mission:

Nasu got a mission when he woke up. Again it was sitting on his windowsill. It was a D rank mission. Some captain needed help bringing all the fish he caught to the stores to sell it. It also said that this was an important mission because we need this food. Nasu went down to the docs and tried to figure out which captain to help. Eventually he found the right ship and he asked the “captain where's all the fish.” “Fish, there aint no fish yet.” “I was told to meet you here though at this time to help bring fish to the stores.” “I need more help than just moving. I need help fishing.” Nasu was shocked and annoyed by this but told the captain he'd help. The captain showed Nasu the ship and then told his crew to set sail. After about 10 minutes the captain yelled “drop the anchor.” The ship came to a stop. The captain handed Nasu a fishing rod, a small fishing net and a big fishing net. Nasu then sat on the side of the ship and cast his rod. Nasu watched as the buoy was floating in the water. Suddenly it dipped under and Nasu felt a pull. Nasu reeled in the fish and then re-cast his rod. The captain came by and went to pat him on the back to say good job. Instead the captain hit Nasu into the water. Nasu infused chakra to his feet and walked up the side of the ship back to his spot. The captain trying to act innocent said “how was your swim.” Nasu was annoyed so he just didn't respond. Nasu then had to cast his rod again and kept fishing. Nasu changed from fishing with a rod to diving in the water with the nets. It was a really hot day out so fishing in the water was better. Surprisingly Nasu really enjoyed himself. He was having a lot of fun just fishing. Eventually the captain made the call to turn back and Nasu went and sat on the front of the ship. The captain yelled at Nasu from the wheel. “Nasu come over here.” “What do you need captain.” “I thought you might want to try steering a ship.” Nasu took the wheel and started to lead back home. When home was in sight Nasu hollered “get the anchor ready because we're almost back.” The captain took the wheel back from Nasu to park the ship. They went right between two docs and then dropped the anchor at the perfect time. Nasu jumped to the doc and started tying the ship to the doc. After 5 knots on each side Nasu said they could start unloading. All the crew on the ship went below deck where they put the fish. One by one the crew came up carrying large baskets of fish. Nasu went down to help too. He grabbed a box and started walking. “Damn I didn't know fish were so heavy.” When he came above deck the captain asked Nasu “Why are you taking our water supply.” Nasu, feeling like an idiot, just went back down and put it back. This time he grabbed a box labeled fish and brought that up instead. Nasu brought up three boxes and then asked the captain. “So where are we taking the fish to.” “almost every grocery store in the village. There are 56 boxes and one box per shop. We also still need to cook all the fish.” The captain and his crew then started to go get wood for a fire. Nasu told the captain if they could just hang all the fish somewhere he could use his fireball jutsu to cook them. All the crew started to unbox the fish. They hung them up on a fire proof net. Nasu also helped and it took about 30 minutes to get everything up. Nasu then stood back and used his fireball jutsu. All the fish started to cook and you could hear them sizzling. Nasu then stopped and the crew used some oil to cover the fish. They also put on some salt. Nasu then used the jutsu again. Then Nasu stopped and they put more salt on the fish. After that they had to wait for the fish to cool down. After 30 minutes the fish cooled down enough to start repacking them. Nasu helped pack but it was taking ages. They had to be super careful to make sure all the fish get packed properly. Nasu then realized he had to then deliver all the boxes. Nasu picks up the first box and it's heavy. He has no idea how he is going to get them all delivered. Nasu eventually got the first box to the first store and it was already 3:30. Nasu didn't give up though. Nasu got back and then went and grabbed a second box. While he kept on going through multiple times of getting boxes and delivering them he started to think about how he wanted to go about his ninja life. He knew he wasn't the best fist to fist fighter but maybe more of a ranged attacker. Nasu wanted to start learning more and more as well. He hasn't figured it all out yet but he wants to become a great ninja. Nasu decided if he is ever going to become a great ninja then he has to at least be able to deliver some boxes. So Nasu starts to go faster. He doesnt stop and gets a box and delivers it in under 5 minutes. Then he gets back and does it again. By about 5:30 he was on his last 5 boxes. He decided that he'd try to deliver the rest of them in a total of 10 minutes. So Nasu starts to run as fast as he can. He gets to his last box and only has 1 minute left. He doesn't manage to make it and fails by 3 seconds. Nasu, annoyed with himself, heads back to the captain to let him know that he is done. He got back and the captain was happy to see him there. Nasu told the captain “I've delivered all the boxes and this is the money from all the stores.” Nasu hands the captain 20,000 ryo. The captain was happy with the money and was thankful for Nasu's help. Because Nasu was already at the doc he went and walked along the beach. He saw a random wooden post in the water and jumped to it and sat down. Nasu’s feet got splashed by water only when the waves came by. He then pulled out a fish that he took as reward for delivering them all. When Nasu just about finishes the captain sees him with the fish and starts to yell at him. Nasu quickly jumped back to the beach and ran back home. The next morning he went and collected the rewards for his mission.
