Re: Hunting a Thief {D-Rank}

Ookami couldn't decide if she was surprised of not by her teammate's reaction. She knew what the mission stated, but the thief was not that threatening of a person. So she felt like it was unneeded to take the woman's fingers or hands. She knew that the thought of dying for being a thief would cause anyone to think twice about stealing again. Its not easy for someone to have a life style and to completely leave it behind. So Ookami was doing her best to convince the woman otherwise, without actually losing any limbs.
Ookami would gaze at the culprit woman that was now shaking in fear and begging for her life. Waiting a few moments before lowering her sword. "I know what the mission states, I am the one that repeated it to you to begin with. Kirigakure doesn't tolerate giving second chances. So I was showing her what may happen the next time she defies the laws." The white haired girl then sheathed her sword in it's proper place before turning her back to them.
The mission was now completed. All they needed to do was intimidate. Enough to make sure the culprit knows not to steal ever again. She was sure that the woman learned her lesson, so she exited the house and made her way to return to the village streets. |Exit|

Hamako always had a problem with the more barbarous traditions that his home village held, he didn't understand senseless violence, for he saw only problems arising from it. Hateful and angry actions only led to more retribution with the same intent. Hate led to hate, darkness to darkness. The only way one could defeat the darkness in the world was to be the light needed to destroy the darkness. He saw the world as one large balancing act, every day that the sun would rise in the west, a balance would be both threatened and protected between the good and the evil in the world, and everyday the people of the world played their part in disturbing or sustaining that balance.
People will constantly change the side that they are on, but from what he noticed here in the village of Kiri, the people collectively acted on the side of threatening the balance of good and evil, to tip the balance towards evil. While he didn't think everyone in the village was inherently evil, he did see the traditions that the village held as being evil. He felt as though the village promoted the killing of others, rather than protecting their village or their ninja ways. He was unsure if the other villages in the world were the same way for he had never been to any other villages, but he certainly hoped that they weren't. Was it simply the ninja world? Was this the only way that the ninja in the world could live their lives, being in a constant cycle of violence and war? Was Hamako the odd one out when it came to wanting peace among the ninja world, instead of violence and death? While he hoped he was not alone, there came times that he was sure that he was.
He watched as Ookami left the building that they were in and walked up the street. Hamako turned back to the thief and decided to leave her there. He then dispelled his two wood clones when he got far away from the scene.
