Lazing about [PNK]

Miyamoto would watch as the back and forth conversation between Shiroi and Kyousuke seemed to be one of small and comfortable talk before turning into a sparring match.  Miyamoto however, was a bit bummed out that he could not join in and he did as he was told though, but first he would sit down on the ground and empty his mind.  His goal here was to watch and learn to the best of his ability, which against them...seemed like an impossibility at the current moment.  

"As you wish then."

Miyamoto said as he watched Kyousuke as he attempted to punch Shiroi, it was still readable even by Miyamoto, the strike held power though...that much was for sure.  

He waited for the outcome.

Throwing a punch towards Shiroi's left shoulder was an easily readable move. She also knew exactly hot to counter it. Shiroi would wait until Kyousuke was too close to stop, but not so close that she was unable to dodge. Her shoulder body would quickly descend, the left more so than the right, so that, even were Kyousuke to adjust his trajectory, her shoulder would be outside the range he had access to. At the same time, she was shifting her center of mass back, which would be important in the coming steps.

In this whole time, her left hand remained relatively stationary, from the spot it had been while holding a "boxing" stance. Her palm would open up to the sky, waiting for the underside of Kyousuke's arm to grace it's presence. Once the area of his write passed over her hand, which had originally been but two inches in front of her shoulder, and three below it, she would attempt to grip it. Should she be successful, or truthfully even if she had failed, or been in a situation where the only grab target was the dangerously glowing things that she would willingly choose to not grab, she would propel herself forward, but without lifting her right foot after planting it firmly in front of the left, causing her to pivot around it until she faced the same direction as Kyousuke.

Should the grab have been unsuccessful at latching onto Kyousuke, Shiroi's left arm would have taken the momentum of the spin and added unto it, swinging around with her body. In fact, Shiroi's pivot would have continued, attempting to slam her arm into Kyousuke's side, with her standing at about a fourty five degree angle to the behemoth. She would then brace for the collision, preparing to curl in on herself should the larger Jounin crash into her.

However, should the grip be successful, Shiroi would attempt to flip the giant.This would happen by Shiroi pulling Kyousuke's arm across her chect while simultaneously sweeping her left leg back through Kyousuke's left leg before abruptly bending forward. This would, if all went according to plan, take advantage of Kyousuke's momentum to force him to continue forward. Combining this momentum with the loss of balance from the leg sweep and the swift upwards kick that followed it, Kyousuke would, if everything hit, fly over Shiroi's back, landing on his stomach. Shiroi would then skip a few feet back, and take up a fighting stance once again.

Shiroi was quick and she obviously knew to avoid his hands, attempting to grab the ninja’s arm was awkward. Nobody had attempted to hold onto his arm before Kyousuke was so massive people tried to avoid it all together. If she wanted to go along for the ride with his arm the girl was free to do so. Looking at Shiroi it seemed she was trying to flip him, raising his arm slightly so that she no longer would have a solid place on the ground to lift the giant’s weight he would calmly think of his next move.

The girl was indeed an expert in taijutsu, but with her size she seemed to carry less strength. Less was still a lot though and the jounin would never underestimate his partner. Using his other hand, he would try to throw off the girl’s grip on his arm while attempting to hit her with the knuckles which still emitted a green aura. Not looking away from his opponent he would talk to Miyamoto.


“Are you ready for this Miyamoto? This is a battle between jounin!” With that said a combat aura would form around Kyousuke, a visage of a large dog would appear behind him biting into the air. Hopefully Shiroi would show the man in the mask and the boy would get the feel for killing intent. Likely the pressure combined would make it difficult to breath, but the feeling would eventually subside. With the aura still visible the jounin would move forward stepping in as swiftly as he could. Then with one quick jab to Shiroi’s midsection he would attempt to force the air out of her body and knock the wind from her. (105 speed, power 50) If Kyousuke knew anything about his opponent, he knew that attack made things serious and the battle would actually begin.

Shiroi was but a breath off the ground when she reacted. Her right arm quickly attempted to grab for Kyousuke's arm, which was an easy feat with here already applied grip. With one pull, she was raising her body above and over Kyousuke's frame. Or well, over his arm, at least, so that her motion would end with a sort of hand stand.

