Breaking Limits (Kamari, Yoi, Snjor, Open, NK)

The morning horizon basked in the sun's seemingly everlasting glory today in Konoha. It was a large, perhaps jarring contrast to some due to the previous days - even weeks of constant gloominess. A wise man once said that the clouds and horizons took in the emotions of the general public; for example, when the common people were happy, the sun was revealed among the clouds. It was vise versa if the common people felt an abundance of negative emotions that day, creating a gloomy atmosphere. No one knows why that phenomenon exists, and more logical people would attest to the claim routed in just simple observation. However, for certain energetic ginger, he was just happy to see the sun again.

A sharp swipe echoed throughout the training grounds. 1, 2, 3 seconds... A training log slowly ripped in half by the force of that swipe. The perpetrator of that slash was none other than Tadashi Namikaze. He held his odachi, Jubaku, on his right hand as he was practicing sword techniques for his future battle against Yoi in the Chuunin Exams. The ginger was up pretty early, reminiscing that he left his house around 9 AM. Of course, Raiu, his brother, and Soichirou, his father were both asleep at that time. Raiu pulled an all-nighter yesterday to sign an agreement with a warrior tribe to stop stealing Konoha's pigs, and Soichirou just arrived back from Hoshigakure, from his parents' graves. Tadashi didn't know his grandparents much, but he knew that his grandfather, Isshin Pendragon, along with his grandmother were both killed in a fire that killed and scattered most of the Pendragon population. Yes, it was depressing, but the ginger couldn't feel that sad since he didn't truly know anyone that was killed in it. All he could do now was to become stronger as a shinobi and a Royal Knight and become King. The first step was to defeat Kirigakure, and Tadashi already had his grandiose plan. He already had a suit idea, and it was almost done being created. He already had the name for his suit and persona that he would use to reclaim Konoha's independence, "Zero." He blurted out loud, unbeknownst to him because he was in deep thought. 

 It was about 12 PM now, smack dab in the middle of noon. The ginger had been practicing for 3 hours, yet there was no progress in learning new moves. There were little swordsmen in Konoha, to the dismay of the ginger, as most people would prefer shooting blasts of fire from their hands than learning the sacred sword art of Kenjutsu. "Well, the road to becoming stronger is to find more ways of achieving that strength." Tadashi sighed to himself. Taking a deep breath, he'd proceed to channel chakra in Jubaku, now becoming a near extension of his body. Visualizing the crackling of electricity, and the speed of lightning, his blue chakra turned light sapphire with visual sparks emanating from the sword. Immediately, he drawed back. Calm as a flowing river, yet vicious as a dragon. Thus was the Kenjutsu art of the Fire Country. Focusing his eyes towards a large training log in front of him. Without question nor hesitation, he dashed forward.

Lock-on.

Focus.

Rend.

With an elegant display of Weaponry, Tadashi sliced through the log like butter, launching the log in the air. Before the log dropped, the residual lightning from Jubaku burnt and electrocuted through the target, turning it to ash. Retaining Zanshin, or mental awareness after a technique was executed, the ginger sheathed Jubaku.

"Now, if only I didn't have towards the log, and the log came to me...Maybe something that creates vacuums like Wind Release would help..." Tadashi mumbled to himself for a bit.

Yoi, walked away from the missions office, thoroughly disappointed. Yoi had applied for an S-rank mission, but NO, he had been turned down. And on top of that, he had gotten a firm yelling from one of the higher-ups there because of his "failing" performance due to his A-rank mission failure in Tea Country. Yoi was pissed, as he had made it to the finals in the Chunnin Exams, performed an S-rank mission at Genin, and had an extensive mission log, BUT NO. OF COURSE NOT! OF COURSE, HE WAS FAILING AS A SHINOBI. The argument had gone on for several minutes. Yoi, walking along the road, decided to walk into a public restroom, and quickly took off all his bandages. Now he was only wearing a pair of white shorts, a light-blue t-shirt, and his navy blue sandals. His burn scars by now had faded to medium-sized purple patches across his skin, but they were still noticeable. It was thanks to Nekrun and Yensung's healing though that he had gotten to this point of course. Yoi continued to walk through town, making his way to the training grounds. Yoi entered the training grounds, and noticed Tadashi. Yoi walked over to him, noticing the log Tadashi was slicing in half. Yoi was now 10 meters in front of the ash that was now the long. He said to Tadashi, "Why, hello there."


