A mission with Yogi Empty A mission with Yogi

Mon Jul 16, 2018 10:33 pm
Guard duty:
The large outpost resembling a gigantic treehouse. The tree the outpost was built on top of stood at 100 meters tall. It and the outpost had a health of 150 so that it would not be very easy to topple, or siege.

Shinoskay would arrive at the Designated post in the forest, He was supposed to have another genin join him and they were going to run some Drills. Shinoskay himself would be in the center of a 75 meter quad, inside the post, as he waited.

Simple, what could go wrong, right?

It was the dawn of a new day, being issued with a mission to participate in guarding an outpost. Yogimiru woke at the cusp of dawn, raising from his bed and heading for the shower the young man mentally ticks boxes as he completes his morning routine. Completing his breakfast and leaving the house in his standard attire Alfred takes to his should to accompany him through the day.

The mission detailing the location of a outpost located near the boarder of the country, yogimiru would need to hustle to reach the area before the dawn.  Taking to the thick undergrowth of the konoha forests the thick canopy and early morning cast a dark shadow over his trails. Taking to the tree tops yogimiru races towards the boarder with 70 speed, traversing the distance with great speed he quickly forges his way to the outpost.

Meeting a small clearing housing a large timber structure, propped up hundreds meters yogimiru had reached his objective. Looking up on the area housed amongst the tree tops, a , "I guess that must be out help, hey Alfred" yogi says turning towards his left shoulder. "It appears so, Sir -CheP-"
With the confirmation from Alfred yogimiru leaps up towards the building, entering the outpost the gigantic space was a marvel of engineering. Being made from full wooden logs, furniture issued sparingly. Housed inside the structure stood a male ninja foreign to the young man, assuming this must be the comrade sent by the village.

Walking towards him with a smile and calm approach he would train to obtain eye contract, "Hello there, Im Hyuuga Yogimiru and this Alfred Pennyworth." he says reaching the ninjas side. Wondering what the mission exactly entailed, he would hope the stranger would have a better grasp on the mission briefing.

There were very few ways to reach this great and marvelous tree fort, it was designed to be difficult to enter without been spotted... having been made by ninja who resides in a village of the forest, known as Konoha or the village hidden in the leaves. It was also designed for some small level of concealment, been that it was a tree house you could just walk right past it if you didnt know what you were looking for.

Yogi found the fort because he was sent to it, how he made his way to the entrance was irrelevant but regardless of how it was heard throughout the sound chamber of a forest canopy and Shinoskay could hear someone was making there way in. He had been expecting another to join him but he couldn't be sure this was them and so he quickly scanned the area for cover, and when he found none he drew several rocks from his weapon pouch before quickly forming the seals to form both a rock section can as well as a Clay Doll puppet. With his speed, he would finish this long before Yogi would reach the entrance and so the boy had ample time to try and determine which entrance the new arrival would come through and to stand on the opposite side of his Clay doll as that entrance.

No sooner had they passed through the entrance they would find a Long earthly rod smash into the ground with a meter of them "IDENTIFY YOURSELF!" the other genin already intended to, but Shinoskay wasn't aware of this and wanted to make absolutely sure he knew who was coming before he let them get any closer to him than the 37.5 meters that spanned the distance between the entrance and where Shinoskay stood. He made sure that whoever they were, they would know he wasnt going to let them get any closer then that until he knew they were an ally.
