A Jounin in the training grounds (IO. NK)

With that, let us get back to the narrative.

Hikari (Who for some reason thought that Tsume's bird friend was in front of her) had to focus her chakra sensory in order to keep in mind where it was. As Hikari fired the laser the laser would blind both Tsume and his Hawk, the both of them would fall down in pain. (Unfortunately, The Kunai thrown would be destroyed by the laser. 100 damage required to destroy the kunai V 230 health, or something like that.) Sanae would go to check on Tsume. Hikari on the other hand would start to move the laser up (At a speed of 100) Making sure that no one else would get hurt by the laser.

As Hikari would keep the laser over her head, she would look down, Tsume would be blinded by the light, but for the most part unharmed by the events... However.... something that surprised Hikari was that Sanae... who looked at the light, didn't appear to be blinded. This was.... well... very impressive, that she was healthy enough that she wouldn't be blinded by the light.

Hikari wanted to go down and check on them, but the laser would continue to go out, and would still have power left, and would continue to blast for another few seconds. During this time.... Hikari would be unable to move.... of course though.... it wasn't like she needed to move. WHy would she ever need to do that..... She was completely safe....

Or so Hikari thought.

Looking toward the direction that Hikari had blasted the laser.... the girl saw... him....

The Crazy albino that Hikari had nightmares about. Kenshin Uzumaki was screaming across sandy training field, heading straight for the young jounin.

Sweat started to drip down the Jounin's face the man stopped a couple of meters away from Hikari.... Kenshin's skin.... somehow... it appeared like Kenshin had figured out how to gain complete control of state two of the holy seal that Hikari had given to him already.... which made this even tougher... Hikari had to figure a way out of the situation.

Kenshin would begin to talk, explaining how the attack had hit him and Had destroyed his sandals. Hikari would attempt to calm him down, saying "Kenshin.... Kenshin.... I am sorry.... Please don't kill me please...... I will buy you some new sandals..... just please.... let's all calm down and talk about this." ....

(Just so you know how far out of it I am, while writing this, I at one point wrote "After the beam blinded both Kyousuke and Kenshin, Hikari would swiftly fly to go claim queendom"

So she apparently had made her way towards Tsume and knelt down beside him as she quickly scouted for his bird that was apparently fallen down on the ground as she was right then and there again forming her medical Ninjutsu to hold her glowing green hands over his eyes for a moment even if this had no effect at all at least it could be a soothing one, maybe easing the pain a little or whatever at least she tried to do something about it with her low abilities. But then the fragile silence was broken as someone new entered the battlefield the training ground hat turned into. Her head turned and she needed to look twice as she had a hard time to recognize the albino at the moment.

Last time she had seen him in formal attire and with skin white as snow, this time around it was reddish brown or something like that. It did only have a faint resemblance to the man she had met then. But the voice even as loud as now or maybe even because of it drove a shiver down her spine. But wait he did seem quite pissed and from Hikaris perception this seemed bad. "I get your bird don't run around", she said to Tsume to dash of to get the bird who had most likely landed to not crash and as gently as possible grabbed it at its legs. She would not mind it hacking at it, but Tsume might if it got hit by the next blast. So the new target was, getting both out of the area.

Now usually Kenshin would just give a small smirk at the fact that Namikaze was shaking in terror merely because of his presence... but not this time. No, this time she had good reason to be scared, because he was far too angry to feel any amusement from something so trivial. And right as the albino was about to lose it, the wannabe magical girl went and opened her mouth.

"Kenshin...Kenshin... I am sorry... Please don't kill me, please... I will but you some new sandals... just please... let's all calm down and talk about this." The rather angelic looking girl would plead, trying to calm Kenshin down before he would do something that he'd regret. But thankfully... Kenshin would feeel no regret for what he was about to do. 

"Ohoho don't worry, I'm not going to kill you." The silver haired Jounin would say as he looked up at the flying girl. His scarred face was split by a rather murderous grin, and the fact that his only visible eye was glowing silver spoke tales about his anger. 

"I'm going to make you wish you were dead." he would say simply, his rather deep and smooth voice tinged with traces of bloodlust and insanity. Namikaze would pay for the humiliation that she had inflicted upon him, and then she would be paying for a new set of clothes and sandals. 

"You have three choices right now Namikaze. First choice, come down here and accept your punishment, and in doing so earn a slightly lesser punishment than what I had initially planned. Second Choice, come down here and fight me. If you win then simply walk away with no punishment whatsoever... but if you lose you get a slightly harsher punishment than I had initially planned. Third choice... you try to escape, but know this, if you're foolish enough to try the third choice I will hunt you down, and when I eventually find and capture you your punishment will make what I had initially planned seem like a luxury... so please... just try it." The medical specialist would say, locking his sole uncovered eye with one of Namikaze's, almost daring her to try the third option.