She would swing her legs down and around, aiming for kyousuke's head with the right leg, specifically the neck. This involved a mid air rotation, initiated at the launch from Kyousuke's arm, Should the backside of Shiroi's knee find it's mark, it would set up her momentum for the other leg to wrap around Kyousuke's head, giving her a good choke hold location. Now let's do this.

It seemed the girl no longer cared about the aura the man’s knuckles emitted, as she tried to swing up and flip his moving hand would push the girl away which was his intent (speed 60, power 70 it is just a push, so likely no harm will come from it.) As the knuckle touched the girl’s body though some of the aura would stick to her skin (-5 Health for the purposes of resisting damage.) If Shiroi dodged the attack she would be set up for her kick.


However, before her first kick the man’s upper body would become a gray color and both his eyes would blacken leaving only pupils the color of the man’s skin within. The kick’s seemed to have no effect at that point as Shiroi wrapped her leg’s around Kyousuke’s head he would make three, foot long spikes (speed 30, sharpness 70) underneath the girl’s legs. This way they would go unnoticed before digging into the opponent’s leg. If Shiroi seemed to not care he would halt the progression of the spikes to only six inches, the goal wasn’t to hurt her just to show that grabbing him was a bad idea. “Miyamoto you can jump in if you want. I’ll make sure you don’t get hurt.”

Miyamoto watched the bout as it escalated.  HE watched as his giant of a teacher threw himself into a barrage that no mere mortal would be able to withstand.  He was in awe that Shiroi was able to engage in the fight that seemed like it might fly off and hurt anyone in the area.  It was then that he heard Kyousuke's speach, his battle aura flaring up causing Miyamoto to engage in a fight or flight response as he stood up.  

"Hell yeah this is what I came to see."

Miyamoto popped his knuckles, he was not yet about to back down from this challenge as he heard Kyousuke speak once more and ask him to join in.  He then smirked as he launched at the two with a speed of 20 he made the hand signs for Rock Fists and as they appeared on him he let out his own roar.

"Don't mind if I do!"

He was moving at a speed of of 15, soon speeding up to 30 as he aimed to catch a blow to anyone that could be hit by a barrage of blows with a speed of 30 and power/strength of 35.  He knew it would not do much, but he was going to do it anyway.

Let's start with the pause. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, calmly thinking of his next move takes significantly less than a second. Even then, that would place Shiroi's "pull up" before Kyousuke's punch. The obvious intent of Kyousuke's punch was to punch a hanging Shiroi. If obvious intent alone could get stuff voided, though, this job would be easier.

In fact, Kyousuke actually stated that he wanted to "throw off the girl's grip" while "attempting to hit her with the knuckles". Note that both of these actions are being done by the same hand. With no other description of how he's trying to throw off my grip, that means the punch is the method.

So that makes 2 possibilities. He starts his punch while Shiroi is pulling up. This possibility should result in a dodge from Shiroi's part. The other possibility is that Kyousuke attempts to punch Shiroi after she's already on top of his arm. Except, with the text of his previous post, this isn't possible. Once on the top of the arm, Shiroi is no longer gripping his arm.

I'm claiming a void on the hit of the punch. The other actions, including greying of the skin, are not affected by this. However, that does not mean they'll hit me, and they may be subject to standard "when you do X, I do Y" timelining. This could, and likely will, prevent the timeline progressing to the point where Kyousuke can call out to Miyamoto. Combine that with the fact that Kyousuke never actually used his Show of Might (timeline things, my actions prevented a bunch of his actions from happening, including the casting of Show of Might, but this is a few posts back.)

To Kyousuke and Miyamoto: I'm not trying to be a dick, but I take battle RP, even in spars, very seriously. It's one of my favorite parts of RP. If I give you warning a about something, it's probably best to at least inquire about it, instead of ignoring it and assuming I'm wrong. Maybe I am wrong, but common courtesy would be to point that out, not go silent. If Kyousuke had just asked about it, I would have pointed all this out.


Shiroi noticed the greying of Kyousuke's skin, and memories went back to that mission. She hadn't seen the total carnage of it all, but she had seen enough to know that his body was dangerous. It had been foolish of her to attempt this form of attack.

