Approved, unless another mod see's fit to deny the Chakra signature memorization of Komori. (You were close enough to him though, so I feel like it should count.)

With an unwavering gaze the Hiyu watched through the slits in his porcelain mask as the the skirmish came to its end. The dismembered Yuki cursed the kid he believed worthy of protecting, someone he deemed was worth giving his life for. In the end, it was that very same kid who took his life. Did the ashen haired Kage truly not understand the gravity of his actions? Was this how Hoshi operated? Was backstabbing an appropriate means of conducting oneself simply to save their own ass? The stench of blood caused Nobunaga's nose to curl, the crimson red liquid staining the tiled floor of the grand summit room. As if nothing happened, the child Kage took his seat, expecting proceedings to go on as they had prior to his betrayal. Nobunaga's gaze fell upon the boy as we went on pretending like this was the same as any other day in the life of a shinobi. He wasn't fooling anyone. Everyone knew and understood the sin that had just been committed. He betrayed one of his own despite the fact that the now murdered individual gave him no cause to do so. Hoshi was a village of refugees, they knew the risks of taking in outsiders and should have been prepared to deal with the consequences. If word of this grand betrayal got out into the village, its consequences may be worse than the one's the boy may have thought he was avoiding by striking down one of his own.
"The world of men is a disgusting place." Echoed the Rokubi in the back of his mind. Nobunaga could not protest that. After subjugating the beast to a life of captivity and now bearing witness to perhaps the worse betray in modern history, what arguments could he present to sway the demon's opinion? The brutes hidden gaze would descend upon his own kage, seated just before him. Could the Hiyu trust him? After all, he knew little to nothing about this man. Komori had even tricked Nobunaga into coming here and usurped the title of Kage from the village. Was he a man Nobunaga could trust with his life or was he someone capable of committing such heinous acts as Hoshi's boy leader? It seemed Nobunaga would have his answer with the Hozuki seated before him stood up and made his displeasure known to all. Standing tall and silent as ever, Nobunaga listened to the words of his Kage, his apparent disgust matching Nobunaga's own sentiment. Deeming the boy no longer worthy of being in the presence of this summit, Komori called an end to the summit and rightly so. Perhaps Komori was a man who could properly lead a village and those who were beneath him. If Komori's words were true to his feelings then perhaps he was a man Nobunaga could trust in. That remained to be seen as the two of them still had unfinished business to deal with.
Nobunaga would turn his attention over to the Leviathan that had caused the greatest sin of all to occur by merely standing up. His posture was strong, his head held high and his dominance over Hoshi more apparent than ever as he shut down the boy's demands instantly, like a master silencing a disobedient mutt. The power this man held over the events taking place were too clear, his words going unchallenged and his actions bringing out the true nature of those who stood before him. He set his eyes upon and successfully sunk the Hoshi ship, its captain now forever subjugated to the will of the beast. The ashen haired boy would leave, offering his respect to every Kage as he did so but receiving none in return. His name was forever stained and he had none other to blame but himself.
Before the ceremonies could officially end, Komori was asked to present his blade to the Mizukage. It seemed the Leviathan wanted to make his presence known to each Kage before the ceremony came to its conclusion. There was no presence of a challenge or threat in the words of the blue haired individual however Nobunaga was taking no chances here. As Komori pulled the needle like blade from the table and presented it to the Mist leader, Nobunaga would follow swift behind the man he was tasked with protecting. Keeping the same distance between him and Komori as when the Raikage was seated, Nobunaga would stand tall, remaining to his back left. The cloaked giant would keeping his attention masked by the wolf worn on his face on Xyxer. Watching his movements and reading his intentions like a hawk, the Mizukage played around with the historic sword, presenting his story to Hozuki who may or may not have been aware of its history. The swinging blade was being maneuver with ease and elegance, demonstrating both that the Mizukage was a master with a blade and had no intention of striking anyone down, at the moment. Actually intrigued by the history of the weapon himself, Nobunaga would listen but he kept his guard up for he did not trust the man standing before his leader.
Alas, the blade was handed back to Komori and the summit was finally over. The Kage's took the leave with their guards and would go back to their homes and mule over the events that took place. The only official matter of business that had taken place was talk of joint exams. But that would take a back seat to the events that took place and their probably consequences. What was Xyxer's next step now that the will of Hoshi had submitted to his dominating influence? What would happen in Hoshi, would they keep word of this betrayal hidden or reveal it and potentially risk a civil war as the leadership of the boy comes into question? The future was uncertain, even for Nobunaga has he had his own matters to worry about for the truth of what happened here would be relayed to Kyson. The events that were about to take place in Kumo were as uncertain as any of the other villages.
Just as they had gotten here, Nobunaga would place his right arm onto Komori's shoulder and with a flash of lightning the Kumo delegation were off to deal the future of their own village.

One feeling became palpable above all else as the Mizukage and Raikage slung their insults at the Hogokage, The nature of the village that Yurei had warned him about had been accurate. Their people lived calculated, and cold lives with little room for either compassion or empathy. It perfectly described what Yurei had shown him in his visions, and his trust towards the white haired Uchiha had only grown from this encounter. The boy was a good judge of character.
The Hogokage would offer no resistance when the Mizukage refused him his students body, and would leave shortly after. But the Mizukage seemed to still have an interest in komori, or more specifically... The sword he was wielding. Komori had returned with it when they'd both been deployed to investigate the strange occurrences that had been happening around Kumogakures borders. The deployment for Komon had been for the most part uneventful, a Konoha shinobi seemed to have gotten lost, and he'd guided him back home.
Komori however, had a rougher go of it. He'd lost his eye and gained the sword, not that he knew how he'd gotten it. The two hadn't the time to talk before they'd usurped their village and made way to the kage summit. When his brother handed the larger than life Mizukage his blade, it became apparent in only a few seconds who was more fit to wield it.
Like an artist a warrior was not formed over night. A masterpiece was not born of nothing, thousands of paintings came before it, refining the artists technique until they one day rose to that level. It became apparent that the Mizukage was a warrior worthy of his title as he moved the needles through the air with rehearsed precision. The man before them had fought his way through many battles and came out alive from all of them.
Komori was strong in his own way. But the mizukage was a physical manifestation of power and authority that Komon hoped his brother could grow to surpass. When the weapon was returned his brother motioned for he and nobu to grab on so that they could return to Kumogakure, where when they returned they'd be forced to finish their treason. Looking to nobunaga as he grabbed his brother, he'd wonder if the man would come to be their enemy, or if this encounter had shown him his brothers true nature.
Either way, Komon would have his brothers back.
