Character Requirements: None
Mission Location: Kirigakure

NPC? Elderly
Reward: 500 Ryo
Task:
Elderly have been flocking in with needs for help from the shinobi, as the Chuunin and up are busy the task is left to the Genin paving the way to a less grumpy future.DO NOT HURT THE ELDERLY this goes without question. The Elderly need help with their house chores and walking across the street.
So much to do, so little time. Kizmaru was had a plethora of tasks on his palate and not enough to time to do them. Maybe he shouldn't have taken so many at once but he needed the extra cash for his equipment funds. Well, let's get this over with. His first task was to meet up with a very elderly woman. She was apparently a very influential person back during the Konoha-Kiri war and heavily funded the war efforts. Not only was she elderly, she was also a kind of VIP so there's double the pressure for Kizmaru. The address was written on a piece of paper handed to him by the requests person that handed out his mission. He decided to double check to see if he was heading in the right direction. Confirming he was going the right way, Kizmaru made it to the woman's abode in almost no time at all. Upon arriving, the first thing Kizmaru noticed was the woman's home was massive. She seems to live in a villa with a sizable amount of land. Just from looking through the gates outside, Kizmaru could see this person wasn't in need of anymore staff members to help out. There was plenty of capable looking laborers out there tending to the large lawn and greenery her private property owns.
Well, a job was a job and Kizmaru was already here to do it so he might as well carry it out. Who knows, with this many people, it should be an easy task for him, or so he would like to think. Making his way inside of the villa, Kizmaru continued to look around and observe the scenery. It was quite nice, if you enjoyed that sort of thing but Kizmaru didn't find the appeal of it too much himself. Making his way to the entrance of the actual structure, he thought it best to knock before strolling in uninvited. If this elderly woman had enough money for all these laborers, surely she would invest in some of Kiri's finest to guard her as well. Knocking on the door, a woman claiming to be an attendant had answered the door. Kizmaru explained he was here on behalf of the elder woman needing some assistance. The attendant smiled and nodded because apparently, Kizmaru was replacing her for the day so she could be with her family. Now the scenario made a bit more sense to Kizmaru as to why this old woman would require genin assistance. The attendant then ushered Kizmaru along the common room of the villa before travel up a flight of stairs into the old woman's bed chambers. There, sits an elderly lady petting a tortoise in a rocking chair, rocking back and forth.
His job was to be the personal attendant to this woman for a few hours while she goes to visit her family for a few hours and take a break. After some basic instructions, the attendant had left Kizmaru to his devices and went on her way. Without a moments hesitation, the old lady began to start barking orders at Kizmaru that she wanted done immediately. Kizmaru was already starting to get a headache but this was his job unfortunately and bean to start carrying out each and every ridiculous task she had to throw onto him as Kizmaru tried his best to carry each and every one of them out. For the next few hours, Kizmaru carried out each and every one of her tasks until the attendant returned from her break. Night had fallen by then and the attendant had handed Kizmaru his pay before showing him the way out. Kizmaru wasn't in the best of moods but at least he got his pay. He figured now would be a good time to rest up and get ready for his next task at hand.

Task: The Mizukage's hounds eat through barrels of meat, therefore, he needs more to feed his lovely pets. You scratch his back, he'll scratch yours.
Shuffling off to the next task, Kizmaru took a glance at his 'to do' list which was to deed the Mizukage's hounds. Apparently, they were gluttons and this would require a lot of meat. Before that though, Kizmaru was exhausted from all the menial labor he provided for that elderly big shot he had helped not too long ago. He decided he would stop by a bar for a drink before moving onto his next task, maybe grabbing a bite to eat himself. Going to a local grill and bar, Kizmaru ordered himself some fruity beverage, grown right here on the island, and some seafood Kebabs. He munched down on his food and guzzled the beer in a quickened pace but slow enough to relax and enjoy himself a bit, giving him time to recuperate. Still he was on a deadline and he decided to finish his meal quickly, giving a loud satisfying burp of approval before paying his tab. Exiting the restaurant, Kizmaru began to walk towards the abode the Mizukage had lived in. He had heard the Mizukage had been away on business for a long time now and the mission board was offering Genin and any able body shinobi to help in taking care of his precious pets while he was away. Now that task fell on Kizmaru for some quick and easy cash. Arriving at the place of interest, Kizmaru remembered something about the dogs enjoying meat from a certain butcher shop. The meat was already paid for in advance and all he had to do was deliver to where the hounds were being kept. He also noted that it might take multiple trips since the barrels were actually quite large and heavy.
