[Hunter] C-Rank Mission: Eviction Notice

Robin Hood's initial strike was successful, piercing through the look alike shop keeper hiding behind the shelf. As the arrow made contact with it's target, it exploded into a puff of smoke signifying that it was in fact a clone. Fortunately for Kotsuzui it did not block his view from the real target who he could focus all his attention on now. Despite the fact they three of them had not managed to formulate a plan, at least the archer was able to take out the clone with relative ease. Unfortunately, Kotsuzui's long ranged attempt at taking out their target was not as successful as Robin Hood's. The shop keeper had caught a glimpse of the Kaguya at the other end of their isle. As a result he managed to step back about a meter or so avoiding the two finger tip bullets. Kotsuzui's eyes drifted down to the man's left arm as he moved to the side of his gut, pointing it directly at the Kaguya. A grin formed on his face as this no doubt meant that the shop keeper was aiming to strike back at the pinked haired chuunin. Good. He would have been insulted, or at the very least felt left out had the keeper not felt the need to strike back at him. 

A number of things took place after the bone bullets missed its target, pierced the shop wall and made its way outside. Luckily for Kotsuzui the jutsu did not hit any of the pedestrians outside. It did however draw some of their attention as to where the bullets came from. Though the upcoming events would no doubt have them running to their mommies. The keeper performed two simultaneous jutsu while evading, showing he truly was a former shinobi of Kiri. The first, quicker one was a glowing yellow chain shot from the palm of his left hand directly at the Kaguya. Judging by the speed at which it moved at, it was slightly quicker than Kotsuzui himself. But being just about 10 meters away from the keeper he had enough time to react. With his right arm used to fire the bullets, he slightly adjusted its angle his forearm in front of his gut. With his full body armor, the spear head on the chain would come into contact with the Kaguya's armored forearm. A large 'clang' would echo throughout the shop as the chain merely deflected off the armor causing no harm to Kotsuzui as it hung in the air for a split second. "Gate of Opening, release" Kotsuzui muttered under his breath, his body gaining a sudden increase in physical capabilities. Snatching the chakra chain out of the air, left hand beneath the blade, right hand a foot further down the chain, with his superior strength the Kaguya now had both the jutsu and its user under his control. In a way.

As this occurred, a multitude of needles which surrounded the team leader Zieg had formed. Along with the needles came a thick cloud of embering ash, Zieg's counter as it engulfed everything 15 meters around him helping conceal Kotsuzui's own actions from the keeper. With Kotsuzui only being about 15 meters away, he too would need to get out of the reach of the ash. Which was no trouble at all. Arc had now found himself hanging from the ceiling like a spider, next arrow ready to find its mark once more. With a single yet powerful pull on the chain with both arms, Kotsuzui would yank the entire thing. As a result his superior strength would potentially send the keeper hurtling into the air, a number of possible outcomes occurring due to this. For one, it would make sure to keep him well within Zieg's ash jutsu. Secondly, it would also potentially have the keeper collide with his own water needles if they were still around. And lastly, Kotsuzui made sure to keep the keeper in line with Arc's shooting line. Of course it would not be an exact science and thus the arrow may not have found its true and original mark. But Assuming the archer continued with his shot, the arrow would no doubt find its was plunging into the keeper if Kotsuzui "throw" were successful. Before the ash could reach Kotsuzui, he took a couple of steps back, avoiding the jutsu's clutch while maintaining a single hand on the Chakra Chain.

