Sanae was walking beside Tamaki as they were slowly progressing she watched what he did and was kind of amazed. Even if it was wood and not bone growing on his arm it looked kind of familiar to her and made herself a little bit more self confident about her jutsu that seemed to be almost that just a little bit different. And then they reached the top of the hill, the path beyond it was more overgrown almost returned back to nature and after a moment Tamaki would point out, that down there was the group of people they were searching for. She gave a sign of relive that they had not come far, it would have been a drag to find them in the wild especially taking into notice, that this people did not really move like trained shinobi but more like lost sheep. Slowly her eyes looked into the forest a little further to the horizon. Gently she tapped the shoulder of her companion: "We have a small problem incoming", she then pointed to movement between the brambles and bushes inside the forest. So far unseen by their targets but visible to them, because they could kind of look at it from above and this would reveal about four people moving slowly but steadily towards the ambassador.
"We need to be quicker", and this was when she started to move sprinting downhill was kind of a rewarding feature because it was easier to accelerate and build up speed and this was one thing she was quite good at, speed and taking hits. One was always preached by her father and the other one she was always getting whenever he was training her. How could those bandits be any worse than a sometimes kind of abusive Kaguya father who was indeed hitting his daughter by at least partial of his strength to get her trained. While she was now rushing downhill, her eyes on the bandits an observing eye could see her upper arm was growing out of her shoulder until it was out enough to serve as a handle for her to wrap her hand around it.

Indeed, they had a problem.
An aberration in the thicket and Sanae was running down towards the fray.
Pulling at her shoulder, bones seemed to grow up to meet her hand, strong bones huh?
Tamaki followed her at a pace that asserted his weight prominently, he was slower than her considerably.
Yet he managed to be gaining on the comparatively slower of the four, when he got closer to him he attempted to swing at the assailant.
Taking him at the side of the head, Tamaki snapped the pole across his face before grabbing the shard and throwing it at the next person who was running ahead of them.
Aiming for the leg to slow him down the snapped pole shard impaled him high in the calve.
A cry shot out from him alerting the others to Tamaki's presence, the first man had recoiled from the blow and now laid unconscious on the ground.
Sanae being faster would have engaged or run ahead, he wasn't sure as to her whereabouts after she had sped off.
He preformed hand signs dragon tiger hare {ap cost 37}
Putting his fingers to his lips he shot a large stream of water from his mouth towards the incoming assailant.
The other two had continued towards the carriage, leaving the two others to be dealt with.
He washed him into a nearby tree and continued to exert pressure, with his free hand he three a kunai to follow down the stream towards the man's neck.
A second later he gave his death cry and Tamaki's water trumpet technique relented, leaving a large portion of water to be soaked up by the ground.
He made the tiger hand sign and his chakra lifted from the ground and turned the water into a fine mist. {ap 10}
It slowly developed into a fog that enveloped the surrounding woods, consuming the corpses of the two would be assailants and a portion more of the area.
He called out to Sanae,"The last two are yours."
Before running to intercept the convoy, the mist followed him as he ran.
Carrying a dense fog at his heels, Tamaki soon ran to over take the rampart nobles, "We're on a mission to escort you out of the forest and you're under attack!"
The nobles were aghast at the situation and began to scramble around like chickens with their head's cut off.
Tamaki ushered the wry well dressed chooks into the carriage before giving the driver an estimate of their location and which way then to go.
Even through the hidden mist technique Tamaki's senses of navigation where keen and he had just made a bee-line south, to return to the original road they would have to travel north.
Hopefully Sanae had taken care of the other two people, he was concerned for a moment but then it subsided. Strong bones

One could be almost sorry for the poor guys that thought attacking a royal emissary inside the borders of Hoshi. Coming closer to the bushes she kind of vanished from sight. Sprinting around in a half circled shape she tried to make herself appear in the back of her assault victims. This worked pretty well seeing how she was almost twice as fast as they were and they were focusing on something else, maybe they did not even take into account that they could be around that fast. All the while she was pulling out the bone inside her left arm while getting into position to even up her game a little more. Doing the dance of the camellia was not only giving her a boost of strength but also amplified her speed. (-20 AP / +25 Speed & Strength)
While her victims where kind of scared looking over at what they could see from their friends who had just been showered with some water and disappeared in a gust of fog they tried to defend each other back to back. A small chuckle, like a creepy echo inside the woods and the blink of an eye later they knew this was not helping them. The quick and stabbing moves of the dance were piercing through their defence like they were a pincushion just made for this purpose. Blood stained the ground and leaves of small bushes and as the dance ended so they ended. Slowly sinking down to the ground gasping for air they could not collect anymore. A slow look around would confirm no more people creeping around and that was as good as a job well done. "I am sorry you chose a path opposing the law, someone will pick you up soon, well at least as soon as possible I suppose", she rubbed of the blood on her bone blade at the clothes of one of the people and bowed before then running to catch up with the still not so fast moving carriage. It was not that difficult because the terrain was hindering it a lot. So soon it had her sitting on top of it holding watch. "Say Tamaki, are you alright?", she asked a little out of breath since yes she was speedy, but she was kind of getting out of breath quickly. But this was not as important as to find out whether her partner was okay or not while they were now moving towards Hoshigakure.

Witnessing the dance was breathtaking, she was impossibly fast and was pulling bones out of her body.
It had been a feat of shear alacrity and force, riddling the man with holes while dancing.
"I'm fine, are you okay?"
He noted lack of breath, perhaps it was true that she was faster but how long could she keep up that pace?
Long enough it seemed.
He sat next to the driver and ushered them through the fog which slowly dissipated in their wake, Tamaki began to pick a way through the hindering trees and they eventually made it back to the road.
"Our job is to escort you back to the village."
The driver nodded in affirmation.
Tamaki gave him directions before checking to see if the envoy inside was unharmed, which they were but quite making a fuss as if they were terribly dis-positioned.
He smiled towards Sanae and tossed her an apple, "Not too bad, I hope to see you in the future."
They arrived at the village gates and Tamaki dismounted the carriage.
