Black Knight meets the...Fox?

On days like this Avalon would have appreciated a nice soak in a hotspring coupled with some tea or something cold. Yet on today he was going to inquire about something or rather someone that could have been within these walls. The young Pendragon knight walked with a soft 'clank' of the armor that he had been wearing, a testament to his ever ongoing lifestyle from the old world he came from. The looks meant nothing to him as this was normal, something that was done in the lands of Avalon much like these people wore their garments. Such a strange case of shell shock for the kids that inquired to their parents on what the "funny" man had been wearing. Small murmurs telling the kids not to stare or because maybe this is what he enjoyed. Neither were wrong and yet this feeling content washed over him as he continued on his way.


Within minutes he had arrived to his destination, standing outside of the building that housed Konoha's leader. His yellow eyes glanced up at the buildings tallest heights taking in the sight of it for a moment before taking a somewhat deep breath and opening the door. Two more clanks would be heard before he had waited in front of the receptionists desk. " Excuse me but I would like to speak to the Hokage,"his eyes never left the female or male as he awaited for whatever the process was. After such he would begin to walk up the pathway to the man or woman in charge of this village. He had known nothing of the villages Kage, this was only due to him being reclusive and or working on projects. With his body planted firmly in front of the door he would knock on it three times before stepping back and awaiting the all clear to come in.

Shinoskay came in shortly behind this strange, armor clad, individual with a scroll in hand. He had recent completed a survey of the villages inner wall defenses and wrote a simple report on his general observations of the situation. It was also his intentions to conduct a survey of the outer forest on his way to delivering the strange cocooned creature he had been handling for the last day or so.

Opportunities like that should be used after all.

The person stood out, with there armor, but given that he was familiar with where to go and the general process for how to approach the kage's office... and that he only really needed to give the report to the kage's attendant so that she could in turn decimate or hand the information over to the kage... he walked past the man on his way into the stare way and hall before proceeding onward. Assuming, once again, he isnt stopped... he would visibly carry the scroll all the way through and up to the office room.

Noting the suddenly startled Miko he almost had to try to stifle a chuckle before closing the door behind him and silently approaching her with the scroll detailing the buildings he noted that could potentially be used as launch points to get onto the wall and out of the village as well as how he was able to both exit the village, making it all the way out to the forest line, and then re enter the village, through the earth and how that seemed to be a weak point for the village. Whether this was already known or not was irrelevant, hopefully at the very least his attempt would show his earnest desire to improve the defenses of the village and keep him in the Kage's mind... hopefully. It also detailed the lack of cover between the wall and the buildings, and the patrolled that he noted had doubled over his path in what seemed to be an investigation of what he was doing.

Shortly after handing off the scroll, and whatever quick but awkward pleasantries transpired, the young orphan would turn and proceed to exit. The sudden thump of metal on wood promptly stopping just on the other side of the door, proceeded by the quick raps of knocking, told Shinoskay the armor clad person had caught up and was now closely, squarely, and directly on the other side of the door. He felt this was awkward, and beyond him, so instead of opening it he would quickly and quietly shift to the side so that his right side was towards the door and that his left, rather then previously where his back, was to Miko.

From here he would slowly and casually look from the door to sweep over onward to look towards the attendant, than slowly back towards the door... so to both see what she was going to do and to indicate he was removing himself from dealing with the door at thins point.

Miko was busy filing away the papers that Shinoskay had just delivered when a strange man clad in armour had strolled up to the desk and requested an audience woth the Hokage. Knowing Risako's schedule, the woman concluded that the Hokage most likely wasn't busy, and proceeded to say to the man, "Go on up to her office, it's hard to miss." Presuming the man went on his way, Miko would return to filing things away.

At this point in the day Risako was considering jumping from the window and letting the ground finish what Xyxer didn't. If and when she ever managed to find someone to take her place as Hokage, she would never touch another piece of paper in her life. The woman preferred grueling activity to these uneventful tasks. At the very least, three knocks rapped against her door to break the monotony of paperwork. "Come in," she said.

After the man passed Shinoskay, he would then exit the room and continue on his way out... exiting the building.

Avalon stood in front of the door for mere moments before he had heard a feminine voice that had been filled with authority as he walked in, the only person inside of the office being the Hokage herself and now him. He turned only momentarily to close the door behind him since no one was there and thus not in the room since Miko was obviously near the front entrance of the building and not directly outside the office door. The male offered a small smile and a salute and no not a militaristic salute. It was simple at least to him as he placed his right fist in the center of his chest and gave a small bow," Madam Hokage. It is a pleasure to...finally meet with you after taking asylum in your home. I was hoping i could have a moment or two of your time to speak with you on some things and perhaps make a proposition to you." The male waited until he had been told to sit and when he was told, the male sat down and waited for the females response.