The back of Shiroi's right knee found its mark, but the other would never make it. She had bent her leg even more, allowing her to attempt to push off the back of Kyousuke's head with her foot, propelling her away from the man. The kick-off-like-action was not an attack; it would deal essentially no damage, if even. It was merely propulsion, to get her away from the malleable man. She would push herself downwards, flipping midair to enter a hand stand with her back to Kyousuke, before continuing the roll, not stopping in that position, coming to land on one knee, left leg foot down forward, and right hand still on the ground. She would look up to Kyousuke as she was landing, making sure she was prepared to dodge if need be, but not getting up from her position. Instead, she simply shifted so that she was no longer leaning on a knee. Instead, the toes of that foot would be supporting her while the knee hovered an inch off the ground. Of course, Shiroi likely had a moment as Kyousuke had never fully stopped his charge.

[At this point you can actually talk to Miyamoto if you desire, or just continue to attack me.]

Shiroi was about to land on her hands, going into the handstand, when it happened. Her head was tilted up enough to see a shape growing on Kyousuke's hand. She had read about that. Names were lost to times, but there were important people in times long past with abilities suspiciously similar to Kyousuke's own. She had also found his files. Not all of them, some knowledge was restricted to those of even her pay grade, but enough. His past was the big one. His statements on that mission had not been mere joke, she knew that now.

That is why she was scared. Truly scared. She managed to notice the round thing growing on the front part of his arm when it was just starting to grow. She got lucky. She made the right assumption. The right guess.

No longer was making the hand stand of her priority. Falling was better than taking this hit's full power. Moving as fast as she could, her hands came together into a ram seal. Two jutsu were cast. The first would normally cause her skin to become a flashing neon light, essentially, constantly changing colors. However, she suppressed this, forcing her skin to remain it's normal color. The second jutsu also used the Ram hand seal, meaning she did not have to move her hands at all. This technique caused her to gain flexibility. A lot of it.

Even while casting the second jutsu, Shiroi was moving her legs. With the speed acquired from her Perfect Cell Transformation, this was an easy enough feat to accomplish before Kyousuke's elbow crashed into her. The lower half of her leg would be able to block the blow, using the added flexibility of the Toy Soldier Transformation to make sure she was protected, and also ensure that the following did not kill her either.

Had she been firmly planted on the ground, she might have been able to fight back against it, fully block it. Given the situation, however, she could not. Her body was propelled through the air. The pain was minimal, but it was there. That was how Shiroi knew something had to be done. Even with a perfectly executed block, maybe possible only by her most powerful technique, she had felt it.

With extreme flexibility comes really awkward looking landings. Unfortunately, or truly, rather fortunately, for Miyamoto, the speed she was moving would be above what he could perceive, and he would miss the point where it looks like Shiroi broke her back, then immediately stood up. Except, she didn't just stand up, she kept moving. The hit had knocked her with a lot of force, propelling her forward. She kept this momentum as she rolled to her feet, and immediately looked for Miyamoto. Right now, she should be faster than Kyousuke, and she was not at max speed yet. Right now, she was going just a bit slower than the attack that hit her, but still faster than Miyamoto would be able to process.

She turned and ran straight for the boy. Being careful to not harm him, she would attempt to pick him up without slowing down. It would be difficult, but she would be able to lift him by the arm pits if some act of god or the devil didn't stop her. She would keep running until she, and consequently Miyamoto, if he had been grabbed, were standing ten meters in front of Kyousuke. She stopped, and an earnest look was on her face, a searching look. This was not faked, this was actually how her face looked. It was a weird thing for the girl who faked nearly every emotion. Shiroi sincerely hoped that Kyousuke could recognize this. She did not want to fight the man. Not here. Not now. Not in front of a genin. Not when innocent lives were nearby. If it had to happen though, so be it.

"You're safe. I won't hurt you. You're safe." Shiroi would say this, staring directly at the partially transformed Kyousuke. It was all she could think of to calm him down, hoping the entire time there was still some of him left.

[Yes I realize that Kyousuke hasn't entered Beserker mode. Shiroi, however, doesn't. She barely survived his attack by using Taijutsu Block while she had +70 speed, which is the only reason she was able to block in time. Well that and the transformation speed of chakra stat of your cannons, which is where I got the time to perform the jutsu. She thinks you'd only launch an attack that deadly if you were losing it. Also, as was shown in the topic "Sages of Different Paths", general knowledge of how your clan's KKG works is accessible. I'm not stating I got information on the cannons from your village file, just from generic "reading up on it".]
