Re: Assemble! Kurisu Leads a Squad

Tori noticed that Ita seemed to have this handled so she just watched him and what he was doing. What was with his clone anyway? And what did he mean by someone controlling it? Maybe she didn’t hear him correctly, which wouldn’t be a surprise with so much going on. She would have to practice listening better in combat. She watched as he pulled out the kunai and put the tag on it.
“What are you doing?” She questioned. Then as the explosion happened she suddenly realized what the point was. “Oh Shit! Someone really wanted to make sure we didn’t succeed!” She said as her jaw dropped! “Okay so there is someone else out there.” She added as she began looking around them wondering if the person was close or not. Like it mattered really, she knew they could handle this situation, or so she hoped. All the training she had done and all she had been through, surely she could handle this as a team with the others. Positive thinking Tori, Positive thinking! Complete the mission at hand. She cracked her knuckles and tried to keep thinking positively.
“Alright, so now what?” Tori questioned the others. “Apparently someone wants us either dead or to stop us!” She added as she looked ahead then at the others.
((sorry its kind of short, I have been very busy on top of computer issues so I had to re write this 10 times lol, sorry for any mistakes))

[Sorry for the really long wait just gonna put out some words to get the mission going again]
He simply would keep moving alongside the Jounin that they were escorting, his mind and attention completely focused on the book he was reading. Despite his lack of paying attention to the situation, he was at least still there in case things got out of hand.

(Hey sorry about the wait, but I am back and ready to try and murder you all! :DDD Kappa XD)
The Nara seeing the boy return his clone lets out a growl as he knows he will now know that someone is out here, and it interferes with his plans. No matter this can still be fixed as they do not know about the traps, although it would be fair to assume that something is up, so to be safe he keeps his shadow where the clone disappeared using the smoke to hide it as the boy prepares a kunai, placing a tag on it. Knowing that it is most likely an explosive tag causes the Nara to sigh out, as it is thrown toward the traps and enters the cloud of smoke out of vision of them he would have his shadow stretch upwards with shadow stitching, carefully grabbing it through the loop before launching it back toward the group with all the might his shadow can muster, hopefully hitting the jounin they are sent to protect with the Kunai.

Ari hadn't been the most helpful team member for the past few seconds, although she was keeping an eye out for anything strange. Ita relayed some information to them about what happened with his clone. Every little bit of information would help them proceed with the mission, so she listened intently and formed a plan. However, she would wait for Ita's next action as he decided to perform an offensive. Throwing a single kunai with an explosive tag attached to it, moving at the speed he launched it with, there wasn't much time between the moment it disappeared into smoke and when it seemingly reversed trajectory.
Ari was fast enough to take action in this moment, quickly stepping toward the side of the path and kicking a rock that weighed roughly seven hundred grams. Using her knowledge of Taijutsu to gauge its path and meet the kunai mid-air. The rock if unhindered would collide with the side of the kunai and carry it into the trees, landing beneath one of the kunai launchers belonging to the mystery enemy. Presumably it would explode taking the tree down and the kunai launcher along with it. Ari wasn't aware of the kunai launcher, but from her position to the kunai it was natural that the trajectory of her rock would send it there.
She would still go unaware of the kunai launcher unless it activated, moving to put her next plan into action. "I'm getting tired of this low visibility, so I'd like it if everyone could bear with me for a moment please..." Careful only to speak as loud as she had to for the team to hear her, Ari's voice would not be carried coherently beyond them. With the Basic Enhancement technique still active she had more than enough strength, launching her right hand with a swiping motion at the nearest and strongest tree she could see. Ari's hand would shatter the wood and seemingly slice through it. Anchoring herself to the ground with the Tree Climbing technique. Using both hands to grab the trunk above where she severed the tree's connection with its stump, Ari lowered the tree until it was horizontal with the ground and pointed behind the team, suddenly gripping it with more intensity and swiping it through the trees on her side.
She made sure to move as fast as her body allowed, taking advantage of her maximum speed and strength of 95 and 104 respectively. The incoming force of the tree she swung overcame the stationary strength of the target trees, tearing them down and clearing the side she was on for eight meters in a semi-circle shape leaving only stumps with a height of three feet. Not enough to satisfy her, Ari then continued with her plan and would run around the front of her team. "Now cover my side please." She whispered, continuing on the opposite side to tear down all the trees that got in the way, performing the same feat as before. This would leave a full circle of sixteen meters in diameter upon completion.
However, after the last tree was knocked down, Ari would use the one she held and launch it towards the path they intended to walk. Into the same smoke that blocked their vision, where the kunai returned from. The tree would be thrown with a speed of 239 while it weighed roughly nine thousand kilograms, well within her carry weight of roughly forty-four thousand kilograms, enough to launch it at full speed. She aimed it so the tree would begin scraping along the ground just before the smoke, where it would cause the tree to suddenly begin flipping and smashing through anything inside the smoke with vertical strokes. This would surely trigger the wires and traps along their path while clearing the smoke unless it was stopped, but Ari simply predicted there might be more enemies beyond the smoke.