Personally he hoped that she would choose either the second or the third options, as he felt that it would be boring to simply punish the girl without being able to rough her up a bit first. Whatever that laser of hers was... it was powerful... extremely so, and the entirity of Kenshin's body was still burning just from being caught within the beam for a couple of seconds. He also knew that if he hadn't been in the second stage of his Holy Seal then he would have been completely vapourised, so yes, being able to teach her a lesson about where she aims in the future would be more than a little theraputic for him

Speaking of the seal, he really needed to deactivate that thing as soon as possible, as he had managed to figure out a rather serious drawback to using it. After only a few uses of the seal, he had decided to do a little research on just how the seal affected his body, and what he found was both interesting and worried him. He had absolutely no idea just how the seal worked... but whatever it did, left him weaker and weaker each time that he deactivated it. The first time, he had simply thought that he was fatigued after it's use... but the longer he left the seal active, the worse the fatigue got. And after he had managed to activate the second stage of the seal for the first time that belief had been completely solidified.

In the end the drawbacks of the seal were far outweighed by the benefits, but still, he really didn't like the idea of relying on such a cursed skill too much. And it was for that reason, that the silver haired Chunin would release a small breathe, and allow his body to revert back to its original form. The newly appointed Jounin's deep brown skin would begin to fade away, revealing the fact that his usually snow white skin was almost completely red, and covered in blisters. 

"Make your choice Namikaze." Kenshin would say as he once more glared up at the flying young woman. His tone was harsh, and filled with a fair bit of venom, but why shouldn't it be, she had almost killed him with that laser.

AP + Boring Shit:

Only four senses left, Tsume and Hakucho were both blind. Neither of them could get the blinding light from eyes. Closing their eyes didn't work, and rubbing it out wasn't an option. Their other senses were also useless. All they could hear was this stranger's madmen laugh and threat towards Hikari sensei. The scarier thing was that Hikari replied in fear while also telling Tsume his name. Kenshin. Before Tsume could reply with an angry outburst, Kenshin told her that he wouldn't kill her but wish she was dead instead. Tsume wasn't foolish enough to make any threats, if Hikari was afraid, then he should have a reason to be as well. Hakucho, on the other hand, wasn't like that. Haku would flail around trying to airborne again but couldn't. Tsume felt a little better pain wise because Sanae started to heal him. Then she would get Hakucho. "Thank you." Knowing Hakucho would be stubborn, Tsume yelled out. "Don't worry, Haku, Sanae is coming for you." So when Sanae went to grab him, he wouldn't accidentally harm her with his sharp talons. Tsume could only then ask. "What is going on?" He was so clueless. All he could get was that they were all in trouble. For what reason would be a mystery until the blindness wore off. Or if the blindness wore off, that was scarier thought so he just put it off to the side.

Kenshin would deliver his choices, and as he did, The holy light of celstial Lumine would start to slowly die down. Thinking about it, it might of been a good idea for the Jounin to lower the light on Kenshin to prehaps slow him down as Hikari made her exit..... wait... what was she thinking? If she did that, Kenshin might of gotten even more hurt then.... which would of been a worst situation.

Honestly.... The knee jerk reaction of Hikari was to use the same jutsu that Kenshin had just used and bodyflicker away. However.... having an evil tentical monster stalker did not seem like a good idea to Hikari (Although she didn't know about the tenticle part.) Prehaps if she was going ot leave the village, then Hikari could just bolt. But seeing how there is no plans for that at this time, Hikari didn't have that an option....

Fighting Kenshin.... prehaps if Hikari's writer hadn't messed up her stat page, and she didn't know what S ranks she had right now, she might try it.... however... even with that, the thought would be very suicidal. So, Hikari was pretty much no choice besides to fly down to the ground landing 5 meters away from the man, prepared to deal with whatever Kenshin's punishement was.

Hikari would turn her golden eyes on... but would allow her transformaion into an angel to fade out of existance. Her golden eye would face Kenshin.... looking almost like a lost puppy looking for a home as she did... awaiting Kenshin's punishment.

Kenshin was just standing there, looking up and talking to Hikari. Kotetsu watched them impassively for a few moments as Hikari slowly made her way back down to the ground. The wings seemed to have disappeared. Kotetsu shrugged and leaned back against a tree, his hands resting behind his head. It wasn't his place to get in between two powerful shinobi. They'll sort it all out themselves.

The bird she carried seemed to listen to its owner. Gently she ran two fingers over his head and walked over to Tsume who was still a little disorientated. Hikari surly knew how to knock out mouthy people, but this was a little bit much wasn't it? Well who was she to judge that especially listening to Kenshin rampaging around like this. Once again this was not really alright, at least to her. There should be an official way to go about it, like a hearing in front of a court or something. This fight let shivers run down her spine and a kind of sick feeling made way inside of her. "Kenshin-sempai appears to be hit by Hikari-senseis laser, he is in a real bad condition but still extremely well on his feet for the experience of such a strike and now awfully mad", she said to the other Genin wrapping her free arm under his pulling him up on his feet. "I will get you out of the danger zone if you don't get better, I will take you to a medic and let those two fight it out alone, this is kind of madness", she seemed to be quite displeased with the situation as she walked him over to where Kotetsu was and gently let him sit on the ground. Then she put the falcon down in his lap and turned towards the other Genin: "You are allright?"
