Yuichi's Genin Exam

It was strange to think only a few mere hours ago Yuichi received his letter, it stating to report the Academy after school this day to take his first chance at the Genin Exam. With class ended and the children vacant halls all that remained Yuichi finally felt calm, the silence from the hallways that were usually filled with laughter and joy were quiet. With every step of enjoyment he grew close to room "C11" the room in which he was supposed to meet his proctor, however upon opening the door he discovered that the room was empty entirely. The words "Genin Exam 1" written across the blackboard, so with patience he stood in the center of his exam room awaiting the arrival of his proctor.

The door began to swing in towards the classroom of utter silence, young Yuichi stood in curiosity at what his proctor may be like. His general appearance remaining unfazed as his squinted eyes and inexpressive face looked upon the opening door, stepping through the door appeared to be a rather tall man with white hair and yellow eyes. The man at first appeared to be excited as he walked into the room scanning the empty spaces only to stop on Yuichi, though he did not look upset at Yuichi he seemed to lose his excitement at the lack of others in the classroom. The words 'Good afternoon,' left the proctors lips and were responded to by the nod of Yuichi in a sign of returning the statement, though following shortly after was a moment of paused thought by the proctor himself. After his long pause of independent thought he continued to speak 'My name is Sento and I’ll be your exam proctor for today' he made his way to the desk and leaned against it after examining the paperwork, followed by another pause as he read up on Yuichi's information on the clipboard. It was suspenseful but also rather aggravating to Yuichi as to him it seemed as though the proctor was ill prepared for the exam itself, but then it seemed as though the man was ready to begin when his words followed: 'Alright, Yuichi,..... Show me what you can do,.... Please perform the clone and transformation jutsu.' With that Yuichi walked out to the more open side of the classroom and spoke to his instructor, "I'll start with the Clone Jutsu." He then planted a firm stance with his feet apart at fourteen inches apart and slightly staggered with his right ahead of his left, and his body loose yet still standing tall as he prepared to begin the jutsu by summoning up some chakra as he went for the first seal in the Clone Technique Jutsu. Bringing his left arm in front of his torso bending his ring and pinky finger extending his middle and index fingers straight upwards, followed by putting his right hand over it laying his ring and pinky finger on top of his other hands ring and pinky finger. The seal being completed with the extension of his index and middle fingers resting his thumbs against his hands, the Ram seal finished though it was quite complex it was still a rather fast motion leading on to the next seal as his chakra rose. His hands separated quickly reshaping for the next seal, his hands slamming together lacing all his fingers together to form the snake seal. Finalising the seals for the technique by performing the same motion as the ram seal however this time lacing his ring and pinky fingers together, this creating the Tiger Seal and ending the seal sequence for the Clone Technique. With a spike in chakra a medium sized puff of white smoke occurred next to Yuichi, once cleared it revealed a clone of Yuichi standing next to them in a perfect copy of its original the clone waved at the proctor. The clone while smiling with his ever so familiar grin, Yuichi began to prepare the seals for the Transformation Technique. With the chakra having already been drawn forth from the previous jutsu Yuichi didn't have to summon up anymore, following up was the Transformation Technique which gave Yuichi a bit of an idea. A seemingly simple idea, but one to spark a little humour in the room perhaps. Weaving the first sign Yuichi placed his hands together by balling his right hand in a fist and then followed up by placing his left hand palm down flat on top of his right hand, this signified the dog seal in the beginning of the Transformation Technique. Quickly drawing his hands apart to prepare for the second seal in the sequence, he pressed both palms together curling his fingers inward and pointing wrists up to signify the seal of the Boar. The final seal prepared in his mind he drew back from the current seal and prepared the next, pushing his hands back together bending his ring and pinky finger extending his middle and index fingers straight upwards, followed by putting his right hand over it laying his ring and pinky finger on top of his other hands ring and pinky finger. The seal being completed with the extension of his index and middle fingers resting his thumbs against his hands, the Ram seal. He then quickly reached forward extending his right hand to the clone transferring the jutsu to the clone, which caused the clone to be engulfed in smoke for a moment before it dissipated revealing a spitting image of the proctor. He had lost his park of humour somewhere during the process of creating the transformation jutsu, for originally he had thought of quickly touching the Proctor and turning him into a toad for enjoyment. Though with that aside he acknowledged that he had in fact completed the Exam and if by traditional standards, so he looked to his proctor and began to speak "Alright, I believe that is the Exam correct?" With that he released his jutsu causing the transformed clone to disperse into clouds and leave only Yuichi and the Proctor in the exam room.

With the exam complete, Yuichi walked from the class after thanking the Procter with a nod. Stopping only when Mitsuki Sensei handed him his headband with a smile, from here on out Yuichi was a true shinobi.