Letting out a pained sigh, Kizmaru decided it would be best to go to the butcher shop first and return with the meat so he could get this over with. As he made his way to the butcher's shop, a light pour of rain began to fall, as Kizmaru started to pull the hood of his jacket over his head to shield himself from getting too wet. He now arrived that the butcher's shop in order to pick up the barrels of meat. The butcher directed Kizmaru to where the shipment lies and he discovered there was six barrels in total that he needed to carry back with him. Man this was going suck, he thought to himself. A job is a job and this one was his. With that, Kizmaru started to carry the barrels one at a time back to the Mizukage's abode and opening them before dumping the contents into the pen where the hounds were kept. In total, Kizmaru made six trips going back and forth and then having to pry open those heavy barrels was taxing. He slumped down for a bit as the hounds were feeding behind him in the closed pen. He did say he was gonna take a break while he did this one so eventually, while slumped into a sitting position, Kizmaru drifted off to sleep. By the time he woke up, the hounds that were noisily eating behind him had also gone to sleep. Kizmaru stood up, stretching and yawning. It was early morning now and Kizmaru still had tasks thhat needed to be carried out so he went one his way once more away from the Mizukage's abode.

Task: Complaints about sand getting onto the paths and into shops have been flooding in. Go make yourself useful and clean that stuff up, sweep it away do whatever.
Making his way to another stop in his seemingly endless 'to-do' list, Kizmaru checked to see what the task in store for him was. Seems there was some complaints coming from a certain district in Kirigakure about sand flooding the pathways and certain stores and outdoor stalls. Well, Kizmaru knew where this was going immediately. Sighing and placing his hands into his pockets, he decided he would go and take another break for the time being. Returning to the previous local bar and rill joint, Kizmaru decided he'd order another fruity beer for himself and a salmon. The salmon was pretty delicious and seasoned quite well but it wasn't as filling as the kebabs he had ordered last time. He decided to order a smaller entree to make up for the small portion of salmon served to him. It was an order of clam strips that were filling but didn't taste too bad. Not very good either, Kizmaru thought to himself but it was cheap and filling. With that, he finished up his meal and paid his tab before heading out to his destination.
His destination wasn't just one spot or building, his destination was a small area where he was sure he had to clean up the sand from the path ways and some stalls to keep it nice and tidy for the villagers. That job sounds like a pain in the ass but he had to do it nonetheless. Sighing, he looked around until he could find himself a broom and a dust pan and began to start cleaning away. It was frustrating that he was the only one on his job, even though he took it alone of his own volition. Still, if he knew it would be this tedious, he'd have brought Kazushi and the other genin along for the ride. Well, this was a learning experience for himself, he assumed. Next time a mission involved community service, he wasn't doing it. And if he has to do it, he's not doing it alone, this was ridiculous. After quietly ranting to himself, Kizmaru had finished the pathways and such and now start to head for the sandy stalls and stores of Kiri that was in the near by area. He made his way towards the first stall he saw and began to clean the sand off of the seats and floors before working his way down the pathway he had just came from. One by one, the stores got cleaner and tidy and Kizmaru was getting more relieved as time went by that he was almost down with this ridiculous task.
Eventually, he finished up and return the broom and the dust pan in the location he found it at. Once again, he was tired and wanted a break before moving onto his next task. He decided he would take some time to enjoy the beach a little bit and so he sat in the sand near some trees for shade. Eventually, it turned into him laying down once more before he closed his eyes. He didn't fall asleep however, he was just daydreaming. Dusk had fallen and soon it was time for him to get up and start the next task on the list.

Task:Humbleness is key. Your dangerous task will be mending damaged fishing boats and materials... but unlike Jesus you will be getting paid for your work.
