Komon and Komori meet Sakana and Hitori [IO]

Komon’s brother Komori had already gotten the hang of the technique so instead Komon focused as he watched the redheaded uzumaki work intently on his chakra, and with his byakugan could see it clearly, he seemed to notice that as the boy focused that the chakra narrowed into an edge, “So he’s getting it afterall huh?” he’d think to himself as he took his back off the side of the tree and straightened his posture.

He watched hitori send a kunai through several trees. “Good job hitori, he’d say with a bit of pride on his voice. Senshi had done most if not all of the teaching, but it still felt good to watch Kumogakure’s next generation advancing. He remembered practicing the same technique not to long ago with his sensei fondly.

“We’ll now that everyone seems to have learned the technique I’m gonna follow that meijin kids lead and call it a day. Thanks for your help senshi, see you at home Komori, and good job on learning the technique hitori.” He’d say as he turned and began to hop into the tree branches, determined to get home before nightfall.

Senshi blinked as Hitori repeated his attempt at the technique. He was relatively surprised that the boy had managed to do it so well after only being shown once how to do it. He knew that he was pretty good at weapons but then again he had spent his entire life around them. With his father being a black smith and both older brothers moving in that direction as well, it only made sense that Senshi himself would be interested in the tools of his family’s trade. That was the main reason behind why he had specialized in weapons after all. It only took so much to gain his interest, and choosing a more academic skill like Fuuinjutsu or Medical had definitely not been an option for the boy. His control had only finally managed to even out, and since he didn’t have many people in his family line that were shinobi he didn’t have the high chakra potency that other shinobi had.
 
What he did have was an inborn talent with weapons, born from years of breeding. To see a boy like Hitori who was not a weapons specialist able to pick up weapons so quickly brought pride to the young Genin’s heart. He enjoyed when others picked up on weapons and learned to use them effectively. He enjoyed it even more when he could teach other people to use weapons well. Weaponry was a specialty that provided someone the ability to work from range or close up. It was an extremely physical art that Senshi would have never figured the slight, red haired Uzumaki to be proficient at. Still his ability to increase his throwing accuracy after only one short demonstration was pleasing.
 
It meant that Kumo as a whole would prosper with more efficient shinobi. As a fellow Genin, Hitori should learn what he could about weapons so that he was more proficient overall. Senshi then sat back and watched as the boy practiced more with the Chakra Infusion technique. He seemed to be struggling initially but it wasn’t taking him very long to progress either. This was either because he was a prodigy in several fields of shinobi, or because Senshi was a pretty decent teacher. Senshi had always wondered whether or not everyone he met was simply a prodigy as a shinobi or if he was just that good as a teacher. Either way the village hidden in the clouds would benefit if its shinobi were prodigies or if they had a capable teacher.
 
Senshi turned his attention to Kumori for a moment to see if the boy had been working on the technique himself. Regardless if his element of water was useful with the chakra infusion technique or not, it was an extrememly beneficial technique to learn. Especially since Kumori would later learn another element besides just his water and lightning elements. He could then use those two elements to infuse his thrown weapons to make them more effective and kill enemies of the village. Senshi could see that Kumori had already gotten the technique down and by the time he turned his attention back towards Hittori supprised to see the boy had managed the technique.
 
He watched as the Kunai he threw did the impossible for the boys weak strength and speed. Senshi wasn’t sure how he managed to get through two trees and mostly into the third tree. Senshi could not help the surprise that he felt from the younger Genin’s abilities, there was just no way could that he have managed to do such a thing. Maybe the laws of the universe had bent to allow the boy to throw them through the world to allow Hitori to cause so much damage. Or maybe the three tree’s had been weakened, and were dry rotting thus making them easier to penetrate. Senshi wasn’t entirely sure and he really wanted to walk over to the trees to check them out and see if they were weaker than normal and thus that was why the boy had managed what he had.
 

Senshi knew based on what he had seen that Hittori’s speed and strength were no where equal to his own. When he threw a kunai or shuriken with chakra infused lightning, it barely did more than what Hitori’s kunai had just done. Adding his wind chakra usually produced a similar result as well. So how could Hitori, a puny, weak, skinny little kid throw a kunai with as much strength and piercing power that Senshi could. He resisted the urge to go check instead giving Hitori a complimentary nod, to let him know that he had done a good job with his technique. Before anything else could be done Komon gave his good bye’s and headed out. Senshi figured that it would be as good a time as any to move on to his own training now. Giving both Komori and Hitori a polite nod he spoke, “It was enjoyable, have a good day Komori, Hitori. If you need any more help you can find me at the farthest training field.” With that Senshi turned taking off towards his favorite training field.

Upon everybody else leaving, Komori decided to leave as well. For some reason, it felt as though people had been waiting on him to leave for a fairly long amount of time, despite him being one of the last remaining members since everyone else seemed to be either antisocial or have better things to do. Granted, this was not the most exciting thing to learn, and Komori was one of the ones that had better things to do. At this point in time, he had not even passed his second chuunin preliminary, let alone really know Hitori at all aside from this meeting which seemed to go on forever. Komori had always been more of a social butterfly in comparison to his twin, as he somehow always managed to find a way to talk to people at various locations for no apparent reason whatsoever. Komori said his goodbyes to Komon and Senshi respectively upon their departure and waited for the red headed Uzumaki. He did not want to leave him totally alone, so instead he would wait for the boy to walk over towards him and head out to the Village Hidden in the Clouds with him.
