Ice Release

Han wakes up early in the morning as he is excited to start learning the Ice Release. He goes to his shower and bathes under a stream of cold water. He gets out of the shower and puts on his ninja gear and walks down stairs. He greets his father and leaves in a hurry towards the training grounds. He reaches the training grounds without delay and looks at his surroundings. He decides to go back to the river where he discovered his Ice Release and learned about his lineage. 

He sits down under the same tree next to the same river and starts to recall what happened. He looks over to the jagged rocks and seems to relive the moment. He remembers the fall and the fear as the ice was created and saved him. He knows that he has to recreate that moment, he needs to recreate that moment. He starts to recall all the emotions he felt very vividly. He remembers all the fear and doubt in his mind and he saw his life flash before his eyes. He remembered thinking to himself that this was the end, he couldn't save himself, he couldn't save anyone. He remembered all the people he loves and all the promises and vows he had made. Then it felt like all the emotions left him and he just felt a primal instinct to survive. He remembered an urge to continue living. It was during this time when the ice was created under him. He knows what to do. He needs to be cold and emotionless. He knows that the ice is logical and rational, it doesn't respond to emotions. The ice responds to urges and wants and needs to help complete tasks. He needs to learn how to remove his emotions and think with an ice-cold focus. He starts to build up the chakra inside him. He feels his chakra spread throughout his body. He starts to change the Nature of his chakra. He feels his Wind Chakra and his Water Chakra build up inside of his body. He focuses clearing all the doubt and emotions from his mind and heart and focuses on the here and now. He feels the chakra inside him mixing together as the Wind seeps into the Water and vice versa. His senses seem to be enhanced in this focused state and he starts to feel the moisture around him. All the sounds seem to disappear as his intense focus starts to pull the moisture in the air closer to him. His chakra mixes together completely forming a cold, freezing chakra flowing throughout his body. He extends his arm and reaches for the moisture around him. As his hands try to grasp the moisture, it starts to freeze and form into an icicle. He feels his chakra flowing through his hand as he grasps the newly formed icicle from the moisture. He holds this icicle and tries to analyze it. He raises it up towards the sun and after a few minutes, realizes that it isn't melting. The ice doesn't seem to melt or even drip. He realizes that this ice is infused with his chakra and won't melt unless he releases it. He lets go of the icicle and watches it fall to the ground. He expected it to shatter into multiple fragments and pieces of ice but it remains intact. He decides to release the chakra inside the icicle and watches it turn into cold moisture and evaporate around his hand. He starts trying to manipulate the moisture around him into multiple shapes and forms of ice. Over the next hour, he creates an array of shapes and forms out of ice. He then continues to control these shapes and forms. He starts to move them with his chakra alone, removing any and all physical aspects whatsoever. He releases all the chakra and it returns to its previous form. He starts to form multiple chakra infused icicles and raises them around his body. One by one, he starts launching them towards the trees around fifty meters ahead of him. The first few reach about ten meters each before evaporating back into the moisture in the air. With each icicle, he infuses a little bit more chakra in the remaining icicles. Gradually, they reach fifteen meters, then twenty, thirty, thirty five, and eventually, it reaches the trees fifty meters away. The icicles pierces deep into the tree and the tree almost breaks from the center. He releases the chakra inside that icicle and watches as the icicle evaporates into cold moisture once more and he notices that the trunk of the tree started to freeze and the leaves started to wilt around it. He returns his chakra nature to its regular state and he falls to the ground. He pants and breathes heavily as the wind gets knocked out of him. "That felt really weird. I've never felt so empty and cold. I don't think I'll be able to get used to that feeling." He says as he slowly stands up. He starts to smile and then he starts to laugh with joy as he realizes that he did it. He managed to use the Ice Release that was hidden inside of him for so long. For the first time, he felt like he was a Yuki. He feels even closer to his mother than ever before and he can't help but to smile. He walks up to the tree and inspects it. He touches it's surface and feels the cold and frost on it's trunk. He thanks the tree for going through the pain for his growth and newfound strength.

He walks home and greets his father with a smile. He starts to explain his day in vivid detail as his father listens with pride. He talks about his realizations and all the things he felt while he used his new chakra nature. His father starts talking about Han's mother and how similar they are now. At the end of the night, they return to their respective rooms and fall asleep.
