With his reaction time at 185, Komori only furthered his stats by activating lightning javelin at his reaction time. This brought his speed up to 155 and his strength to 60, while also bringing up his reaction time to 215. This gave him plenty of time to notice the attacks, but barely enough to dodge as he merely tucked and rolled to the side at a speed of 160. The boy would then channel chakra to his feet as he activated the surface walking technique. He had guessed correctly, it had been a puppet user. He had just gotten the actual user wrong. Komori was unsure as to where the music was coming from, but it kept him on the edge. His lightning infused body would successfully dodge the bolts of lightning as he would sit up immediately. He had no cover, and if he had learned anything from his taijutsu exam with Senshi, he could not allow himself to get hit by a single arc of lightning. The lower portion of his body, at the base of his feet to be exact, would quickly began to form a puddle on the floor with the hydrification technique at the speed of his reaction time 215. Komori would then go into overdrive as all 15 possible water bubbles would rise from the bubble. He then launched all of them at once at 40 speed towards his enemies. He did not expect to get a kill shot, but as these were damaged corpses for puppets, he thought that they might be weak enough to sustain damage. As the bubbles were launched, hopefully distracted all five puppets, as three bubbles headed towards each puppet corpse, Komori would then aim his finger at the puppeteer in the corner, forming a droplet of water an inch across his fingertip and firing it off at a speed of 94 aimed towards his chest. As he was sitting down, he should not be able to move at his full speed in order to dodge it.

It was a good thing he didn't need to move at his full speed to dodge that all he needed to do was mimic the boy before him and roll across the floor. Due to his inattention and the fact that he needed to dodge the water gun attack, three of his five puppets were taken out by the water balloons. The other two would just manage to pirouete as they danced to the newest song played. The man seemed to be the one singing now instead of his puppets, though the voice and music would be echoing throughout the whole room. The puppet master smirked as he and his two remaining puppets shot bolts of lightning at a speed of 125 and a power of 50 at the boy. Two bolts seemed to be slightly off center and aiming for his right shoulder. The third bolt was aimed at the ground slightly to the right of the boy. Should he attempte to hydrificate the dodge again it was more than likely that the bolt aimed at the ground would electrocute him and prevent his hydrification. Going backwards would still leave him vulnerable to all three attacks.

Komori was about to be stupid. Since his reaction time of 215 would allow him to notice the bolts of lightning heading towards him. Time to test the odds. Komori began to sign eleven handseals at a speed of 155 as he charged forwards… in the direction of the bolts of lightning. He would be struck by at least one of the two bolts of lightning, but thanks to the skill that Senshi had taught him, Kaminari no Ririsu Lightning Release, the lightning bolts would manage to strike him, effectively cancelling out his hydrification technique. Not that he had planned to collapse into a puddle. He surrounded the foreign chakra with his own as he sped forward without surface walking at a speed of 160. The expelled chakra of the two bolts would likely sprout off of his body in the direction of the two puppets, possibly shocking them the same way that it had shocked Kureiji at Senshi’s house. Thanks to the Invictus armor that he was wearing as well as the -10 Raiton damage he was able to use, Komori charged forward with no consequence to his overall health aside from being unable to liquefy. He would finish the handseal chain as his right arm was engulfed in a blinding white and blue aura of electricity. He grabbed his right bicep with his left hand to steady himself before ultimately charging into the puppeteer at his speed of 160 with chidori. The lightning infused arm would reach out upon getting closer, pointed towards the puppeteer’s heart. If it connected, it should pierce straight through him as Komori would be unable to stop, slamming the two into the wall with Komori’s hand impaling the man as well as the wall.

That terribly poor wall. Hope komori liked the feel of warm blood in the -10 degree temperture of the down stairs. The blood would begin to crystalize only a few moments after he was bleeding out over Komori. Komori had struck him just in time for the song to end. The puppets dropped but what Komori hadn't seen was that by striking the man and pushing him backwards he tripped the dead man's switch trap he was standing in front of him. Komori's single warning would the twinge of wire breaking before at a speed of 100 a guillotine would come flying down. It had a sharpness of 150 and was aiming to decapitate not only Komori but the dead puppeteer as well.

Should Komori dodge it, he would need to keep in mind that his arm was trapped in side of the pupeteer who was not a small man by any means so he'd need all of his strength to drag the man with him. Once dodge or dead Komori would need to decide what he was going to do next since the final chakra signature he could sense was on the second floor and he had fully explored this floor.

Komori heard the twinge and even with a reaction time of 185 due to allowing lightning javelin to fade after successfully connected his strike, he still had more than enough time to react. With a strength of 30, he used his free hand and left leg effectively to push himself off of the wall, attempted to carry the body of the puppeteer with him as his hand was beginning to get stuck inside of his chest. If all went according to plan, the two would fall backwards out of the path of the guillotine swinging downwards as it would crash into the wall that had just fallen and hopefully not the dead man or Komori himself.