Yoi, after a few seconds, used the Ventriloquism technique and created a voice 5 meters behind Tadashi saying, "Hello."

It was a good day. Like one of the good days ever. No man could face to face with this Academy student who looked like a bum. Yes, a bum Indeed. Junior was ready, a smile on his face.

Junior woke up like a big baby. Junior had his normal attires on as he proceeded to eat his cornflakes. He wasn't interested in noodles. Nah, that ain't his type. It tasted good and smelt awesome. He completed the whole bowl in under a minute. Junior was annoyed and thought to himself it was time to get stronger and meet new friends. So he hugged his beloved mama with the best of his ability as he would leave the house.  Mama kissed his cheek and told her boy to train hard.

He then made his way to the field, saluting the birds with a smile. Took his jacket off as he ran 2 laps to improve on his cardio. It was going to be the best training in his life.

“Do the obstacle course, they said,” Kamari said silently to himself. “It would be fun they said.”
Kamari Uchiha was currently in the middle of a so-called obstacle course at the training grounds. However, booby-trap course seemed far more appropriate. The whole area was rigged with a variety of lethal devices. Unfortunately, the ninja world didn’t have much in the area of workplace safety laws. Kamari was on edge, Sharingan activated, as a flurry of kunai fired from a spring loaded device straight towards him. Thanks to his Sharingan, Kamari was able to see the kunai in slow motion and dodge every single one of them, just as a huge log on a rope swung down and nearly knocked him over.
“What were they smoking when they designed this?!” Kamari exclaimed out loud as he avoided a spring loaded sword that nearly decapitated him. Kamari kept progressing through the lethal obstacle course, dodging all manner of sharp and heavy implements, until he hit a tripwire. The whole course was rigged with explosive tags.
“OH, CRAP!,” Kamari yelled as he body flickered away from the area. The explosion was sure to get someone’s attention.
Since his Sharingan was still active, Kamari could see far over to the dummy area where he made out the figures of two people talking, one slicing up a log with a sword. The details came fast. The Sharingan possessed incredible visual prowess, able to see in slow motion, at great distances, and make out detail at the microscopic level. Identifying the two as Tadashi and Yoi was a trivial task.
Kamari has remembered that Tadashi had promised to teach him and Yoi lightning release and assumed they were waiting for him to complete the trio. Kamari thought for a second about pranking them, and eventually decided on planking Yoi but not Tadashi. Kamari leapt across branches and settled on one above the pair. Kamari would then place his hand within Yoi’s field of view, assaulting him with a Genjutsu rendition of the latest song by the ninja death metal band Edo Tensei, complete with the four Kage forming the band and performing wearing long Akatsuki style robes.
Kamari took extra care to spare Tadashi from this illusionary torture he had planned. He knew Yoi well and knew he would understand, but Kamari had been told that Tadashi would probably run him through with that massive sword of his if he tried anything.

As Tadashi began sheathing his custom-made Odachi, blowing the slight bangs of hair colliding against his forehead, a distinct, yet eerie voice practically rubbed against his ears. "Who's there?!" The ginger turned his head immediately, instinctively activating his 3-Tomoe Sharingan at the same time; it was rash of him, considering that he kept his Uchiha and Pendragon heritage a secret from the public, yet, he felt threatened enough to activate it. Seeing that there was no one there, he immediately deduced that it was the use of Ventriloquism, and there could be someone around his area. "Tch. Some bastard is trying to rob me or something?" He questioned in his thoughts, realizing how stupid someone would be to make any audible noise if they were trying to rob someone else. Nevertheless, the Ace of Konoha would show his true power for a few moments. Overcharging his passive Chakra Sensory, Tadashi activated Mind's Eye of the Kagura to find the person in question...only to realize that the "robber" was 10 meters right in front of the log's ash.

