A Stranger in a Familiar Land [Open to Hoshi]

So much for a sense of adventure...

Shrugging ever so slightly, Lucian watched closely as the rock went through one portal and out the other. Allowing a slight smile to tug at the sides of his mouth the Nazar boy restrained himself from jumping up and down. He had an image to maintain, after all. What image that was, well, Lucian wasn't too sure on that point.

"I suppose that works," Lucian said with a nod. "Thank you."

At this point in time, a few bells began to ring out across the village of Hoshigakure. This was Lucian's cue to be on his way. No, he was not tied to any particular religion but when a high-ranking member of an institution asks you to mass then you do not turn them down. It is a simple as that. Another one of those image things, no doubt.

"Well, it was nice to meet you," Lucian said earnestly. "However, I must be off. I wish you all the best."

With a shallow bow, the two portals on either side of the Nazar evaporated from existence. Then he was off. Being late was also unacceptable. Luckily the church he was bound for sat quite close to the water gardens. Perhaps he had gotten a bit distracted in his training?

Kyousuke just listened quietly as he was thanked it still felt awkward, so he just didn't say anything. After that the church bells began to ring and Lucian had to be on his way, he said his goodbyes before disappearing. "Nice to meet you as well and have a good day." The large man would call out before leaving the training grounds to tend to some of the days other duties.