Congratulations you survive with no physical injuries. Mental though?

As Komori leaned backwards pulling his arm out of the wall the puppett master came with him but as the guillotine came down instead of decapitating the two it now only cut the the puppet master in half covering the genin in his blood his intestines dropping on top of the genin. Komori would now have completed the Artic Dungeon and need to travel to the desert dungeon to complete his mission.

One could not see it from the outside of the mask, but Komori’s eyes were wide open. He quickly sat up and began to try to push himself away, but his hands could not find a grappling point, so he just slipped some more on the icy ground. The crimson liquid covered Invictus, his own mother’s suit of armor, which now had a blood lung and bits and pieces of his heart on it. The heart that Komori had pierced with his chidori. He quickly slid away on the ice and sat back on his legs. He quickly reached up to undo the straps of his helmet as he collapsed on all fours. Now free of the blood stained helmet, Komori vomited. The sight had been too much for him. The man had been cut in half in front of his very eyes and he was not prepared for this. He was still a teenager, he did not need to see the horrors of the world so soon. But this was the curse of being a shinobi. The loss of innocence. Komori slid away and wipes one of his gloves on a lower portion of the suit. Once he had cleared it off of the immediate blood to make sure that none would smear upon his face, Komori wiped off his mouth as a tear dropped to the icy floor, freezing as it fell in the cold weather. He had forgotten how bad the temperature was. What he wanted was to escape this hell he had been placed in. He honestly thought about giving up as he sat there on the cold icy ground. He cleared his throat and forced himself to stand. He had come this far. The damage to his mentality and body was already done. It would not make an ounce of sense to give up at this moment. Komori wiped off a tear dripping down his face with his clean hand. He continued back the way he came, past the genjutsu hag’s room and her corpse, which he did not even acknowledge, as he stepped over the tripwire once more to safety. From there, he walked the twenty meter hallway back to the staircase that he had first entered and ascended back to the divided pathways.

Komori signed the Rat → Dog seal to fetch a water bottle from his pocket dimension storage and downed an entire one. He was starting to become dehydrated after the last opponent, who could have been counted as six due to his damn puppets. The Hozuki developed a hatred for puppets, aside from his friend Max’s creations. He was happy to call the young boy a friend. Thinking about him caused his mind to wander further in that direction. Reizo. Senshi. Hitori. Komon. His family. The reason he fought and the reason he could not give up here. He tossed the now empty water bottle behind him down the stairway to the Arctic Dungeon. Filled with a newfound sense of determination, Komori ascended once more up a flight of stairs to Desert Land. As he walked, he strapped the helmet to Invictus to his head and cleared off any blood that covered the eye lenses. He would be fully armored upon reaching the top floor, which was about 137 degrees. His armor was clearly not built for this kind of weather, but then again, neither was he. The armor helped to contain his own moisture to keep it from evaporating in the intense heat. Komori could not use Rain Tiger at Will indoors as far as he knew, so instead he reached into a blood soaked pocket and pulled out a water sealing scroll to hold in his hands in the event that he would need it. He then began to trudge through the sand at 115 speed.

Komori would be offered the option of going left or right. He couldn't see much of the barren wasteland that he was in now. Komori should probably be wondering what poor soul had draw the short straw to being sand into this building and place it out. Komoris chakra sensory would let him know that going in either direction didn't seem to matter. Unless the maze had another dead end like the first floor

Komori would decide to head right, down the sandy corridor when he stopped halfway down the path. He took a quick glance to make sure that the coast was clear before jumping into the air towards the ceiling, quickly hiding in the false ceiling tile. He would once again begin the tedious process of signing the Rat and Dog seal to unlock his storage dimension. He hated how often he had to drink as a Hozuki. It seemed to be the only downfall in all honesty. He removed the blood stained mask of Invictus and drank about three fourths of the bottle before pouring the rest inside the suit itself. He needed to cool off, as he was beginning to grow hot in the environment. He left his water bottle in the ceiling as he was risking heat exhaustion by simply walking through this sandy hell. Komori did not like sand. It was coarse and rough and irritating. And it got everywhere. Not like the rest of Kumogakure. There everything was smooth…

Basically, sand is terrible. Hydrification is near impossible because if he were to try it, he would likely just sink through the floor and suffocate in the god awful grains of sand scattered about the area. What poor soul had to set this up, he was not sure. One thing was for certain. Senshi should not be allowed to touch the thermostat. Ever. Komori strapped the panther mask of Invictus to his head once more before crawling silently, still in the sealing. He would go as far right as he was allowed, and have his chakra sensory active to alert him to any dangers. All of this occurred while his own chakra was being suppressed, which he had done after vomiting after the gore fest that was the puppeteer’s dead man’s switch backfire.

As Komori continued around the bend he would see what might seem to be a mirage to him. Three palm trees ringing a small indoor pool that looked more like a pond. He would not see any shinobi yet but his chakra sense would tell him something was down there as he contied down the pay he would hear a new song.