It was dusk now, and Kizmaru figured this would be the last job for today since it was already getting dark. He hoped he'd be able to do his work in a decently lit area since this next job required him to help out with boat repairs of some kind. There was a boatyard not to far from where he was currently located at and he just happened to be needed there. Today he was gonna assist a couple of shipwrights in repairing a few fishing boats damaged from either severe weather or accidents on the water. Well, Kizmaru did enjoy seafood and if the fishermen couldn't fish, then he couldn't fill his belly. Even though he didn't want to do the menial labor, he felt obligated to take on this task and help so there wasn't a shortage of fish in the future due to faulty boats and equipment. Making his way to the shipyard, he arrived at his destination but he was outside of the fenced area and needed to be let in. He could just jump over the fence but then it would technically be trespassing, even if he was sent here on duty. Sighing, Kizmaru looked around for the front entrance to the shipyard and after a two minute walk, he came across a large gate with two security shinobi that were chuunin sitting in the front. Must be a somewhat important spot to have chuunin guarding the front. Possibly more patrolling on the inside and here a Genin was, about to enter for the sake of food.
Kizmaru approached the two with the 'to-do' list which also served as a pass for the places of interest he was going too. The chuunins looked over the permissions form and then looked at each other before nodding and signalling a third shinobi to open the large fenced gates. Stepping through the gates, Kizmaru looked around and noticed this wasn't your average fishing shipyard. It was similar to naval base, which explains why there was so much security. Chuunin and Jounin were patrolling around and even though Kizmaru couldn't quite see them, he had a feeling there may have been some Anbu lying around in wait that is also on guard duty. This place must be a very important but alas, Kizmaru would venture more about that subject another time. His purpose for being in this place right now wasn't so grand, at least, not to anybody else. He was here on behalf of fishing boats and that's what he'd keep his mind on. Walking for to the designated fishing area, Kizmaru saw a large ship in the shipyard on one side and a plethora of small fishing boats on another side, not too far from each other. He deemed that he should go to the smaller fishing boats first and seek out a sailor or a shipwright to see if he can get right to business. Locating what looks like a fisherman, he saw him giving out orders and telling what looks like other Genin to go gather some material for him. In Kizmaru's eyes, he looks like a real hard ass and figured he'd watch his toes around him.
As Kizmaru approached him, the man turn to face him as if he already knew what he was here for. "Listen bud, go join the other Genin in gather the spare lumber from the giant warehouse over there. I don't have time to explain this routine every single time a new face appears. Just have the other fill you in. Chop chop, get to it," the rough man had said while pointing in the direction the other Genin had went. He then walked away before Kizmaru could get a word out himself to attend other matters, he assumed. Grumbling under his breath, Kizmaru started to walk in the direction where he last saw the other Genin walk. Placing his hands into his pockets, he had already started in a sour mood. It was best that he just get this over with, without giving some sort of snarky retort. He didn't have it in him anyways. Following the other Genin's tracks, he noted that there was two of them he had seen but most likely there were more. Eventually, he had caught up to them and asked them what task they were doing so they could help out. They seemed like a genuine bunch and even told Kizmaru what they were doing and how he could help. It was mainly general labor though. Kizmaru also had asked if the guy in charge was always like that.
Both of the Genin looked at each other and laughed before responding to him and confirming he was indeed like 'that' twenty four, seven. One Genin joked about him and his wife not getting it on anymore and they were having problems performing and that's why it was being taken out on them. All three genin shared a laugh at their bosses expense before they got to work. Kizmaru and the other two genin went to gather the lumber from the warehouse and brought it into the part of the shipyard where it would be used by the actual shipwrights. The three of them would then stand by as shipwright assistance, grabbing them whatever tools they might need for the rest of the evening. After a few hours of labor, it had grown dark and the shipyard was closing. The three genin were leaving for the night and the boss had locked up. After exiting the premise, the three genin had one more laugh t the joke they made earlier before parting ways. Kizmaru waked back towards his apartment, exhausted. He did so much within the past two days and wanted to know how much was left before he was finally done with his 'to-do' list. For now, he'd head back to his apartment to rest up before he gets his next set of missions to do. He thought about grabbing another bite to eat but it was far too late for that not to mention most of the good joints were closed. He decided it would be best to just go home and get some rest for the next day.

Task: The fishermen need help transporting their haul back from their boats into the supply stores. This is a task that ensures the survival of this village, go help them with the hauling and don't screw up.
