1. Once again, can I get you to add a total WC count to this?
2. Did Cold actually teach you how to do the transformation and Mark seal technique? I skimed this thread and I didn't see a mention of those techs being taught.
3. Actually, with this WC, you can claim both jutsu and stats with it. So the number of jutsus you claim with this has no outcome on how many stats you can claim, if that makes sense.

Okay, so, after tallying everything up, it's under 1900 words, I was training the surface walking stuff at the very beginning, I don't now if that counts seeing I was doing it on my own. 
Anyway, Cole taught me the clone and transformation techniques, as for mark seal, we'll remove that as it wasn't mentioned, and if I can add all words towards stats instead of splitting them between both Justsus and stats then I'll edit those pluses a bit, I'll also add them to my character stat page so, with any luck, this will be the final edit from this

So you have everything right so far, so approved for all of those Gains. That being said, you also have 865 words you haven't used on other jutsus, would you like to use those toward something? Maybe the Mark seal you were talking about? You can also go ahead and learn skills if you want such as Chakra Sensory? (If you need me to get you a link I can.)

Is it possible to save those words for later or is it a one time only deal with those? Because, as for now, I'm quite alright with what I have, just need to wrap my head around everything else.

I mean, you don't need to choose right this very second, but you need to choose soon when and where to place them. For example, you can't wait until you rank up and then use these words on B or A Rank jutsu. Long story short, as soon as possible is prefered.

That works, if you aren't using any training discounts you can use that WC on anything you meet the requirements for. So That works.

You still have 365 WC by my count if you wish to use it.