Ita’s keen eyes saw what seemed to be his kunai returning to them. Odd. Very odd. Ita’s sharingan flickered into focus without the acknowledgement of his team and he could see the chakra from their enemies attack slipping back into the forest from where it came. What kind of technique is this? Ita thought to himself. Whatever it was, it was capable of controlling things and people, referring to his clone and his kunai. Now Ita watched Ari take care of Ita’s returning parting gift with ease too. Up until this point Ari had been pretty calm and hadn’t done anything to hast like Ita in completely killing those weaker ninja from before, but now she had taken a leadership position amongst the group by taking care of the kunai and clearing the area with great strength using a large tree which she swung in order to topple the other surrounding foliage. Afterwards, she would have tossed the tree further down the pathway. Now that this had occurred, Ita would share his knowledge of what he saw.
Ita pointed in the direction from which the enimies chakra escaped back into the forest from.
“There.” Ita said.
Whilst pointing a finger in the direction which was just off the path. If anyone asked, he would chalk it up to sensory. Now was their moment to strike, to weed out their enemy and take care of him in any way they had seen fit. Although Ita made a decision to warn his teammates before advancing.
“Whatever technique this person uses, It’s capable of stopping things and people. It would be safe not to get ahead of ourselves.”
Now Ita would follow Ari’s steps in his own manor. Ita bit his finger and placed his bleeding hand upon the ground summoning a rather small crow. Ita would then hand the crow his last kunai bound with an explosion tag in which the crow carried it in his talons, and then the crow would take flight, soaring high into the bright sky taking position above the spot in which Ita had though their enemy was. Now the crow would use it’s multiply technique, multiplying into 30 more crows, all squawking and flying erratically in the sky above. Only three of the crows were real. Now that the crows were in position above their enemy Ita would speak,
“We should move out of the blast range. This one’s going to be big. I don’t see anyone surviving this, or anyone hiding in there at least.”
Without further explanation, the three crows that were real would drop their explosive kunai into the targeted area, although it would appear as 30 were dropping making it rain upon the battle field. Ita would then perform hand signs at 100 speed, using the shadow shuriken technique, causing the three (or one) kunai with an explosion tag attached to it to multiply into roughly 500 more. The shadow kunai with explosion tags would then rain down upon their opponents assumed position and completely level the area with numerous controlled explosions one after another. The aftermath? Devastating to say the leaf. Ita had completely destroyed the forest around them, leaving nothing more than barren land scape with remaining foliage burning. If there was indeed someone hiding within the forest, there would be no forest left to hide within any longer, or signs of life for that matter. Unless he was able to escape, their enemy would be dead upon further observation of the area which was left and their mission would be soon to be complete.

This stuff was happening so fast and Tori had to stay on her toes for all this! The damn Kunai with the explosive tag was coming back towards them! “Oh Shit!” She said as she tried to climb high up in a tree that Ari wasn’t tearing down so she could try to see off into the distance to possibly spot the person! Maybe the Uchiha kid was better at seeing what was happening than Tori was. She let those two handle everything and she decided to cover them and keep a watch on the person they were escorting. Even though the person leading the mission was with them, she knew someone had to back up the two heading into everything!
The cloudy sky above them was beginning to rumble and they were darker than earlier, this was about to be a really severely bad storm about to break above them! Great, completing this mission in a severe thunderstorm! Well, this was an important mission not just for the reward but to complete any assignment given to her. She had a lot to prove and right now her teammates needed her! With her determination, she knew she was an important part of this mission!

[Just assuming that the forest exploding probably did the trick.]
He finally looked up from his reading, taking little note of what exactly was going on. The team had made some real progress or at least that's what he thought until the forest started exploding leaving a large part of the forest outside of Konohagakure no Sato ruined. 'Well I suppose that was effective, but I wonder if it took care of the problem.' he thought to himself. Assuming that the foe had perished in the destructive attacks then he'd turn to the three, "Well good job I guess."
However if the foe had survived, Kurisu would simply lock onto the chakra signature and pull out a simple kunai, charging the kunai up with lightning chakra he'd toss it at full speed towards the foe's head hopefully putting an end to the mission without any effort.
