Holy Crap what a mess (Mission, P, IO)

The scout was caught just before the treeline as Cole sped just past Miyamoto.  Miyamoto sighed and watched as Cole destroyed the horn and held the scout hostage.  He questioned him and Miyamoto remained silent for a time as he watched, Cole was efficient but brutal enough that Miyamoto even questioned his motives.  The way he began to cut into the chest of the man slowly and shallow enough over and over made the man yell out in pain even after receiving a kick to the face a moment earlier.  That was when Miyamoto stepped in as he laid a hand on the mouth of the scout.

"The way you are doing this will do more harm than good, he may not be able to use a horn but screams do the same thing.  Remember, shinobi are resourceful and are supposed to be subtle in the way that they get their information.  Besides, it does not look like this man wants to die here."  Miyamoto looked down to the scout whose eyes were wide as Miyamoto sat the man up and used Body Pathway Derangement on the scout, causing him to become limp as his spine betrayed him.
"Now, I am going to let my companion here do the questioning, answer his questions and I will make sure you live, if you yell out to try and alert your friends, or try to do anything that would lead me to believe you are lying or misleading me...I will take you to the other ten we have hiding in the forest...they are not as understanding as my friend and me..."  Miyamoto said as he held the man up and looked at Cole.

The scout was quiet and looked at cole, he was sobbing.

It seems Satoru had caught on, “To be honest, Tsume, I’m not sure about this smoke. If the rogue ninja we’re after are capable enough to cause persistent trouble requiring a team of four genin and a chuunin to fix, why would they give away their position in such an obvious fashion?” Tsume nodded. "We need to draw them some how." Again, Tsume knew it was risky, but he'd much rather walk into something knowingly than not knowingly. 

After Tsume had sent Miya and Cole, he continued onward with a hurried pace. Satoru was still on Tsume's tail. This would put Tsume and Satoru 20 meter away from the trees, and 30 meters from the surprise visitor. Haku was also 20 meters from the duo drew to him sitting on the branches in the trees. They had reached the point once Miya had caught the boy for information. This means, once Gaelio was 30 meters away when he through the explosive, and since Haku was facing towards the others to watch for the very thing, he was able to spot the danger before the danger got to them. In fact, he saw it so early, that he was able to shoot a warning at Tsume. He call was the one they trained, so the Chokyoshi knew it meant danger and it would reach him at the speed of sound. This triggered Tsume to look back at full speed and spot the ever closing kunai (speed: 125, RT: 205). The kunai was cutting to close about 10 meters away. Tsume noticed the explosive blocking it would be pointless as it would just explode, killing Tsume and Sat. Quickly thinking, he weaved his two hand signs and outstretched his arm to make contact with the kunai and paper bomb. Before the mystery man could arm it, the kunai would be transported via partials into his storage displacement jutsu (speed of transporting: 205). Tsume had drawn some blood with the kunai making contact with him, but it was transported fast enough that it did no harm. 

Now the bomb wasn't a problem, Tsume spotted the man easily 20 meters away. "Behind us, Satoru!" Tsume called out before pressing his ninja head band, calling on Cole and Miya. This man was able to sneak up on us, he must be very skilled. We need every hand we can get. Tsume thought.  He then drew out a shuriken from his weapon pouch at max speed and used Wind Style: Slicing Blades on it so when he through it, it would be faster. He launched it right after infusing it (speed of shuriken: 137, sharpness: 86). It was aimed to weave through same path as the kunai so it would hit the enemy in the  right leg's hamstring, stopping him. This would hopefully stop him long enough for Miya and Cole to arrive. Either way, Tsume kept an eye on the man for anything he might wanna pull. 

As for Haku. As soon as he warned Tsume of the attack towards him, he rose above the trees about 30 meters, making him about 45 meters above the ground at max speed. This was too get a nice view of the whole field so their would be no more surprise attacks. Since, as of this moment, Haku had no chakra, he couldn't be sensed.

“I understand. Preparing for an ambush.” Satoru responds to Tsume’s answer.

Tsume’s words prompt Satoru to prepare himself. If the two are expecting to walk into an ambush or trap, then the correct course of action would be to counter it rather than fall victim to it. Thus, Satoru’s line of thinking is simple: approach as though unknowing but with ample resources to suddenly evade or defend themselves. Anyone watching would assume that their trap has been a success and that Tsume and Satoru were going to walk right into it none the wiser. Then, Satoru would spring into action at the first sign of danger.

To put the current events into perspective, Satoru’s question received an answer from Tsume just after Cole and Miyamoto were assigned the task of apprehending the new individual. Further, in response to Tsume’s words, Satoru performs a unique hand seal at full speed to conjure two shadow clones. One clone is ahead of him by two meters and runs a little to his right. The other is directly behind him by two meters. This jutsu is performed when the rogue ninja with the horn had just been reached. It is after this that the following actions occur.

The hawk companion of Tsume is 20 meters behind both Satoru and Tsume. He is perched upon a branch. Still behind the hawk by 10 meters is Galileo Galilei (Gaelio?) the purple-haired astronomer. The kunai thrown is seen by Haku around a third of the way to its destination. The warning is heard by Tsume. Satoru acts according to the Chokyoshi’s response.