It was early morning and the sun was blocked out by clouds, still managing to be able to illuminate most of the island. It was fairly misty and somewhat breezy with a light chill. Waking up feeling refreshed, Kizmaru let out a loud yawn before reaching behind him and scratching the underside of his back. He climbed out of his bed, lazily walking towards the bathroom to freshen up. He took around thirty minutes to shower, brush his teeth and wash his hair. After drying himself and leaving the bathroom, he put on his attire and got ready to go back to the shipyard to finish helping out with the repairs previously. There wasn't much left to do and if all goes well, they could even go finishing that same day. He wasn't implying he'd go with them or anything but he was to wait around to help with the haul. Kizmaru figured it'd be an easier workday if all he had to do was finish up some repairs and have a few hours to kill. If he was lucky, maybe those two Genin he worked with would be there today as well and he could probably enjoy their company as well.
Making his way out of his apartment, Kizmaru pondered on if he should have some breakfast or not. He could just go straight to the shipyard and just get to work and come for breakfast later, maybe even with company if he was lucky. Or maybe he could just eat now and work a bit more efficiently not that he’d have trouble regardless of his decision. In the end, he decided he would go straight to the shipyard and just get straight to work and then come to find some sort of breakfast stand or something. Walking straight to the shipyard, Kizmaru spotted the two Chuunin from last time and nodded to them. They nodded in response and opened the gates in order for him to gain entrance to the shipyard. Once again, Kizmaru observed the shipyard. The large ship he saw last time wasn’t in the port this time around and he figured it was maybe out on patrol. Maybe it could have been a bigger fishing boat for all he knew, out collecting fish right now. He figured he wouldn’t bother with until the time came or he’d ask one of the fellow Genin if they were around. Following the same path he did last night, Kizmaru looked around for the man that was barking orders. Fortunately for him, he didn’t spot him this time around and found a different authority figure.
Turns out that last guy was the supervisor in charge after dark and there was a younger, more patient supervisor during the day. He approached Kizmaru with a smile and guided him towards the warehouse previously used to get lumber. Kizmaru walked over there hoping to see the other two Genin from last night but it turns out they weren’t here today and only show up at night. Kizmaru was slightly disappointed but either way, he continued on with his task of bringing the remaining lumber from last night to where the fishing boats were being kept. After half an hour or so, he finished delivering the lumber and waited around for the shipwrights to be finished with the repairs. After the repairs were done, the sailors and some of the shipwrights went off on their boats to start their fishing trip. With that, Kizmaru had some free time to kill. He told the other shipwrights that he was going on break and they all agreed to do the same. Heading their separate ways, he pondered on what he should do with all this free time. He decided he go back to his own apartment since it wasn’t too far away from the shipyard to just hang out a bit. He felt like he’s been spending too much money on dinner recently and decided to get something quick, easy and hopefully, filling from his own kitchen.
Walking back to his apartment, he placed his hands into his pockets and proceeded to whistle a little tune that he used to hear as a kid in Kiri. Eventually, he got there and entered his apartment once again before shuffling to his kitchen and scrounge up something to eat. He was no chef but, even could cook something decent and easy. After finishing his lunch, he sat down in a chair that had a small table accompanying it and placed his food there before he began to dig in. Kizmaru was enjoying his lunch as he took some glances out a nearby window. He didn’t really see much until he realized that he was behind schedule. He then began to scarf down his food before running towards his door to exit, still chewing large amounts of food as he ran down the pathway back to the shipyard. Dashing through the open entrance, he ran towards the part of the shipyard where he was stationed and made it back just in time. The fishermen had already been docked and they were just getting ready to unload the boats.
Kizmaru then started to join them in unloading the large nets filled with fish, clams, shrimps and other assorted sea creatures. He even spotted a shark that was still trying to escape the net but alas, a fishermen had subdued the creature and brought it back into the storage unit. Kizmaru continued to help out with the long haul before all the unloading was done. He then took a break and decided to grab a drink of water from a nearby cooling container before he would decide to go to his next job. His job here was currently finished and maybe in the future, he might consider coming back here for leisure work but for now, he figured he’d test the waters of the mission board, gain some experience and then try out more high stakes missions for better pay and training exercises. Well, he figured it would all come in due time, eventually. After confirming his job was finished, Kizmaru left the shipyard and moved onto his next destination.

Mission Name: Repair the Bridge!

