Time to understand the village

Mission details:

Morning was coming and the Shinkou Samurai had no intention of leaving his bed early today. He wanted to sleep in as best he could now that his body was actually allowing him to sleep. The night before was full of a few dreams, but nothing to traumatic, and something he was able to sleep through fairly well, but not as well as the few nights before. He was tossing and turning slightly, but he still counted it as better sleep then he was having during his episode when his mind was full of Yuumei's influence and he was riddled with hatred or anger.

He finally woke up from his slumber as the sunlight began to pour into his bedroom, brightening up the entire room. He slowly rose from his bed and he placed his feet on the floor. As he shifted his weight onto his feet, he stood up and he stretched his body a little bit, getting it ready for moving that day. When he was all done and stretched out, he walked over to his bathroom and he began to get his personal hygiene properly taken care of for the day, like he did every other day.

He decided that he was going to hurry on through his morning routine and get himself out on the town. He realized that he didn't know the village all that well. He knew the training grounds pretty well, and he knew that path to the mines, but he didn't know the rest of the village all that well. So he decided that before he went over to training grounds to train again for the rest of the day, he was going to work on familiarizing himself with the village that he lived in. 

He knew that if he was ever going to become a Nova corps member, then he was going to need to   be as familiar with his village, should any troublemakers or domestic terrorist decide to use the village for dubious purposes, it would do him well to know the streets. He made his breakfast and ate it quickly, throwing all of his dishes into the sink for now, knowing he would have to take care of them later on. He walked over to the front door and he began getting himself dressed for the day to come.

He first grabbed his armor and placed it on his body, then he grabbed his sword and he lashed it to his person, favoring the right side. He then grabbed his quiver and lashed it onto his left side, he grabbed his bow and threw it over his shoulder. Now that he was ready for the day, he left his apartment and he began exploring the village. He memorized the layout, trying to understand the orientation of all of the landmarks. He traveled by rooftop and by foot on the ground.

He wanted to make sure that if he was in hot pursuit of a bad guy, he would understand just how he was going to get ahead of him. When he was done, he ran to the training grounds and he got in some training for the day.
