"Ah, you want to play games. Lovely," she sniffs, just the faintest note of derision entering her tone. "I don't have the time for it."
She feels no need to argue her case. Satoru is on her turf, and if he feels like he can dance around with technicalities and half-truths he is sorely mistaken.
"Please tell me the truth of what your intentions are here, and I will allow you to go on your way untroubled. Aided, perhaps, if it is in this village's interest," she says, sipping her tea casually. "Kirigakure has no quarrel with missing-nin, but we will not suffer troublemakers. I'm happy to have you put in a scroll until the Mizukage returns and has time to sort through your mind, if you'd prefer."

The missing ninja didn’t seem to take too kindly to Chizu’s accusations, the face of the mask turning sour for a few moments.
“I guess it must mimic the expressions of his actual face,” Gonk thought, as he silently watched the man. “Though that kind of defeats one of the main purposes of having a mask. Sure it still hides his identity, but another benefit of wearing a mask is that people can’t see your expressions, which is one less way they have to find out what you’re thinking. Unless that’s the point of this mask. To mislead people by creating facial expressions that aren’t what the man is actually feeling, but merely what he wants people to think he feels.” While Gonk’s supposed this was possible, he highly doubted that was currently happening.
In any event, the missing ninja went on to ask how exactly he had been lying to Gonk, a request that Chizu didn’t oblige. The deputy kage seemed to be getting fed up with the attitude and apparent blatant lies of the man, who admitted to nothing. She gave the missing ninja one last chance to explain his purpose for traveling to Kirigakure, and even offered assistance if it was a cause that was beneficial to the village. However, she also warned him that while the village accepted missing ninja, they wouldn’t tolerate troublemakers. The man would be wise to listen here, as he had much to gain if he did, and much to lose if he didn’t.

He clenched his jaw in response to the playing games remark. He understood the situation quite well and now that he was inside of the village walls – the odds were heavily stacked against him. “Deputy Kage. Anbu Operative.” he thought to himself – observing a window to the rear of the elderly deputy, approximately 2 meters behind her. As far as he could tell there was three ways out of this room, the door, the window or inside of a body bag. Calming his inner berserker, he looked on as the elderly lady gave the Jugo her ultimatum. Fitting really – the three ways out now evolved into four with the option of being packed into a scroll for the purpose of information extraction.
Satoru couldn’t help but grin – but in doing so he figured he would come to be insulting the Deputy Kage – the village official in this scenario. Throughout the womens rhetoric, the Jugos right hand remained concealed by his oversized cloak – naturally, if the women decided to activate her Byakugan then the hand in question would no longer be out of view for her. As the women progressed onto the explanation relating to Missing Ninja and trouble markers – Satoru line of sight wondered, his intent was to rotate his head enough that the Anbu operative would re-enter his line of sight.
With both the operative and the elderly lady partially in his sights – the Jugo nodded once. His Berserker instinct yelled – “Fight.” but the way any fight played out inside of this confined environment of 20 meters by 20 meters put the Jugo at a disadvantage. The instant even a slither of malice escaped his body the room would be teaming with operatives of Kirigakure. He figured he’d rather not sleep with the fishes on this occasion – there were wars to be fought and he’d be dammed if he lost his life because of his pride or ego when he was in Kirigakure with the intent of offloading a handful of organs.
Tensing his right bicep - he flashed a smile, one that looked creepy when translated as an expression via the mask. “Very well.” His lips parted as he leaned into the seat, his gaze turning to rest on the women in front of him just as her final sentence concluded. “I intend to sell a handful of freshly harvested organs… with the rumours of the incredible wealth density of Kirigakure – it only made sense that I would attempt the sell them here first!.” his gaze wondered again – checking in on the Anbu operative via peripheral vision before returning to rest on the Deputy. “I have at a… safe location… organs from an individual of a Jugo descent. Sampling the availability of said organ, I have come to find that it’s in fact in high demand but naturally low in availability and so I’m in search of top coin for their sale.”

Chizu gazes at him calmly through her round glasses as he shifts in discomfort, wondering to herself whether she'll have to kiss this office farewell. Thankfully, he comes to the sensible conclusion.
"Is that all?" she asks, a small smile tugging at the corner of her mouth. It's a relieving answer - good for the village, and taboo enough in other parts that she can believe he'd go to the trouble of concealing it up to this point. "You may be on your way, then. Happy trading. If you're in need of transplant services please feel free to make an appointment or request a house call with the hospital - ask for Dana Senju or Mino Kurokabi. As for lodging, I personally recommend the Azalea. Not too pricey, good breakfast."
She may be interested in making purchases for the village herself, but that is not a decision she'd like to make on the spur of the moment. The infrastructure she has in mind for such acquisitions are still in the planning stages. If it turns out they need to seize the opportunity and make some purchases, well, she'll know when he moves to head out.
Upon Satoru leaving, Chizu looks to Mako. "Let Dreamer know," she says. "You're dismissed. Thank you for bringing him."

After a few moments of tension, the missing ninja finally folded to Chizu, revealing his true intentions.
“Jugo organs huh,” Gonk thought as he watched the man. While Gonk himself didn’t partake in the organ trade himself, he knew first hand just how valuable Jugo organs were. “I wonder what Kita would do if he knew about this man. Would he replace his stolen one, or have the horrors of what happened put him off organs for good?” Gonk wasn’t sure, but he decided not to tell his friend about the man quite yet.
In explaining himself, the man also revealed what he had been lying about, as when he spoke, his voice was that of a young man. Gonk wasn’t sure whether the missing ninja intended to reveal himself, or if he had just forgotten in the heat of the moment, but either way, the cat was out of the bag. Not that it really mattered though, as Chizu was satisfied by his answer, even telling him who could perform the transplants and recommending a place to stay.
This signaled the closing of the man's audience with the Deputy Kage, and he was expected to leave at this point.
Once he was gone, Gonk received one last instruction from Chizu: to inform Dreamer about the man.
“Of course,” Gonk said, rising from his chair. Once he was standing, Gonk gave a polite nod of his head towards Chizu, before turning and exiting the room, closing the door behind him.
Gonk immediately exited the building and walked over to the Hunter-Nin Foundation, where he hoped to find Dreamer. After passing a few security measures at the door, Gonk was allowed into the building, and he headed into the internal security department, the division which Dreamer headed. After a few minutes of searching, Gonk came across the man in one of the monitoring rooms. Gonk walked up to the fellow agent and informed him about the missing ninja who was now in the village, and the meeting with Chizu. After receiving a curt nod from Dreamer, Gonk exited the room and made his way back outside, ready to enjoy the rest of his day.

The tension eased and in a matter of seconds the Jugo was sent on his way. The exchange was quite peculiar, at first he was very much on the defensive but towards the end of the exchange he felt at ease – “What a cunning women.” he muttered under his mask as he now made his way through the village in the direction of a nearby inn. In the distance he spotted the so called Azalea establishment – “I’ll probably be followed regardless of where I go – so probably for the best if I stay under their magnifying glass for now.” With that thought aside, he made his way inside, booking a logging for the evening.
“Tomorrow, we’re to look for the Hospital and Dana Senju.”
Retiring to his quarters, Satoru rested his body in such fashion that he was in the centre of his room, 5 meters from the door and the nearest window, resting on the floor as oppose to a bed – his right hand armed with a Kunai as he went to sleep.
