Lazing about [PNK]

It was a sunny day. A green haze filtered through the canopy of the tree. Being quite old, the tree had many a sturdy branch. It was upon one of these branches that Shiroi lay. Both arms laid calmly across her lap as her back leaned against the truck. Sitting there, legs crossed, Shiroi having grown her normal attire of shorts and a hoodie, she breathed slowly. Evenly. Either asleep, or pretending to be.

Part of being a jounin was training ninja, even if what he was training them in was how to know when to run from a battle. Thinking of the newest genin in the village Kyousuke wrote a letter and handed it to one of the villages messenger ninja to be delivered to his house. It wouldn’t take long for the letter to be delivered, so before leaving and going to go look for Shiroi the jounin got ready. Throwing on his jacket and heading out of the door.

Shiroi was somewhere in the village all he had to do was move around enough until he picked up on her chakra signature. After about twenty minutes of searching he felt her presence somewhere within the training grounds. Luckily for himself that is where the letter had told Miyamoto to meet him, so maybe neither would be late. As the jounin entered the training grounds he moved closer to where he sensed Shiroi as he looked awkwardly at the tree he could hear someone breathing as if they were asleep. In the middle of the training grounds, she is so weird.



The ninja placed his hand onto the tree and began to shake pretending he was yawning and stretching in an attempt to wake the girl up. “Aww, so tired.” He would say the lie obvious, but maybe she was already awake and knew that he was lying.

Miyamoto was already hard at work this day.  His mother had tasked him with a few chores that Miyamoto had already knocked out most.  The dawn had folded to the day as the morning sun kissed Miyamoto's skin.  He had to admit, a morning that he did not immediately run out to the training area was a bit refreshing.  However, no peace goes without disturbance.  A messenger shinobi had arrived just as Miyamoto finished with his chores to deliver a message.  Miyamoto took the message carefully and bowed to the shinobi, and just like that he was gone.

"who could this be.  Most importantly though, what did someone want with me."

Miyamoto said with caution, he brought up the letter and opened it, he was hesitant, for he knew not of the summons.  He opened the message as it was revealed to be from his mentor Kyouske, it was a formal summons to a training session.  Miyamoto's heart raced...since learning two new elements and changing up his training to fit learning the Terumi bloodline...he had not had a chance to attend a training session with his mentor.  He hurriedly got dressed in his training Gi.

"Interesting timing.  Guess it is time I show how much I have grown."

Miyamoto took off for the training area soon reaching his max speed he would Body Flicker til he would reach the grounds. 

As he arrived he began to look around for a big Oak tree, that was where he was instructed to go.

Oh boy, it's the roider. Shiroi knew he was getting close, and she tried to secretly palm the pine cone that had fallen into her lap not long ago.

As Kyousuke started his little lie, Shiroi would quickly strike out her arm and throw the pinecone football style at the man's head. While it would move rather fast, she did not use enough force to hurt the man for more than a few moments.

"You're really obvious, you know?" she said, nimbly sliding off the branch and landing with a slight bow. "So, what are you here for?"

Miyamoto was soon greeting with the sound of he superior's voice a few meters away...as if Miyamoto just was not bothering to look real well.  He slowly walked up to the tree seeing the his superior smoking as usual, and another shinobi just leap from a branch.  Miyamoto did not know everyone in the village, and it some cases it was as if they did not want to know him either.  Miyamoto just stood there for a few seconds before announcing his presence.

"Hello and good afternoon Kyousuke Senpai, also to you fellow Shinobi.  What are we training today?"

Miyamoto said as he stood there grinning from ear to ear.  He was actually happy to fight now, win or lose he was going to give it his all.  Question was, was this some sort of three way spar?  Or was this some lesson he was never taught while attending the Academy.

Shiroi simply ignored Kyousuke's childish statement, his time would come.

And apparently it was coming right now, though Miyamoto spoke up before Shiroi could take advantage of the situation.

"Well hello there. Miyamoto, I assume? My name is Shiroi. I can't say I know what you will be training, but Kyousuke here will be training in the age old tradition of 'avoid death', something he seems to be currently lacking in." Shiroi's right fist raised to the air, reaching ear level before tightening itself, revealing the powerful muscles that lived inside her short, lanky frame.

Jumping back just a few feet, Shiroi adopted a fighting stance, pointing her body towards Kyousuke. "I'll give you first move, Roy-Boy!"

“Morning Miyamoto. Today I just want you to watch us spar, maybe pick up a few things as we train. Maybe after our training we can talk about some things you would want to learn.” Kyousuke said in response to the genin’s question. Clearly, Shiroi was having more fun with the idea of beating up Kyousuke than even he had expected. Wow, she wants me to avoid death and take the first shot.


It seemed the girl had even come up with a cute nickname for him. “I am not your Roy-toy.” He would say softly as to not provoke the girl. I think the daddy’s little girl thing has given her the wrong impression of me. Looking at Miyamoto the jounin assumed he would also be embarrassed by the two’s nickname game. The look was brief though as the ninja prepared to throw the first attack.


Before moving forward, the ninja placed a set of brass knuckles on his hands. A green aura began to emanate from the weapons, it was bright and appeared as a mist. Steeping forward (speed 40), Kyousuke threw a punch at the girl’s shoulder. (speed 60, power 40) If the knuckles connected the green aura would stick to the girl’s skin weakening it in the process. There would be no pain if the attack was blocked properly, but the area would be more open to damage.
