Supplies Prep (Snjor,Akira)

Mission

It was early in the morning no later than 4 or 5 am, Sai couldnt really know because his clock was broken and he was in a rush to leave his home. This morning he had been tasked to Get supplies ready for some of the teams that were leaving out on mission today. Sai was eager to help out on this mission, unlike in the past were he thought a non combat mission was a waste of his time. The only reason why he was okay with this mission was because Sai knew one day it would be him out there using the supplies that were giving to him, he would hate for someone to have slacked off when making it for his group. That why he took this mission as serious as if his life was on the line. Sai had already informed his team mates prioir about the mission and that they were more than welcome to occompany him on it.

Sai ran through the village in a hurry, not knowing if he was late or early. As he ran he could help but admire the peace and beauty of the village at night. Nobody was out this early execpt for a few people who had to get to their shop's early to prep for the busy day ahead. The moon was standing tall in the sky, looking like a white wheel of cheese. Sai was getting distracted, he took his focus off the beauty of the village and returned to runnig at full speed. He arrived at the shop after about 15 minutes of running. As he arrived at the front door of the building he would be working at today, he took a moment to gather his breath and give his team mates a chance to show up. 

Sai didnt know if they would be able to get up this early and function properly. Sai had heard stories from men around the village about how women like to sleep all morning long and really value they beauty sleep. So Sai wasent to sure if Akira would even want to show up for such a early bird mission like this one. Sai wasent to sure about Snow though, Sai knew most men could get up early and still be able to function properly, but not everyone was the same. Sai shrugged hopping that both his team mates would show up but would understand if neither one of them wanted to come alone.

Sai wasent going to wait long though, he had a mission to Start and wasent going to fail it. He knew had to get this one done, people were depending on him to make sure his job was done the right way and Sai wasent going to let anyone down today.

The lustrous golden shine of the sun peeked from the curtain's of a sleeping genin's window. The warm sunshine blasted the poor woman's face as she began to drool onto her extremely fluffy pillow. Her eyes opened only partly as she squinted at the devilish sunwash that interrupted her lovely slumber. Glaring at the window as if she was about to stab the sun and end it's forsaken life.  Akira let out dramatic groan as she finally gave in to her awakened consciousness. Stretching her arms above her head, before rising from her warm blankets. She could feel her body protesting as she stretched her shoulders and back. Swearing that something was whispering her to go back to sleep. Perhaps it was the warm welcoming blankets that longed her to return. 

But Akira ignored the whispers. Knowing that she couldn't waste around the time that could be spent growing stronger. The red haired genin glanced at the betraying window one last time before prancing her way to the kitchen. Feeling the tug of her stomach as it begged for a snack. As she opened the door to her fridge, the genin would pull out some left over sushi rolls she had in a bowl. Just as she went to munch on the compacted rice and fish, a little bundle of joy and blonde fluff would make it's way to her feet.

Pyro pushed her snout against her partner's thigh, as if asking for a snack as well. Akira held out her palm with two sushi rolls, allowing her fox to lap up the food from her hand. Afterwards the fox would let out a happy yip and gave Akira a greeting nibble. Akira would accept the greeting and returned the favor by running her fingers through Pyro's soft scruff. When their good morning interaction was finished, Pyro would relay the message that was from Sai her teammate. Her familiar let her know that he had taken on a mission for the team to do together. With that Akira would finish her snack, giving Pyro one last pet before dressing herself in her usual black attire of tight fitted material. She laced up her combat boots before making her way towards the building that Pyro mentioned. It wouldn't take long for the red haired kunoichi to arrive about twenty minutes after Sai, well maybe a little longer, with Pyro right beside her heels.

Sai stood there waiting for his team mates to arrive, he hadnt been waiting to long and was enjoying the breeze from the early morning wind. It wasent long before Akira had arrived, her familiar hot on her heels. Akira never seem short of amazing to Sai, she showed more determination than most men Sai knew. Sai liked that he could always count on her to show up, even for something as trivial of a mission as this. He would greet Akira as she approached, not forgetting to give her pet a good rub between the ears. Sai now was only waiting for Snow, someone who Sai thought would of arrived here sooner than Akira. After a while Sai was beggining to grow tired of waiting for Snow. As Sai was about to go in and start the mission, Snow appeard , already have got the supplies needed. Sai watched in surprised as Snow put the supplies away and then asked to train.

"Sure buddy", Sai said with a laugh as he walked over to Snow, Sai stopped and turned to Akira."You coming", He said looking at her with a smile. Happy that the mission would now be over and he could do something else with his day.

The two shinobi waited, somewhat impatiently in Sai's case, to see if their other teammate Snjor had any interest in participating in this supply mission. Akira found herself a surface to lean her back against as the waited. Soon she began to wonder if their finger friend had any desire of showing up. Her familiar Pyro would let out a little yawn. Before Sai made his way over to give the familiar attention. Pyro tilted her head as she allowed the shinobi to pet her between the ears. Sticking her tongue out in a goofy way. Akira had finally made up her made, and was just about to head towards the forest to begin harvesting some of the supplies. She leaned up from the surface that supported her weight.

Just as she began to leave, their third partner of the trio would arrive. Akira would pause in her tracks. Lifting one of her eyebrows into an amused arch as Snjor made his way over with his hands already full. At first she was confused as he fumbled to pull out the storage keys. Then it finally dawned on her. Snjor had decided to take on the mission without them and gather all the supplies himself. Pyro would let out a yip to greet him. Suddenly Akira would appear right beside her partner Snjor just as he leaned in to unlock the storage door. She would pluck some of the gathered supplies from his hands and snatch them away. Attempting to help carry some of it inside. She didn't like that she had readied herself for a mission, to be left feeling useless. So she would at least help carry some stuff inside and stick it in the appropriate shelves. "Snjorrr what happened to teamwork~" She would tease while waving her finger at him. |END|
