After spending so much time within the walls of Hoshigakure the young ‘immortal’ had almost forgotten what true freedom felt like… and as it turned out, he had truly missed the feeling. He felt more alive than he had in what seemed to be ages… and yet in actuality had only been a period of roughly two years. He remembered what life had been like back before he had joined Hoshi, himself being little more than a minnow in an ocean filled with sharks… but now he was much more powerful, and he doubted that any of those so called sharks would be able to match him.

The first thing that the albino needed to do was gather up funds, as he knew that no matter what he had planned for the future money would be important. He knew of plenty of ways to make some quick money now that he was free of the rather tedious rules and regulations of Hoshigakure, and thankfully he possessed more than a few corpses that he knew would sell for a fair price within the Black Markets. He had already taken a few ‘samples’ from each of the corpses that he intended to sell, as he knew that in the end the buyers of said items usually cared little about the killer taking a few pieces for themselves. This was obviously not the case with Dojutsu, but thankfully none of the corpses that he actually planned on parting with contained Dojutsu.

With a small smirk on his face Kenshin finally departed from the lands of Haven Country, and set out down the dark and familiar roads that led to his destination.