Type: Repair
Character Requirements: Genin+
Mission Location: New Kirigakure

NPC? No
Reward: 1000 ryo
Task: One of the bridges connecting the islands of New Kirigakure together have become damaged over time. Get out there and fix it for the greater good!
It was midday now and not much has changed of the scenery. It was still quite misty but at least the sun came out from behind the clouds giving a slightly brighter perspective of Kizmaru's surroundings. He walked a path that was supposed to lead him to his next assignment. If he was checking his list right, it would be the assignment to repair a bridge that was supposed to connect to the surrounding islands around Kiri. This was a very important job to do and he had to get it done in time for the future assignment. He already knew what it was and where it was located but that wasn’t the point. The point was he was to help repair the bridge with the local masons as soon as possible because the village was expecting a bunch of wealthy tourists to appear for vacation. Even though the village had an irrefutable reputation, it still manages to attract a few wealthy tourists here and there and still generates a good portion of the village’s income. Recently a bridge has withered down and degraded as time went by and once every so often and it was up to shinobi and masons alike to help repair that said bridge. It wasn’t a bad job and the payment was pretty good despite some hard work here and there.
Before Kizmaru went to his next assignment, he realized he had been doing one job after another, after another. Even though he got breaks often and could slack off in between jobs for a couple minutes, he never truly got a break. Since he still had quite a bit of time under his belt, he decided to do some light training. A little workout so to speak. He already knew he would be carrying materials back and forth anyways rather than directly working on the bridge so he figured now would be a good time for it. He decided to take a leisurely stroll and entered the training area that was located not too far from his destination. It was pretty nice here. He’d spot weights and machines that could be used for enhancing his physical strength. A treadmill for stamina and a punching bag. He can tell he was gonna have quite a bit of fun in this place. He was a scrawny kid but he was planning on changing that to at least a cut appearance. First thing's first though, stretching. He twisted his waist and extended his arms out, rotating them in a clockwise then counterclockwise motion before he decided on what he was going to do next.
He tried various machines to get the hang of them and take notes on which felt like gave the most gains. After testing numerous exercises, Kizmaru decided it was time to grab lunch and then head to the job site. He stopped at his favorite Bar and Grill restaurant and once again, insisted on ordering the seafood kebabs. They were delicious and Kizmaru couldn’t get enough of them. He sat there and enjoyed his meal, a rare smile forming across his lips. Once he finished, it was time for him to head out to the job site to help on repairing the bridge. When he arrived, he was suppose to seek out any of the general foreman for the project and ask what he should be doing to help out. Looking around the area, he saw a decent amount of workers already on the bridge with scaffolds on the top and sides, water platforms below the bridge and some ropes and pulleys but none of them stood out as the authority type. He decided to look away from the bridge itself and realized there was a little shack near the bridge itself. Upon further inspection, he noticed there was a sign that read. ‘Project Manager’s Office’ next to a makeshift shanty. That must be where they keep the materials for the project. Well, Kizmaru figured that it would be best to try that office before he walked onto the bridge in question being completely clueless.
Now then, he walked towards the shanty and knocked on the door before hearing a gruff voice saying, ‘Come in’ bellowed from behind the door. Kizmaru walked in to see a large, meaty man sitting in a chair that was clearly too small for him writing on sheets of papers. Kizmaru explained that he was here to assist in the repairs of the bridge and he was a genin ranked shinobi of the village. The meaty man just waved Kizmaru off and told him to go walk around and assist the laborers in any way he could. This project could take a few days but with shinobi help, they could get this done in half the time. That’s just what Kizmaru wanted to hear seeing as he didn’t want a certain future assignment to get cancelled. He nodded and exited the shanty and walked onto the bridge in question. He began asking some of them if they needed anything, wanted assistance or a simple task that even Kizmaru could. Most of them said no or grumpily waved him off like the project manager. Kizmaru figured he wasn’t needed much so he found himself so work to do by delivering building materials for the workers. It seems that’s what most of the other shinobi were doing anyways.
Eventually, night had fallen and it was soon time to call it quits. The laborers started to pack up their equipment and their belongings and got ready to clock out. Kizmaru wasn’t officially a laborer but was assisted help so he didn’t follow the formalities of the other workers, instead all he had to do was report back to the board about his participation and cash out. He wasn’t going to do that though since he currently had a lot on his plate. He figured he goes back to his apartment and rest up for a little while before returning to all of his tasks at hand.

