Holy Crap what a mess (Mission, P, IO)

"Goddammit..."  Miyamoto said to himself as he quickly pulled out a kunai and swiftly buried it into the skull of the hostage that he had as he watched the man sink underground while his companions ran for a clearing.  It did not matter at this point as the hostage had now gone limp, the mission was to eliminate the rogue shinobi anyway.  Once it was said and done he made the ram hand seal for Body Flicker as fast as he could as he targeted the dome in which the team had gathered.

Miyamoto's movements brought him to his target at a speed of 210.  He was like a blur of dark cloth as he appeared next to Tsume and Satoru just as Satoru was telling his summon its orders. His speed was far greater than what his companions could perceive. As soon as he reached his mark and Satoru's summon did its job he immediately made two hand seals; Ox, and Tiger at his top speed as his hands would visibly glow blue as he laid his already bloodstained hand onto Tsume's stump while his other hand would be touching Satoru.

The effect of this jutsu the Mystical Palm.  Will heal wounds naturally as it will also sting because all it will be doing is speeding up your body's own natural processes.  (Sorry Tsume, prepare to wake up with some pain.)  On the other hand, it will replenish 50 AP every post I have it active and am touching you to heal you.

At the same time, Miyamoto would also push his body to the limit as he would also use Mind Eye of the Kagura, to find their target up to 150 meters in any direction.  His exact location would then be revealed to Miyamoto which he would relay to the team every chance he could.
"He is hiding like a damn mole...ironic.  He is under us about 30 meters down and 40 meters out, I will continue to relay instructions.  Finish this bastard quickly, do not let up your attacks, give him no quarter...do it so we can accomplish our mission...do it so we can get Tsume proper Medical Attention".  He assumed command again, his anger showing as he did so.

He would move quickly through the ground, making sure to stop and regain the kunai the boy had tossed aside with his shadow, as he had tossed it toward the ground. Making the weapon easily accessible to the man who was now traveling through the ground. He’d move through the earth after doing so, trailing after the boys as quickly as he could. They would obviously outpace him. But he would have started moving toward them through the ground the moment he had descended into it. Meaning he would be a bit toward them as Cole arrived. Even with their greater speed the difference between them traveling 40 meters wouldn’t be THAT great. He easily had enough time to position himself underneath Satoru, merely a few centimeters below the earth. He’d take a moment, preparing to strike before another idea came to him. Something far more entertaining to the man. He wanted to see these kids squirm. He’d leave the weapon he had recovered behind, abandoning it under the ground a few centimeters below the real Satoru as he traveled silently through the sand with a different plan in mind. He would take care to  mask the noise of him moving THROUGH sand in general as the technique he was using turned the nearby earth around him to sand already. 

He’d move toward the unconscious form of Tsume. Forming his fingers into the shape of a gun he’d press the tip of his index finger against the boys head as he partially emerged himself from the ground. Both of the boys were both 5 meters away from Tsume at this point, and since neither could sense chakra they’d have no idea that he was here. All three boys, Cole, Satoru, and the clone would be facing away from Tsume when he made his move. However, it wasn’t a violent one per say. Emerging his head from the ground he’d speak. “Nobody move, I won’t hurt this kid anymore if you do as I say.” He’d say keeping his eyes on all three of the kids as he other hand rested on the hilt of his katana as he slowly emerged from the sand. The index finger of his other hand, his non sword hand would be close to Tsume. A small blue glow would emit from the tip, letting them know that their friend was not safe. This would occur before the clone could summon the Salamander, meaning it would also occur before the squad leader arrived. “We can all walk away from this alive. But I want that clone to dispel, and your seal, whatever the hell that is, deactivated. But most importantly no one move. When your team leader arrived we can talk calmly. I’ll even allow him to heal this boy, however if anyone makes a single move I kill him. That goes for the bird too.” He would say simply, as he waited patiently. Should the boys follow his commands he would simply wait. No issues would be had, however if they moved at all, and the one wearing the glasses didn’t fulfill the demands given regarding the clone and the seal he would immediately fire off the Spirit Gun technique. The beam would fire through the boys head at 35 speed and power, more than likely killing him instantly.

Haku followed shortly behind Cole as he carried Tsume's unconscious body. Once they laid his down, Haku stayed near his face. Suddenly, once Cole and Satoru looked away, the shinobi appeared underneath Tsume. Haku would of attacked but the man said something first. He said they had a chance to leave or he would die. Haku felt hopeless, so he just looked at the man and then the teamates.

Cole was standing there ready to attack his sense’s on high alert for any signs that would let him know where the rogue ninja was at. All he knew is that he was underground and using the hiding like a mole jutsu. Cole had seen the jutsu used a few times and knew a bit about it. After all, it was one of the jutsu he had been wanting to practice and get down. He knew that there was a depth limit and that the jutsu worked by turning the ground to sand allowing the user to move through it. He also knew that the speed at which the user was able to move was limited as well and that as long as he was underground he was as close to defenseless as one can get. Seeing how all he had to go by was chakra sensory and some semi-seismic sensory. Meaning that while he could tell where they were he had no idea what they were doing on the surface without rising up out of the ground to see. With all of this in mind, Cole pushed bones out of his palm, elbows, knees, and shoulders (health and sharpness 175) in preparation for the rogue to attack. He knew where all of his teammates were at and made notes of it, he also knew that Tsume was in bad condition, and this would have to end soon so they could get him some medical help.


