Not Enough, Never Enough (open, NK)

Kinzoku glanced over to Nobunaga as he posed the question about his arm. Kinzoku knew Koroshi could heal his arm into what would basically be what he had before he lost it. "My clan gives me the unique ability to manipulate steel. I figured having a steel arm would benefit me, allow me to easily create steel once I become more adept at it's use" he replied. As it were, Kinzoku was still learning the ways of his clan and had yet to fully grasp the control over steal. With that he arrived and Kinzoku went to his spot, where he noticed Nobunaga removing his cloak revealing the armor he had under as well as the entirety of his sword. Kinzoku finally saw how massive the weapon really was. 

He began by creating a clone of himself, instantly putting Kinzoku at a numerical disadvantage for now. It seemed he was going to save his sword, keeping the good stuff for later. Kinzoku was about to begin performing a set of hand seals to even the playing field, but the two Hiyu charged right at him giving him no time to get the jutsu off. The real one came up right in front of him whereas the clone moved past him stopping behind him. A clear attempt at flanking Kinzoku, which is what he would have done if he had the numerical advantage as well. With his right hand he reached behind him inside his jacket and into one of his pouches as he put his left metal arm up in the way of Nobunaga's punch. The arm was solid enough to take the punch but Nobunaga's superior strength would still knock him back. Next came the sweeping kick from the clone, which landed forcing Kinzoku onto his back. Before impacting the floor, Kinzoku pulled his right arm out from behind him with a smoke bomb in hand. Upon impact, he'd crush the bomb in his closed hand before opening it up and allowing the three of them to engulfed in a 10 meter wide smoke cloud.

Rolling backwards, Kinzoku jumped towards his right and out of the smoke cloud slapping his hands into a set of 5 hand seals in an attempt to even the playing field. At that moment a dragon made of earth would erupt out of the ground and begin circling the smoke cloud. With a 10 meter long body and the head adding an extra 4 meters, the dragon did its best to circle the entire cloud of smoke which was as large in diameter as its own body. If the two Nobunaga's had no left the smoke cloud yet the dragon would crash its head downwards into the smoke at an attempt to crush them both, speed and strength of 60.

It appeared Kinzoku's metal arm was not strong enough to mach the stretch of the Anbu. Nobunaga's fist collided right into the prosthetic limb, pushing it back into Kinzoku's chest. The block did manage to block some of the punch, preventing the full force of his fist from connecting, but it was still enough to force the Nazar backwards. The backward motion his upper body was now taking was enough to have him off balance, letting the kick to the back of his calves fully sweep his legs. Nobunaga watched as Kinzoku reached behind his back and the clone saw him reach into his pouch and pull something small enough to fully be concealed by his hand. The next thing they knew, they were engulfed in a cloud of smoke the erupted from the smoke bomb Kinzoku pulled from his pouch. Despite having their vision blocked both the Nobunaga's herd Kinzoku roll away and perform his hands seals therefore knowing exactly where he was thanks to their heightened senses from being an experienced fighter. Without their vision they were still able to reply on their sense of hearing just as well.

They stood still and listened, hearing the ground shift and change form. Something out from the ground was now beginning to circle to the two of them in an attempt to trap them within the cloud. Neither Nobunaga's would let that happen. Before the earth dragon completed the circumference of the smoke cloud, both Nobunaga's thinking the same bolted towards the edge of the smoke cloud and threw a devastating right hook into the side of the earth dragon. Bits and pieces of earth would fly outwards towards Kinzoku as the side of the dragon exploded upon impact of the Anbu's fists. With the dragon exploding like a bomb went off inside of it, it would come to a sliding halt and crumble into chunks of earth. 

Both Nobunaga's would bolt out of the smoke cloud and hurl over what was left of the dragon, headed back towards Kinzoku before he could activate another jutsu. The Hiyu knew his opponent was skilled in Genjutsu and now Ninjutsu as well however he still wanted to test his hand to hand capabilities. Once a couple of feet from Kinzoku the real Nobunaga would pounce forward, slightly lifting off of the ground as he aimed to deliver a flying kick with the sole of his right foot straight into Kinzoku's solar plexus. It was an easy attack to see coming and therefore would probably be avoided, which was sort of the point. If it connected, all the better however it was more of a distraction for the clone that came in second and a flurry of several punches. First a left job towards Kinzoku's face, followed by a right, then a left uppercut to his gut and a right hook to the side of his temple.