Waking up the next morning, Kizmaru yawned and stretched a bit before climbing out of the bed in his apartment. He yawned a second time, outstretching both arms into the air to stretch. Twisting his waist from right to left and then to the right again, Kizmaru decided he would use this opportunity to limber up some more of his body rather than from just the shoulder rotations he did on his way here. To properly loosen up, he continued to pivot from right to left a few more times just to be certain. After that, he brought his left forearm towards the bicep of his right arm, curling his right over his left, giving it a few tugs while twisting his upper body slightly to the right in order to stretch. He repeated this process with his other arm, placing his right forearm onto his left bicep, curling around it with his left arm and giving it a few tugs with while twisting to the left. Continuing his routine stretching, he placed his left hand onto his temple, leaning his upper body to the right to stretch the left side of his upper body, bobbing at the sides a little to loosen the muscles surrounding his rib cage. He repeated this process for the right side of his body, placing his right hand onto his temple and leaning his upper body to the left to loosen his muscles on the other side of his rib cage, bobbing to the side.
After doing his morning exercise, Kizmaru walked into the bathroom in order to freshen up. Rubbing his eyes wondering what he should do for today. After thirty minutes of being in the bathroom, he walked out in a towel around his waist, toothbrush in hand. He was brushing his teeth while pacing around before he decided he scrubbed enough before walking back into the bathroom to spit. He then dried himself off and wandered over to his bedside to put on his normal attire of underwear, tank-top, yellow shirt and navy blue pants. Now today, Kizmaru's job was easy. He didn't even have to go our for this one. All he had to do, was research some new potential technology suggestions. Not psychical, no travelling, nothing. He figured since he had the whole day to do this, he would probably lounge around a little bit longer. He didn't have to get up this early and he wasn't really feeling up for working right this moment. He took off his shirt and pants, despite putting them on not too long ago, resting them on a nearby dresser before sitting back down on his bed, before he leaned backwards to lay on it. He thought he'd take himself a few more hours to sleep since he wasn't on a time schedule today.
Crawling under his sheets, he chuckled to himself, in the rare moments he was happy. Eventually, he closed his eyes and drifted off back to sleep. He didn't sleep for as long as he'd liked though, since he woke up two hours later. Well, this was frustrating. His body was too used to getting up early, despite how late he went to bed. Well, this kind of sucks but he had no choice but to get to work. The faster he did, the sooner he could get it over with. He walked over to his dresser and pulled out some important documents that was vital to his mission currently. It's not like they couldn't be easily replaced if he had damaged or lost them but it would have been more than a hassle if he did. Still it was time to get to work. Looking over what was currently on the documents, Kizmaru noticed somethings that seems to be missing that should have served as a basic service. He quickly started to jot down his ideas on where there could be room from improvement. As he did that, he also noticed there was far too much going on in the in general.
Some of the things that were currently going in development were overloaded but were being passed off as compact. He thought it was amusing that some things classified as simple design were so overloaded for the most basic of tasks. Well, that was it for the recreational ideas. Now Kizmaru moved in to the topic that he really wanted to get into which was about development for combat. Chakra-powered armor, weapons and miscellaneous items that may come in handy for situational purposes. First, Kizmaru wrote down his ideas for, what he thought at the time, was a better version of the power armor that Tenkagakure had originally produced. If nothing else, it'd at least be suitable for him whenever he got around to purchasing it. Now starting to enjoy himself, Kizmaru moved onto what kind of built-in weapons and functions he'd think would be a great asset to the armor, even if you didn't have some sort outward weapon. Scribbling the rest of his ideas down, he was finally done giving his input.
Now all he had to do was go back to the technology shop so he could turn it in and get his reward. He thought it was such a simple mission, getting paid for something like this that could be done in your own home. Maybe there was another way he could have went about the mission that probably had a little bit more involvement but maybe there were other things further down the line that would help when it comes to being further involved in the research and development area. Walking out of his apartment, Kizmaru traveled to the mission office to hand in his report and to receive payment for inquiry. He then left to go back to his apartment. He left his to-do list at his apartment and had forgotten what was next on the list. Arriving at his apartment, he went through his drawer once more to find his list, proceeding to look through it until he found the task he hadn't completed yet. He then took the list and walked out on his way to his next task.
