Izo's transformation training
Sun Mar 06, 2016 6:29 pm
Fully excited that he has finally learned his first jutsu Izo can not wait to get to the academy the next morning. “Only one more Jutsu and I can finally become a full fledged shinobi.. nothing can stop me now!” he thinks to himself as he pushes open the classroom door. Inside he sees an older looking leaf ninja standing by the desk in front of the class room. Izo rushes to present himself to the instructor, so as not to make a bad first impression. However in his rush to make a good first impression, his bag gets caught on one of the desk and he goes tumbling towards the front of the room and crashes into the instructor.
Scared that he may have seriously injured the old shinobi, Izo takes a second to look up from his current position. As he peers up, he sees that where he once saw an old man, now was standing a much younger looking man probably in his mid thirties. Knowing that Izo is probably confused the instructor speaks first “And that kiddo, is how one uses the transformation jutsu. I bet you really thought I was a weak old man haha”.
With a half puzzled look on his face Izo gets up from the floor and shakes the man’s hand and ask him how did he accomplish such a perfect transformation. The instructor explains to Izo that in order for him to preform the jutsu he first needs to create an image in his mind of what he wants to transform into. Then he must make the signs dog-boar-ram.
While the instructor is still explaining how the jutsu works, Izo knowing that the best way for him to learn is by trial and error Izo rushes and stands in the center of the class room. He closes his eyes and begins to think of the instructor in front of him. He flashes the signs dog boar ram.a cloud of dust and smoke appears surrounding Izo for a brief second. A moment later Out of the cloud of dust pops a miniature version of the instructor. Curious as to why the world seemed bigger and Excited to see what happened he runs over to the mirror in the front of the classroom. When he peers into the mirror, all he sees is A reflection of himself. Now confused Izo turns to look at the instructor.
The instructor still standing in his same spot next to the desk, continues on with his explanation as if not even noticing Izo’s failed attempt just now.
After an hour long lecture on whatseemed like everything ninjutsu, Izo believes he has figured out his error. From what he could make out of the instructors long lecture it appears that Izo did not gather up enough chakra resulting in the miniature transformation. Also Izo needed to maintain that same level of chakra throughout the duration of the jutsu otherwise the transformation would end the moment he moved or spoke.
Again cutting the instructor off before he is able to finish his explanation, Izo proclaims that he thinks he has the hang of it and wants to give it another go.
This time before starting, the instructor tells Izo to try transforming into someone that he knows very well. Explaining that when first starting out, it is easier to transform into a person if you know more details about them, so naturally transforming into someone close to you would be quite easy.
Armed with this new piece of information, Izo closes his eyes and thinks of the one person he knows the best, his Granny. Creating a near perfect mental image of Granny, Izo begins to gather his chakra. Thinking to himself “I’ll probably need double the chakra as last time if I want this to be life size” he starts to concentrate hard on the mental image of his granny so as not to mess it up this time.
Once Izo has gathered what he feels is a sufficient amount of chakra he begins to make the hand signs Dog boar ram. A cloud of smoke quickly surrounds Izo’s position.
Still fighting hard not to add or subtract from his current level of chakra, Izo walks eagerly towards the mirror. Looking into the mirror he is shocked by the uncanny resemblance his transformation has to his real granny all the way down from the bags under her eyes.
Now excited beyond words Izo rushes back over to the instructor. Before Izo can thank him, the instructor begins to tell him that eventually he will not have to fight so hard to maintain his chakra level. The instructor also tells him that with continued practice he will not only be able To transform into into people but also weapons and other things he encounters along his journey.
Izo thanks the instructor before making his way for the door.
