Chunin Exam Registration: Kumo Edition

Registration has now opened for Kumogakure's Chunin Exams! All Kumo ninja with the rank of Genin may sign up to participate for this exam that will shortly take place! To sign up, make sure to register fill out the card at the bottom! You will have one month from today to register for the exams. Please be aware that while death is not encouraged during the exams, there is a risk of it occurring during any point of the examination process.

To increase participation, other members who wish to participate who are not of Genin rank or are not a ninja of Kumo may opt to create an NPC stat page (to be approved by a mod before beginning the exams). Those who decide to participate through this method have the potential to win the rewards (To be Announced) as well as be able to apply all words earned to one of their character's.

The amount of NPCs being allowed for this Exam will match the amount of actual registered players. 

Npc Limit (3/4)

Rules for NPCS made:
- Npcs may contain all basic jutsu, equipment and skills for their rank
- May have one element
- May be a part of any approved clan
- Up to 20 jutsu not including free techs (max of 5 B rank and 3 A rank)
- One mastery slot per rank (for jutsu)
- Up to 2 skills
- 150 stats
- Can opt to start with basic ninja kit or one basic weapon (katana,ninjato, etc) Those with wep spect are except from this rule and can start with both. An apped weapon may be chosen whose cost may not exceed 15k pending approval

Why do you think you have what it takes to become a Chunin? I'm the only one who can actually recite the entire Kumogakure Anthem backwards. I also don't mind having to take the life of a fellow Kumogakurian if need be. We are all replaceable.

        Sheer force of will and a healthy dose of dumb luck. Hard work doesn't hurt either so grinding to prepare for this.
