Shinoskay realized he was probably really bad at information gathering as well, he really wanted to hear details about her village and all he was getting was complaints about Konoha. it was almost frustrating and something he felt he may need to seek some better guidance on since the student academy only really taught you about chakra and how to use it and not about covert operations. The boy had been teaching himself how to sneak around as well as how to find things, chakra helps a lot with this but if one solely relies on chakra then they will lack versatility... the boy had already felt the pains of his lack of versatility twice now and was determined to remedy it. In this situation, he would chalk it up to a third loss and a third example of his lack of versatility.

His mind was musing over this when she mentioned his mask, 'is a mask so odd? I thought it made sense, sure it isnt common but... I dunno...' he was starting to formulate and word vomit a justification when a messanger made way into the clearing, easily spotting the Kiri nin, and running towards them to inform them of naoki's message. Whether sent by naoki, or risako, whether sent to state 30 minutes, or to just inform her that naoki was preparing to go, non of that was up to me. However, the time to move on had come and so here was the messanger.

Shinoskay would take this opportunity to nod a small bow to the female kiri nin before quickly using Hiding Like a Mole to slip into the earth and to run away from his shameful failure at information gathering.

One moment the two shinobi were having a civil conversation and the next Shinoskay was burrowing into the ground like some kind of rodent. The whole thing was really rather strange. Nonetheless, the young girl received the sealed scroll the messenger carried. With her strange acquaintance now gone, she read it in peace.