Kinzoku watched as both Hiyu's came out of the smoke heading right for the body of the earth dragon. With a single punch from both of them, they managed to shatter the whole jutsu to bits. "So much for evening out the playing field" Kinzoku thought to himself as he now stood there watching the two standing with the rubble of his jutsu laying around them. Now they were both charging at him yet again. It seemed he wanted to keep this a close ranged battle for the moment. Eventually Kinzoku was going to have to pull away from them. Based on the strength from Nobunaga's previous attack and the speed at which he moved at, Kinzoku could tell he was both stronger and faster than himself. 

Having lost sight of which was the real one when the smoke bomb blew up, he wasn't sure which one was the one attacking him. But one of them came flying in with a jumping kick. Just getting out of the way Kinzoku slid to his left. Once he avoided the flying kick he spun around on his left foot performing Leaf Gale right into the gut of the Nobunaga which would knock him out of the air. With the next Nobunaga coming in for an attack, Kinzoku was forced to simply keeping hoping backwards. He was quick enough to read the movements of the Nobunaga attacking him but his body could not move as fast as his senses. So instead of sticking there trying to intercept every attack, Kinzoku evaded by hoping backwards out of reach from the attacks. By doing so he was able to move out of the way from each strike, occasionally having to put up his arms to block a strike he wasn't fast enough to evade. 


When the Nobunaga threw his right hook to Kinzoku's temple, Kinzoku timed it as be both sent a surge of chakra running through his body as well as dodged to his left ducking under the punch. Doing so put him on the outside of the Nobunaga's punch. Although the spar just started Kinzoku could tell Nobunaga was taking it easy. Testing the playing field to see what Kinzoku was capable of. But it was time for him to take things more seriously. Most of all, Kinzoku wanted to get a look at his sword. Kinzoku threw in a lower left jab with his steel arm right below the Nobunaga's right rib cage. Knowing Nobunaga wore armor, Kinzoku was hoping his blow would stun the Hiyu long enough for him to grab hold of the right arm with both hands. With his increased strength and relying heavily on his metal arm, Kinzoku attempted to spin and throw the (clone) Nobunaga at the real one. His hopes were that he'd eventually get rid of the clone Nobunaga so get thing back to one on one and to get Nobunaga serious.

As was expected Kinzoku managed to dodge Nobunaga's flying kick. As he was coming to an end of his fligh the Hiyu watched as Kinzoku speedily delivered a spin kick straight to his gut. Luckily, Nobunaga wore his armor, which managed to prevent any real damage from being dealt to him however it did throw his decent off balance. Crashing landing onto the ground the Anbu would roll a couple of times before turning to face the Nazar who was now locked in close range combat with his shadow clone. Looks like he did have some knowledge of taijutsu, but it definitely was not his forte for he continued to try and put some distance between them. Kinzoku was sneakily able to avoid the flurry of punches the clone threw his way. Both Hiyu's instantly sensed the surge of chakra that overtook Kinzoku's body, knowing exactly what it was for he had used it on the previous mission they completed together. 

Sliding his right foot backwards the Nobunaga clone twisted his body sideways to not have his left shoulder pointing in Kinzoku's direction. The clone would swing his left arm, slapping his palm right into the incoming forearm of Kinzoku's jab. Pushing it aside the clone would spin around and using the same left leg that he had dropped backwards would deliver a leaf gale of his own right into Kinzoku's waist. Nobunaga held back the strength as to not injure the Jounin but it was still enough for him to feel it and get knocked several feet away. As the kick may or may not have landed, the shadow clone would pounce backwards, putting a distance of 5 more meters between them. As he did so, his left hand was engulfed in crackling lightning, a blue glow with tiny bolts dancing around his hand. 

Vertically swinging his hand upwards, out from the lighting crackling around his hand would erupt a vicious beast made purely of electricity. The beast would bolt from the clones hand, charging on all fours right towards Kinzoku. Meanwhile, the real Nobunaga crouched in a ready position watching as all of this unfolded. With his left hand placed on the ground to balance himself his right would reach over his shoulder and grab the bandaged wrapped handle of his great sword. Watching to see what Kinzoku did, whether he took the beast head on, managed to dodge it or destroyed it, Nobunaga would pounce forward. Unhooking the great sword from the chain on the back of his armor, he would whip it over his shoulder and vertically bring it down towards Kinzoku's left shoulder.

His punch was completely deflected by the Nobunaga. To top it off, the Nobunaga hit him with a Leaf Gale of his own sending Kinzoku falling backwards. After hitting the sand/ground hard and sliding a bit, the Nazar flipped his legs over him doing a back roll as he finished the slide on his feet knelt over. Glancing up Kinzoku spotted Nobunaga's hand covered in lightning. Skilled in the arts of taijutsu and ninjutsu and most likely kenjutsu. Many similarities to Kinzoku himself, minus of course the taijutsu part. From his knelt down position Kinzoku slapped his hands together into the Horse hand seal as the lightning beast was shot at him. He hoped back a few more feet away from the oncoming lightning monster just to give himself a little more time. As he hoped backwards, Kinzoku used some of the stored chakra in his steel arm for the jutsu which would help conserve some of his own chakra reserves.