"Oh. It's you, Yoi...Why do you gotta 'prank' me like that? You made me almost thought that I was getting robbed!" Tadashi facepalmed while distraughtly looking at the Yuki, not realizing that his Sharingan was still activating. Suddenly, he felt another Chakra Signature come into the radius of Mind's Eye of the Kagura like an annoying itch that you couldn't scratch. He turned for a moment, seeing that it was Kamari who came into the fray. Before Tadashi could say anything though, Yoi's Chakra wavered. The Yuki was under a Genjutsu, most likely from the likes of Kamari as the Uchiha prodigy constantly teased everyone about putting them under Genjutsu, so it didn't take a genius to connect the dots. The young Namikaze smirked at Yoi, hoping to see that his Genjutsu-breaking skills would be put to the test, 

"Man, that's a nice prank you did there, Kamari-sensei!" Tadashi said sarcastically.

Yoi saw Kamari out of the corner of his eyes. At the same time, he saw that annoying little finger. Yoi knew what was about to happen. As he started hearing music, he broke the Genjutsu with barely any effort. His face hadn’t changed at all, showing Kamari any sign of satisfaction. Yoi, after finding that book in the store, had done more reading into Ephemeral. Yoi, being the observant child that he was, noticed a pair of 3-Tomoe Sharingan in Tadashi’s eyes. Yoi had looked all over his book for the technique Tadashi had used in the Chunnin Exams. It was nowhere to be found. It was either Tadashi exclusive or clan based. So either Tadashi possessed 2 bloodlines, made a custom technique, or the Uchiha could create weapons out of thin air. The Yuki filed that theory away for later. Something to look into later. Yoi looked to Kamari, raised an eyebrow, turned back to Tadashi while lowering the eyebrow. Yoi said to Tadashi, “Wind Release, eh? You’ve got Fire and Lightning already. But I know a certain someone who could help.” Tadashi was stronger than Yoi thought. And certainly stronger than Yoi. Yoi continued talking, “I must admit Tadashi, you have quite the impressive arsenal of techniques. Raijin, Bull Rush, Great Dragon Flame, Blast Wave. And that’s just to start.”

Yoi turned back to Kamari, “Now you young man, must be interested in something over here. What is it?”

Tadashi turned to Kamari and made the most sarcastic quip he had ever heard. "Man, that's a nice prank you did there, Kamari-sensei!"
Despite being borderline offensive, Kamari laughed the joke off, although it did give him an idea.
“I’m not a sensei, but I can teach you some about Genjutsu if you want? The false surroundings technique is pretty useful.”
Kamari then remembered what Yoi had said.
“Since we’re training today, why don’t you reach us both lightning release like you said you would. I’ll teach you false surroundings in return.”
Unfortunately, Yoi had broken the Genjutsu as soon as the music began playing. It was disappointing too, because this was one of those songs that had a light intro. You then said something to Tadashi.
“I must admit Tadashi, you have quite the impressive arsenal of techniques. Raijin, Bull Rush, Great Dragon Flame, Blast Wave. And that’s just to start.”
If he was talking about Flying Raijin, the legendary seal that you could teleport to from anywhere, Tadashi really was strong.
“Now you young man, must be interested in something over here. What is it?”
Kamari looked at Yoi.
“Well, after almost dying in that obstacle course, which I’m sure was not inspected for safety, I saw Tadashi vaporize a log in the corner of my eye while my Sharingan was still activated.”
Kamari then stopped and muttered to himself “Right after I got whacked by that huge ass log.”
He turned back and began speaking normally again.
“And then I remembered Tadashi had promised us to teach us Lightning release, so I’m here for probably the same reason as you.”

Junior continued to do his laps he was on the grind, consistency. He wasn't going to allow some bum ass to take his ass over it was not going to happen. As he started to do the first lap he went slow first, jogging trying to build his momentum. On his mind, he didn't care about others in the field he just wanted to become the strongest academy student in the world, this was the beginning of it.
