Dummy Training

Love was enjoying some quiet time alone walking through the forest, listening to the sounds of the animals. There was a breeze threw her hair, she closed her eyes and listened for the song of the nearby birds. She began to wonder what it would be like to sound like one of them. Of course she wasn't about to burst out in song like some character in some cheesy sing-along movie. What if someone came along and saw her; Love would probably die of embarrassment. Love activated her dojutsu to find exactly where the singing birds were. She would then swiftly climb up the tree and sit next to them humming. 

As she sat enjoying the few and the company Love spotted some people walking. Hmm... She thought to herself. Her current situation made her remember a jutsu that would be perfect if she was fighting those people. High up in the trees and unnoticed, she could easily create a clone- That reminds me... Love made a mental note to learn shadow clone jutsu. The clones that she could make now were barely any help in a battle. Though if she used one now, disguised using transformation jutsu, she could control it from the shadows and change the voice. "Just like a ventriloquist." Love said to herself, the name of the jutsu finally surfacing. She'd read about it before but puppets were never her thing, she liked to be up front in the action, luckily this jutsu could be used without one.

Once the people were gone Love jumped back down to the ground, she would've done it sooner but she didn't want them to think she was a creep or a stalker or thief. "I don't think I need to use any hand seals." Love began to think of the most familiar voice she could imitate. People already told her she sounded like her mother so the next voice in line was her father's. It would be hard thing for a young girl such as herself to do, but Love is different not to mention a ninja. Love took a breath, thought of something her father might say, and spoke it. Of course it wasn't perfect the first try but Love kept trying. Digging deep for a second and then coming up slightly, the way her father sounded when he said certain things. The more she threw her voice the more she began to mimic his mannerisms; She even started walking the way he does.

Love giggled to herself. This training was a lot more fun than she thought it would be. "I need to try this on a person." She said aloud and began to look around for an unsuspecting victim. Love ran from one end of the path to the other twice. Her excitement began to fall and she was about to head back to the village when she heard approaching footsteps behind her. Love quickly jumped behind a bush and hid. When the person got close enough she parted the bushes branches to see if she knew them. "Ko!? Perfect."

An evil grin crept across the girl's face. Since the only voice she had practiced was her father's it would be perfect for getting his attention. Then she would imitate Ko himself to cause confusion. "Ko? Is that you?" "Katsumi-sama?" The older male began looking around to find the clan leader. "Milord what are you doing out here alone?" He asked with a low panic in his voice. Ko wanted to use his byakugan to find Katsumi but it could be seen as a threat so he refrained from doing so. Thinking that Ko might be close enough to easily find her, Love made it seem as though the voice was coming from the trees off the path that led to a little stream. "I'm simply enjoying the scenery. I can't stay cooped up inside all the time after all." Ko nodded reluctantly and took a few steps towards where the voice could be heard. 

"I understand, but you shouldn't be out here alone sir." Love chuckled, having been told the same thing when she was younger. "I'm not some fragile old man. I can take care of myself." "Of course not." Ko said with a sigh, hanging his head. He remained silent for a moment before quickly popping his head back up. "Milord you're supposed to be in a meeting right now!" Ko's sudden exclaim caught Love off guard. Was he serious or just testing her? Crap!.. Love quickly spat out the first response she could think of. "Matsuno is taking my place." Matsuno left on a new mission last night..! Ko activated his byakugan and quickly found Love hiding in the bush. "Shit." Love tried to run but her hair got caught on a branch.

Love turned to unsnag the caught hair and in that moment Ko shunshin'd in front of her. "Love? What are you doing?" "It's Ai-sama you ass!" Ko scoffed, "Hold still." The male reached to help her. "Don't touch me!" Love barked at him; had he been any closer he might've gotten bitten. Ko couldn't help but laugh. When they were younger Ko was always trying to cut her hair and one time he actually did. Love has never gotten over it. Once free Love pushed past him to go back to the village. "Wait where are you going?" "Home!" Ko started walking behind her. "Why were you impersonating your father?" Love sighed. "It's called training you idiot." "Hmm.. Oh I see." He replied remembering a jutsu that allows the user to change their voice. "You know you could've just asked for my help instead of hiding in the bushes like some kind of pervert."

Ko smirked knowing that his words would cause a rise in Love. The young kunoichi balled her fists, "Why are you following me you stalker!?" "Well I can't let the Hyuga princess walk unaccompanied." Love sighed, she would try her hardest to get away from him. At one point Love ran into a crowd and used the transformation jutsu unfortunately Ko had memorized her chakra signature. As Love exited the crowd she felt restrained and fell. "What the hell!?" "You can't escape." Ko picked the redhead up, throwing her over his shoulder and continued to the Hyuuga compound. On the walk home Ko wondered why Love hadn't tried to break free, he decided to make a joke about it. "Oh my Love I didn't know you were into bondage." Bondage..? "What the hell are you talking about?" "Well you haven't tried to escape so it could only mean that you like being tied up." Love immediately began to struggle hearing his words, Ko dropped her on the ground. "Untie me you freak! I don't want to be apart of any of your weird fantasies!"

Ko scoffed. "What makes you think I would fantasize about a pancake like you?" Ko leaned against the compound fence as Love continued to struggle. "Relax I'm gonna teach you an escape jutsu. Honestly you should've learned it in the academy." Love sighed and stopped moving. "Of course I know about that jutsu but I've never been caught in it." "I see, your arrogance led to your ignorance." He said plainly. "Hey are you gonna help me or insult me!?" Ko waved his hand at her. "Just use your chakra to untie and remove the rope." Love sighed and did as instructed. "See, piece of cake." Love glared at the male as she stood up and dusted herself off. Ko took that opportunity to plant a kiss on her cheek. "See ya around Aiko~." He said and shunshin'd away. "Damn him! I'm not a child." She grumbled as she walked into her house.