Expanding his own chest almost as if he was inhaling a mass amount of air, when Kinzoku landed back down onto the sand he shot his upper body forward releasing the built of chakra in his chest. From his mouth shot out a stream of fire which began expanding into what seemed like a fire wall. The fire and lightning beast would inevitably collide with one another though the lightning beast would prove to be weaker and be entirely engulfed by the mass amount of flames. The jutsu would scorch on across the sand past the beast and towards both Nobunagas. The jutsu would not reach it's max cone width of 50 meters as it would no go far enough to accomplish it, nor did Kinzoku want it to. It was still wide enough to reach both Nobunagas. 

A few moments after the flames would have reached both of them Kinzoku cut the stream of fire off. The flames would extinguish shortly leaving a large patch of burnt sand with a cloud of black smoke. This would obviously prevent Kinzoku from visually seeing where the Nobunaga's would be, but that wouldn't stop him from finding them. Not only could he use his other senses to detect them but he was also watching out for their chakra signatures waiting to see where they were coming from. Even though he did just use one of his most powerful jutsu, he knew it wasn't going to be that easy to stop a former member of the Dust.

Nobunaga calmly watched from his still crouched position as Kinzoku resorted to a jutsu of his own to combat the vicious lighting beast bolting towards him. Sensing the extreme build up of chakra coming from the Nazar, he knew it would be a powerful jutsu, probably two powerful for the lighting beast to withstand given Kinzoku's elevated chakra potency. As before, the Hiyu unhooked the blade from the link on his back however instead of making his way towards the Nazar he came up right in front of his shadow clone, putting himself in between him and the incoming fire jutsu. Standing there with his great sword perched on his shoulder, stoically watching the rushing flames the armor on his body would swiftly begin growing and spread. Slamming the tip of his blade into the ground with the flat of the blade facing himself and the oncoming flames, both Nobunaga's would kneel down behind the slab of metal sticking out of the earth. Keeping the palm of his hand on the metal of the blade while his armor continued to spread, the flames would collide right into the sword with great force but as it did it seemingly withered away, the blade absorbing some of the chakra from the fire upon contact. The rest of the flames that would not come into contact with the shielding sword would curve around the sword, missing the two Hiyu's. 

Kinzoku probably wouldnt have seen the armor on Nobunaga begin spreading and the flames wither away upon making contact with his sword for the sheer size of the flames. However once the flames ceased he would come to see the massive great sword rip out of the ground with an entirely different person standing in front of him. The armor had now fully spread across Nobunaga's body making him look like death itself. The black menacing, fish scaled armor now covered his entire body also giving him a helmet that looked like a scull. The brute of a man fully clad in his armor would remain slightly crouched as held his sword with two hand and slid the blade to his right, letting it slice a line across the earth of the path it took. Bringing it to a stop just to his right the blade would be engulfed in an aura of blue chakra, turning it into the largest light saber anyone had ever seen. With all his might and speed Nobunaga would lift it off the ground and diagonally swing it up towards his left shoulder. 

As the blade was midway through his sweep the chakra coating it would slip off the blade and slice through the air. The current of chakra created from the blade would cut through the air, tearing its way straight towards Kinzoku. The chakra blades themselves were slow moving however they were very sharp, sharp enough to cut through nearly anything. If there was one thing Kinzoku needed to do, it was to avoid getting hit by those chakra blades coming his way. Nobunaga knew very well that if those hit they could kill him however this battle would unfortunately have to come to and end therefore he wanted to give the Kinzoku a little bit of the extent of his strength. Some what of a little parting gift. 

Watching what his ally would do, Nobunaga would raise to his full height and counter of course if Kinzoku threw anything his way. However the fight was over. The shadow clone standing behind Nobunaga would burst into an explosion of fluffy white smoke and he would slip the great sword over his shoulder and back onto the link on his back while his armor slowly began to recede and shrink into its normal form which only covered about half of his body. With his face now revealed, the Hiyu would brushed his bare hand across his sweat dangling hair and make his way over towards the Nazar showing that theyre battle was now over. Grabbing his black cloak and letting it drape over his shoulders to conceal his entire body, Nobunaga would come to his ally and say "My time is up friend. There are matters I must tend to."

