The Allure of Kumogakure

As always it was the stink that opened its arms and drew her in. Phantom hands pawing at her arms and pushing at her back, almost making her stumble in her way to the check in station. Then came the random wailings of the rot forest. She would be lying if she said that such noise were music to her ears. Even now it was one of the things that she abhorred about entering or leaving her village.

Shaking her head to dislodge such thoughts from her mind, Saya focused on entering through the gates. It didn’t take long for her to be admitted in. All she really had to do was flash her headband, answer some questions, and in she went. The usual mutterings and grumbles of Kumogakure’s citizens became her new favorite song.

But first a nice long shower before seeking out any information about Konoha and the Sunagakure shinobi.