In response to his salute, Risako would nod at the male. Assuming he was able to act on his own volition, the Hokage saw no need to tell the man to sit. While he entered the room, she finished putting away her papers before sitting erect in her chair. The Pendragon business was a matter that Risako had yet to really look into, but she had skimmed over the documents on hand. Whatever reason it was that he needed to take asylum in Konoha was probably innocent, and that's what she would assume for this situation. "It's not like you're actually sleeping in my house, so no issue there." If he did not continue the conversation on his own, she would. "I hope you're not going to propose something so outlandish and revolting that my skin turns inside out and I die a horrible, and painful death?" She ended her sentence with a questioning tone, so as to indicate that she was done speaking.

The words of the female Hokage intrigued the male warranting him to smile somewhat as he sat, his hands placed firmly upon each of his legs before he responded," A Kage's village is his home in a sense is it not? Whether or not it is seen that way lies upon the person in question, but I assure you-," he paused for a moment as he listened to her, his head tilting to the right in a..quizzical expression. Was she joking or perhaps serious in some form. Either way the male would clear his throat for a moment before continuing his thoughts," Well onto the first reason why i came to see you. Our family..or Clan as you put it here in the elemental nations, are close knit and rely on one another when the time calls for us to engage in war. Since our coming here to these new lands we had originally allied ourselves with Sunagakure...but with its imminent...demise shall we say and the random disappearance of our Prince we are left with...troubling times," he would pause for a moment, his yellow eyes shifting to the left and then to the window for a moment.

He had no ill intent toward Arthur but the male had been...missing since leaving for Sunagakure. Continuing on he would return his gaze to Risako," Since he had connections in this village during a time, i sent the remainder of the Pendragon to Hoshi and came here to look into a rumor of one of our ranks being here. If they are then I simply want to meet with them to let them know of the situation and to get to know them as well. I've known many of my family but this one...eludes me still. My other reasoning, not as big as the main or the sub reason was to meet you and ascertain your...power as it were. I've heard the tales of Konoha being attacked from another village and seeing as you are still alive...you did your duty. Something different from the Suna incident. Since I am going to be staying here I wanted to get my own...personal opinion of you," the males words had eluded to something more, but for now he would see what the female would have to say with all of this.

The woman's shoulders rolled upwards, her dull grey eyes circling the room. "I suppose," her voice sounded rather plain. The village used to feel like home, but she was still adjusting to the changes. Until recently her perspective was that of the villager, not the leader. The only place that truly felt like home to her now was the valley where her summons resided. Risako's eyes rolled their way around the room and back to the male Pendragon's as he continued talking. He gave her a brief summary, more or less, of what had happened to the clan since the Sunagakure incident. The word "prince" had peaked her interest slightly, but she would not interrupt the man yet.

When he looked to the left, Risako hesitated in following before looking to see what caught his attention. It appeared to her that the eye movements were nothing more than dramatic flair, given that he seemed to pause a lot. At this point he asked to meet with one of her ANBU. Not that he knew that, of course. Or did he? He did say Arthur had contacts in the village, after all. Her right hand was lifted to her face to brush a raven lock of hair to the side, which revealed a raised brow. Her lips remained neutral, and her expression gave way to nothing more than curiosity. The woman took the last of what he said as a compliment, an attempt at flattery. "Thank you. I'll have her contact you if she wishes to," Risako said, before asking "How much, if anything, do you know about her?"

When she had at least agreed to let the other member of his clan know that he wanted to see her and would leave to her discretion, there was a small smile on his face. At least she had enough good will to do that for him, but the next question had him a little....perplexed. He scratched the bare flesh of his chin for a moment before shrugging," Beyond her being my kin and being in your village? Nothing. Not a name, social status or ranking within this village. I do know that she has raven black hair and is probably...taller than you? Other than those descriptions nothing else meets what I know. Is there something...I should know Lady Hokage?," there was no malice his words and yet his curiosity for the situation might have gotten him into trouble should his words betray him.

If the female had answered his question he would listen intently but if not he would smile and move onto his second reason for being here," Since my first manner of business has been...met quite sufficiently I do have one other thing I would like to discuss with you. Within the Pendragon Clan, there lies several families. Each family has a role, and my family which are the Black Dragon faction deal with producing all of the clans weaponry. We are most intimate in a craftsmen since with anything we make with our hands however," he paused for a moment before nodding," since coming here I have no forge to continue my work and there lies my dilemma. I would like to have permission to have a building in which i can make a suitable forge to continue my work. While most of my faction is in Hoshi at the moment they will be coming here since I am ...the head of this particular family. If you accept I would also take making your village weapons and anything else you might require in the future. Anything made by a Pendragons' hand is made for a purpose and will not falter," of course he would smile since if there was one thing he was confident in..it was his pride as a blacksmith.
