He was told just moments beforehand that he would be meeting Aokidanza at the gates for a mission of sorts. After just being promoted to the rank of jounin and the Captain of the Police Force he had everything to prove now. Iscarot would take in a deep breath as he naturally took in Nature Energy before igniting and activating a technique he had not revealed to the world just yet. A new set of arms would appear just above his natural arms, right around the area of his shoulder blades and the new arms would begin to weave a set of seals while his natural hands would begin to weave another set. After the completion of the seals he would place a seal on his body, more specifically onto his chest before weaving another set of seals and placing another seal on his upper right arm. With that done he would release his technique and head out to meet Aoki at the gates.