The original Satoru changes direction on a dime. He lunges to his right (Tsume is to his left) by three meters and turns around to face the direction from which Haku’s voice came. Here, he sees their enemy. The clone ahead does the same but does not completely turn around. He keeps an eye on what is ahead of the group for safety. The clone behind the original at the time of Haku’s warning does the same as the original Satoru.

“Ambush came early.” Satoru thinks to himself. This is in order to keep himself upbeat within. He does not tell jokes to himself but rather treats whatever is happening with less than the normal seriousness. In reality, he does understand the imperativeness of the situation. His next words are to Tsume. This is said while his curse mark spreads across his skin in a design of small flame embers. His eyes widen with focus and his face shows even less expression than normal. His hands move to form the snake seal but this action manipulates no chakra. “I’m ready.”

The situation just turned weird, the scout that they had captured only gave information that he was apart of a two-man cell that was charged with patrolling a certain area each day. They happened to be on route at the same time that Miyamoto's team entered the area. This made Miyamoto's eyes go wide as he looked at Cole. His words were the first thing that the team member would hear as he would give Cole an order.

"Leave, get back to the team and start moving towards an open area, keep whatever is there at bay. We can still salvage the mission. GO! I will catch up." Miyamoto ordered as he lifted the paralyzed scout over his shoulder and moved at his top speed about 10 meters back towards Hoshigakure at an angle that would intersect the path they took by about 40 meters. The trajectory would put him some 10 meters behind the enemy that was assaulting them. He would move using his speed alone, suppressing his own chakra so he could move undetected. He hoped he could reach a spot to where he can see the entirety of what was going on. He had no way of contacting his team so he had to make sure he was not caught by his own fault. He made sure that the man could also not talk as he bound his mouth and carried him the entire way there.


IF by chance he was able to make it to where he was 10 meters behind the missing ninja undetected he would not make a move yet. He would keep his presence like a footstep in the grass below as he would watch the actions of the team he brought here. If Tsume's plan did not work and the explosion happened with the acts of his team rendering them unable to go any farther, Miyamoto would watch on, ready to react.

IF he was noticed he would use the man he brought as a hostage and offer a temporary stop in the fight otherwise he would kill the hostage he was in possession of.

IF that did not work and he was still compromised he would unleash a fiery hell (on his next post).

Regardless, he was very aware of the situation.

(OOC: Alright, so this part does not matter as my post voids this part of the post Tsume, but you should be aware that you can't call for help with an item you never claimed. Here is the link to the item you just tried to use. Even though it does say free on the app, it does still need to be claimed for folks to have it. Otherwise you just a normal piece of metal and cloth with an engraved star on it.)

"Stupid kid." The purple haired man would say under his breath as the kid turned around and performed a couple of hand seals. The bird had screeched in the tree it was perched in. Warning the two boys as to his presence. He'd grin viciously at this 'This is where the fun begins.' He'd think as the kid raised his arm up to catch the kunai. Gaelio would shrug his shoulders and blow the explosive note on the kunai right before it touched him. The explosion would go off right in front of the kid and would more than likely completely take the kids arm off in the explosion due to the difference in the health and the power. In addition to that the man would throw another kunai with a tag, chakra infused as well of course, into the explosion. This means another kunai, with the exact same stats as the last one, would be flying into the explosion. The kunai would easily reach the destination before explosion died down, effectively hiding it's presence. With the noise of the first explosion the bird wouldn't be able to call out to warn it's master either. 

The purple haired man would proceed to drop off the branch, using the explosion and the appearance of the second kunai as a distraction to move toward the ground at his max speed and activate the Hiding Like a Mole jutsu. He'd fade into the ground at the max possible speed of 35 and drop down to 30 meters, keeping his chakra sensory active.

Tsume's big mistake, separating the team. He soon would regret doing so very shortly. As Tsume went in to store the kunai and the explosive into his storage dimension. To Tsume's surprise, the man had suspected that he would try something, so he detonated it early. The explosion tore off his right hand right from the rest of his body and the seer power of the blast would knock the genin back. The shock of the pain from loosing a limb put the 18 year old into a unconscious state.  He flew back 10 meters from the explosion, making his now 40 meters from the opposing shinobi and 10 meters from Satoru. 

Since Haku was most likely 20 meters up from the upward climb he was making after warning Tsume and Satoru, he saw the whole thing. Worried for his best friend's life, he looked at the purple-man's position. He witnessed him throw yet another kunai with a exposition tag on it and then afterwards submerge into the ground using the Hiding like a Mole technique. Haku was only 30 meters away from Tsume's unconscious body, so he would quickly change paths to where Tsume was, not worried about the purple haired guy throwing a kunai behind him as he was 20 meters in the air. He moved in a diagonal direction, so about 10 meters off the ground when he was 10 meters away from Tsume. He was also 10 meters from the kunai, so any explosion wouldn't hit him. After the kunai traveled 36 meters, it dropped, missing both Satoru and Tsume and the explosion wouldn't make it too them either. They would just now need to keep a close eye on the kunai. Haku would make it to Tsume at his max speeds the whole way if not interrupted by anything. Tsume needed medical attention fast, the bleeding wouldn't stop. Using some quick thinking, Haku torn off a piece of his close using his talons and wrapped the cloth around the part of his right arm that didn't get blown off and tightly tying it. Afterwards, he would start to cry out for help, which to everyone else, just sounded like shrieking.
