The village of what...?

Salzem looked his map up many different angles and didn't make any more sense than a gibberish carved into a wall. There were never signs that said "You are here." And even less did they say "Here is the village of Shadows." The... What...? Salzem had never heard of this village and even if he had, he wouldn't have had a reason to go there... before now. Coco had headed this way and he intended to follow her. Home was just beyond the dunes and this "Shadow village."