Sticking his right hand out from under his cloak, the brute of a man would go to shake Kinzoku's hand. "It was an honor." It was an honor to have worked with him, fought him and known him as a friend. Those four words meant all of that and Nobunaga of course would convey that in as few words as possible for that was his nature. Upon shaking hands, Nobunaga would nod, his gritty face remaining ever so stoic and unmoving. This was perhaps the last time he would meet Kinzoku as an ally. He would cherish this moment, even if he did not show it. With that he would turn around and make his way out of the grounds, withholding himself from turning back to give Kinzoku and final farewell. Nobunaga would make his way through the ghost town of a village that was once his home of Suna. It was where he came as a child after being fostered by a gang of mercenaries, the village that took him in and made him the man he way today. The village he failed to protect and would now be leaving forever.

As the flames from the massive fire jutsu enveloped both Nobunaga's, the one from the back having gotten in the way of the second one with his massive sword, Kinzoku lost sight of both of them. However with chakra sensing he knew they were both still there. Only thing was, they hadn't moved away from his jutsu which meant they must have used some skill of their own to protect themselves. Once he ceased releasing the mass amount of fire from his mouth and the smoke cleared up he got a view of what had happened. One of the Nobunaga's was in front of the other, the one in front likely being the real one. They were both knelt down, the real one having just plucked his giant slab of a weapon out of the ground. Kinzoku simply guessed that he must have used his giant sword to block or parry the flames away from them, but he had no idea that some of his chakra within the flames had been absorbed into the blade itself. But what really caught his attention was the suit of armor Nobunaga was now wearing. It had completely changed from the half suit of armor he had previously been wearing. Now he was clad in black armor from head to toe with a helmet shaped into a skull. Whatever his sword did not block, the armor probably just protected him from the rest. "How the hell Am I going to get through that thing" he thought to himself, quite frankly a little amazed at how bad ass the armor itself was. 

His attention quickly shot over to the sword as Nobunaga dragged the tip of it across the sand, shortly after it was engulfed in his chakra. "That can't be good" he thought to himself kneeling down himself while deactivating Fire Halberd. Placing his right hand into the sand, Kinzoku's skin complexion would begin taking on a grey yet peachy color almost like the sand itself, using more chakra from his metal arm to help with his transformation. Althought Nobunaga wouldn't notice it until Kinzoku's face also took on the same color. In this new state, both Kinzoku's agility and durable and increased significantly. His body composition had basically become that of sand. With laser like focus, he watched as Nobunaga chopped down with his sword releasing a number of chakra blades. They looked as devastating as ever, and probably were too. With his increased speed, Kinzoku dashed across the sand to his left side easily avoiding what was probably a deadly jutsu. Though in this form a hit from that was probably something he could recover from, not without some pain however. 

The minute he was out of range from the blades, he took opportunity to dash right towards Nobunaga. Kinzoku saw how his moved such a massive weapon with ease, almost like it were made of paper. But he was hoping to get him in the right moment right when he finished his down swing, where there was a brief pause before being able to swing it back. With his new speed he may have been fast enough to do it. However he stopped nearly mid way to Nobunaga when he saw the shadow clone behind him explode into a puff of smoke. Sliding across the sand to a slight halt, he watched with a little bit of confusion as the armor began receding back into its normal state and he placed his sword back into the links of what were probably its make shift sheathe. It was pretty clear that their sparring session was coming to and end. Kinzoku began slowly making his way over to the Hiyu as he had begun to do the same.

"That's too bad" Kinzoku would say adjusting his hat with one hand while the other he lifted in front of him as sand particles began falling from out of his gloves. "Things were just getting good" he added. At least he got to see that massive sword in actions for a brief moment, though he would have enjoyed more. But there were matters to attend to and Kinzoku knew exactly what those were. He had matters of his own to attend to as well and his family was also waiting for him where in those matters were. Kinzoku deactivated his Assimilate All Creation jutsu as he skin complexion returned back to normal and he met Nobunaga's hand with his own. "Likewise, partner" Kinzoku replied as he shook the mans hand. He returned the nod only instead he smiled. Normally Kinzoku would have said 'may we meet again', but he refrained from doing so. He would like nothing more to meet Nobunaga again sometime in the future. But he knew if he did they were not going to be under the circumstances he wished them to be. If they one day did meet again it would not be as allies, but rather as enemies. And Kinzoku only dreaded the thought of one day having to face an ally, a friend most of all. Nothing more needed to be said really. With a handshake and a nod of the head, the two had said everything that needed to be said. With that they both parted ways, Kinzoku heading for his former home to gather up his remaining belongings before heading for Konoha, which would inevitably be his new home.