It seemed that it was time to stop playing games with the shinobi who attempted to ensnare the Uzumaki; Suzaku noted that quite quickly as his double jutsu plan started to backfire ironically. The silver-haired Uzumaki would bare witness to smoldering ash starting to be excreted from Zieg's body, momentarily thwarting Suzaku's original plan in trapping the Uchiha in an encirclement of fifty water needles. Instantly feeling the heat of the ash as the Uchiha activated his counter-technique, the imposter would dispel his technique without any need for handseals as the water would fuse with the atmosphere like it originally was mere moments ago. Whilst dispelling his technique, Suzaku would notice for a moment that the ash was traveling faster than him and would envelop him whole should he not react to the stimulus in front of him. "How amusing," The adolescent pondered for a brief moment as he dispelled his technique; he needed something that would bolster his speed and chakra since he estimated that the battle would end soon, already going through half of his chakra reserves at this point. But now was not the time for resting, as this fight was the difference between living another day or dying today, so Suzaku needed to go all out. Channeling his chakra for a brief moment, an aura-like substance of deep-blue chakra reminiscent of the sea and his Water affinity would expand instantly a foot around him, bolstering his movement speed and potency of his chakra for the time being. The feeling was euphoric like a new gear awakened at that moment, the Uzumaki feeling like he could do anything now, even battle against a bloodlust beast. Nevertheless, once he activated Soul Expulsion which would only take a mere instant, he would take a few steps backwards at his increased speed to escape the ash, making sure not to bump into anything during that action. The few steps would equate to him stepping an additional 5 meters away from his old position, now being 16 meters away from the Uchiha yet still parallel to him.

Simultaneously, as Suzaku performed the necessary actions to escape Zieg, he would also keep an eye on the Kaguya 10 meters left to him. It appeared that the chain would not pierce the mohawk man's armor to the Uzumaki dismay, but he would not let the Kaguya use the chain as a counterattack, dispelling the chain immediately after being deflected off the man's armor, not allowing himself to be subjected to the Kaguya's intended plans. This all occurred during the interval it took for Suzaku to move away from Zieg's attack, both events taking only a few moments in hindsight to complete. Once he completed all of his actions, ten chains would circulate Suzaku in a 5-meter diameter, his smirk only becoming more noticeable. As the chains would fully be created from the silver-haired adolescent tenketsu, the constructs would form a barrier-like defense, being 5 meters in diameter and 5 meters tall centered on him. The makeshift barrier would allow him to defend against any attacks hurled towards him as well as safely observe the actions of the three. However, as Suzaku activated the barrier-like defense, an arrow would come in contact with it before snapping like a twig and falling to the ground. Now, this was his chance, the Uzumaki would trace the location of the arrow before finding the area where it originated from, finally discovering Arcanis' location and locking eyes with him for a brief moment before trying his best to look at all of the three shinobi that surrounded him, paying attention if they performed any other attacks that he could react to.

Just like that, mere moments before things could finally get interesting, the battle was over. Kotsuzui didn't even have enough time to follow up with his counter attack after negating the chakra chain before the arrow found its mark and ended the short-lived scuffle. The man was quite the shot Kotsuzui noted, having taken out both the clone and the original in mere seconds. Kotsuzui was no stranger to getting taken out of a fight by the simplest of shinobi tools. He was once taken out by a kunai which severed a major artery in his leg. So to see this former Kiri shinobi get taken out by an arrow came as no surprise to the Kaguya. Death came in all manners in this world. Once his cloak settled back down to cover the armor beneath, he began making his way down the aisle to rejoin the other two. Arc and Zieg were already discussing how the items from the fallen should be distributed, allowing Zieg first pick since he was the team leader. He was satisfied with just the scroll before announcing he'd handle the boring work and vanishing off. Kotsuzui recognized the jutsu used by the Uchiha as he once was capable of using it himself. That felt like a long time ago.

"It's yours to keep, Bullseye" Kotsuzui said, giving the man another nickname. One Kotsuzui felt would stick better. Since he had gotten the killing blow Kotsuzui felt that it should have all belonged to him. Thus he didn't feel the need to nab anything for himself. "See you around" he finished before stepping over the pool of blood and out the store. Why hadn't Zieg took the body with him? Wouldn't he need to the body as proof for mission completion? Were there village janitors to clean this mess up? Whatever it was, since Zieg took the responsibility to handle the rest he would leave it up to the Uchiha. It was time for a drink.
