There comes a time in every three foot six inch tall once puppet now man's life when he needs to consider a means of finding his way in this world. At current the small fighter was still working through the whole 'making up the difference between his frail new body and his old frail but much more powerful body' issue caused by his creation using advanced mokuton manipulation. That meant taking the space he was given in Saya's new mansion, and putting it to work for the better good. He'd been spending his free time between missions and dealing with the unfortunate situations that always seem to happen when he goes out of the house studying up on a profession. It seemed easy enough. You just like. Make a fire inside of this large but enclosed space, and put a bunch of stuff in it until its so hot it would be a bad plan to actually touch. Using some of his house mates 'don't tell anyone you're my daughter' monthly stipend, he'd ordered a solid set of gear in order to make his new dream a reality. 

He didn't realize just how heavy an entirely steel forge that reached from floor to ceiling would be. He'd borrowed a hand truck, but even with the wheeled carrier as backup it took him literally forever to get the thing into the elevator and down to his room on the third floor. Crap this thing was heavy as heck! Somewhere in the first twenty minutes of slowly crawling across the woodden floors of his small one thousand square foot apartment He felt a shift. THe left wheel of the hand truck had gone flat. Crap.

He hefted the enormous monstrosity another two feet before things seemed to level out. Glancing around the base of the structure, he found that the left tire was in fact still flat. That meant both were now basically inoperable. He dreamed of the day when he had the strength to just heft this stupid thing up on his back and atlas it into place, but unfortunately his training focus so far had been on increasing his movement speed and maneuverability. He'd figured that buying his first weapon, and wielding it effectively would be more useful than just using his fists. Today proved he had chosen incorrectly. 

"Alright Pinochio. The puppet version of you wouldn't need to ask for help in this. You don't either. All you have to do is focus up, and make your resolve unbreakable. Nothing is beyond your ability if you try your hardest!" With a great heft, he leaned into the handtruck carrying a solid ton of constructed metal, and felt something shift in his back. That wasn't good. 

Two hours and three ice packs later the puppet laid out on the couch, waiting for the ding of the elevator. There was no ding. For all the money they'd put into this place, and both time and effort put into the creation of an underground mansion, they hadn't actually considere dthe usefulness of a sound based sealing formula that would tell them when the elevator had reached their floor, so it was the sound of doors opening that informed him help had arrived.

"Alright gang. Please tell me that you brought equipment to make this--" He was cut off as a beeping sound rung out in the apartment. That was wierd. They defintely didn't have a bell for theOOOOOOHHHH. These guys, unlike poor pinochio, were very smart. Somehow they'd found an extremely small fork lift, driven it into the elevator, proving that Saya had definitely gone overboard with the size of her creations, and was now backing it up into the center of the room. 

"Yea boss. WE uh. WE brought the mini fork lift thinking maybe we could just knock out a wall and charge you to create a new one but uh. Once we put up the ramp we realized whoever made this building made it for  giants. Damn thing moved pretty easily through the entire space. How you get an underground mansion anyway?" It didn't seem an ideal situation to be having casual convorsation while they drove heavy equipment through his house. It seemed an even worse idea to drive heavy equipment through underground layers of a massive mansion where the sheer size of both the equipment and the items being moved may or may not have been too heavy for the sturcture itself while not focusing on what's going on seemed an even worse idea. Still how many flights would they ACTUALLY fall before they were stopped? it seemed fine. 

"Well. Uh. Mostly we built it all on our own if i'm being honest. Took a couple weeks and alot of ninja magic, but we got it done!"

"yall done built it yourself?! That's pretty impressive if i'm bein honest. Couldn't manage to get this stuff into place though huh? " Thankfully the man driving the forklift had a spotter. Unfortunately his head was turned the small man he had to have assumed was just a boy as he listened to what could not have been a plausible story. Again, ninja magic. 

"Yea. Roommate has some ninjutsu that allows her to do stuff like this so it wasn't a problem of construction skill or feat of strength as much as a battle of atrition. It was going to get done eventually, we just needed to actually keep her focused on the task long enough to get all the work done. Listen. See the cents in the back corner of the room? I need the forge set there so that the smoke vents line up properly! Otherwise It'll fill the whole room with smoke intead of it going up to the world below. That definitely will cause some issues with the whole breathing thing. " They were moving much more quickly than when he was triyng to do it himself. Of course they had a small car that just lifted the thing up and moved. They were getting close to the back wall, and Pinochio said a prayer to the gods as it slowly snuck foward, raising and lowering so that they could ensure it was in the proper positioning. For all the worry he'd had before, He had to admit that they seemed to be doing a good job.

There was a slight cracking sound. That wasn't good, then a thud that was much softer than he'd worried it would be. Pinochio shot up, remembered he'd definitely pulled something in his back, felt his body give out, and then slid several feet towards the area where the work was being done. That somehow hurt more than the initial back injury, but had effectively pushed him towards his destinatin. From his spot lying on the floor, He had to crane his neck to check and see if they'd gotten everything right. Close. 

"Needs about two inches to the left. The pipes don't quite line up with the holes in the ceiling. Then it needs to be gently moved foward until the two combine into one another. THanks so much for the help guys." THe message was recieved, and it only took a few minutes for the group to work in tandem to make sure everything was set perfectly. That was the hard part. 

"Alright. So now I just need the tables, and the anvil put in please if you'd be so kind. I don't think you'll need the fork lift for that though. " There was an understandable ammount of grumbling. That was a tough and technical task. He HAD paid them handomly ahead of time for an entire days work though. They couldn't really complain too much when his single days pay was easily a weeks worth of the kind of tasks they would usually be assigned.

"Yea, You got it boss. Hey what even is all this stuff anyway? " There was a screeching of metal against wood as they decided to slide the tables, inievitably leaving gashes in the floor that he would need to deal with. That was frusterating, but a small price to pay for what he was getting done.... Well that and the large sum of money was a small price to pay? Yea, that one didn't really work. 

"Oh. It's a forge. I've decided to take up metal working so that I can be more useful to my village while i'm still training my body to peak performance. My goal is to learn and understand the intricacies of weaponsmithing and armor craft in order to.... I'm explaining too much aren't i?" This was a first. While he could be described as a bit eccentric, He'd never gone full saya. Maybe he was more excited than he'd actualy reailzed. With all the items in the general area, the last step was pretty simple. He needed to get himself up from his laying position, take inventory of the work space he'd created, and then make sure everything was perfect. An hour later, he was set up and ready to create.
