chuunin exams. Well, not Risako but you never know when you need an ace up your sleeve.

Risako let out a small cackle, and said "Did I not say you had to remain on the post? I mean, you guys succeeded halfway, but Kosuke landed on the ground no?"
Moving on, to greater and more important things, such as the conversation at hand. "It couldn't hurt to teach you guys a few new jutsu I suppose. We'll start with a semi-useful one." Risako assumed both boys knew how to knead fire chakra, or she hoped at least. "Dog, Horse, Tiger," her hands moved slow enough for them to track, as she said the words. It would almost look as if head sized portals to hell would open from the ground, and from within them, would come forth a bunch of head-lanterns made entirely of flame. Now of course, they weren't really spawned from the depths of the underworld, it just resembled it. Using her control over the charka used to create them, five of the little floating head-lantern fire balls would shoot up into the air in a wide arc, and slam down on top of one of the posts, causing a small fiery explosion and lighting five of posts on fire. The rest, which hovered and orbited around Risako would disperse into the air.
"Take it slow at first, form the head, shape it, then try and launch it at a post." She paused, then threw in, "Well, if you still don't know how to mold chakra, then I'll help you, but since you're genin, I'm assuming..." Hopefully, she wouldn't have to explain that too, because that meant they didn't even know the simplest of techniques. THE SIMPLEST.

Well. Risako would finish teaching the two boys standing before her the jutsu they were curious about, (of course, if they had the capacity to learn it.) Then, she'd head on home, and the screen would just fade to black because it's been about 10 or so days.