Cole was ready when he felt a slight movement in the ground under his feet. It was the ground giving ever so lightly he could tell from the role of the earth that it was heading for Satoru. As the roll left his feet cole could watch as small pieces of sand would roll ever so slightly without ever lifting his feet cole would watch till the sand stopped moving, as the rogue stopped just centimeters under Satoru’s feet. Cole would then without hesitation the moment the sand stop spin on his heal at his max speed of 125 and plunge both the bones coming out of his palms between Satoru’s legs. The bones would extend a full meter into the earth far enough that if it hit the rogue it would pierce straight through his body. The bones coming out of coles knees would also enter the ground, as well as cole, fell on to his knees aiming the 1-meter length bones to land underneath Satoru’s feet as well. All four bones would fall within an almost straight line leaving about a 6-inch gap between each bone covering almost 3 feet under Satoru. Leaving the rogue ninja nowhere to move to in order to dodge, and with his speed being reduced by such a great amount it would hinder his ability to get out of the way fast enough to dodge the blows as well.

Cole stood with his back to Satoru and Tsume in between the two of them. Tsume would be a little bit behind them as well maybe a meter as cole would have positioned to where he was facing one side while keeping an eye on the way the rogue ninja would come and his side of Satoru. Which is why it came as a complete surprise when he heard an unknown voice from behind him. Drop the clone and when your friend gets here we can talk and all go our separate ways alive or your friend can die. The voice would say. Cole not wanting anything to happen to Tsume didn’t even bother to turn around, but he kept his senses wide open listening to every sound that was in the area taking it all in. This way if the man was lying he would be ready to counter-attack. However, for now, he would just hold his ground and wait for Miya to get here and make the call.

Unfortunately it seems that his movements were late, as if they did not happen. So with that note Miyamoto kept the hostage he had taken earlier and he sped through the forest at his top speed. As he saw the assailant take Tsume hostage. Hopefully if he arrived in time he would present his own hostage withxa kunai to his spine for assurances. His movements would give off no chakra reading except for his comrade, no sound as well as he would stand 2 meters from the group.

“Let then go, I understand that this area is your stomping grounds, but we can work this out. I give you, your man and let you walk away from here. No one will follow you, I will even note in my report that you all have moved on. You have my word on that, as a Chuunin of Hoshigakure.” Miyamoto would say hoping that there was reason to be had with this man.


If there was none and he made any ill moves that would endanger his team he would end the life of this mans comrade, prepared to follow up with his next attack as he remained at full alert.

If there was reason and the man accepted he would make sure his team was moved at the same time he would cancel the Body Pathway Jutsu to let him walk away.



If by some miracle that Coles attack works in the other timeline established and the deed is done he would move to the team and move Tsume to a location in the trees to further heal him before taking them all to a hospital.

It was too bad the boy with the glasses and the white haired boy were both 5 meters apart. It was equally bad that because of that the white haired boy would be unable to ‘spin on his heel’ and stab the ground because of the distance between them. Another child had arrived though, carrying his ‘partner’ like a sack of potatoes. The man had been useless it would seem, it didn’t matter though. It was time for people to die. The boy, who didn’t even have the decency to introduce himself as a new arrival would request a trade and a promise that they could go. He had his ‘word as a Chunin of Hoshigakure’. Except what was the word of a person who’s sole job was the lie, and murder for a living worth? Nothing in Gaelio’s mind. He wouldn’t even answer before hell broke loose.


That weapon he had left sitting mere centimeters beneath the boy with glasses? The kunai with the exploding tag he had thrown to kill them and cover his descent into the earth? The one the boy had caught with his shadow and thrown it to the ground? The same one with the tag that was forced to automatically go off, it being two posts since it was used without exploding? That would be going off right now. The explosion blasting upward just beneath Satoru’s feet. The explosion would occur at its maximum speed and power of 50 for a meter in every direction. The blast should envelop half of the boys body, almost certainly killing him immediately. As the blast went off, Gaelio would fire the spirit gun, as the boy had failed to follow his instructions. He hadn’t dispelled the clone, nor deactivated his seal as he ordered. The blast of energy would fire straight through the unconscious boys head, as he had no way to dodge a point blank shot. The blast would also, conveniently enough, strike the bird on the other side of the boys head. The blast, should it land of course, should kill both immediately.

As soon as the jutsu had been fired Gaelio would immediately descend into the earth again, activating his Hiding Like a Mole technique once more. The words that came from his lips as he spoke would certainly be remembered after what he had just done. “The Jaws of Grima take no deals.” He would say as he finished his descent into the Earth. The boys would almost certainly try to rescue the lives of their friends. After all, they were shinobi from a village. It was practically shoved into their head at a young age. He would utilize this distraction to escape. That boy had been the leader, and he didn't fancy his odds of fighting a one versus two when he didn't have the element of surprise. He would descend 100 meters beneath the earth and begin to travel, far out of the range of any chakra sensory they should have.
