Bumi's Travelling Stand [2023]

1.) The event will begin at midnight on June 17th and end at 11:59 PM on August 30th. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

2.) You can purchase these scrolls for any of your active characters or living clones if that specific character has enough Ryō.

3.) You may purchase up to 5 daily scrolls per character. Only 1 of those scrolls can be S-rank.

4.) A new claim utilizing the code listed above must be completed for each purchase. (Claims must be performed on the account for your specific character. For example, I want to purchase a C-Rank Jutsu Scroll for my Missing Ninja character, but I'm logged into my Vagabond account. I would need to log out of my Vagabond account and log into my MN character's account to make a claim.)

5.) In most cases, you will not have to specify which techniques or skills your character is learning on this page, as these particular claims will only add the scrolls to your character's inventory. Almost all claims utilizing these scrolls will have to be performed on your character's stat page and approved separately by a staff member, but by no means do you have to use the scrolls you purchase immediately. If you are using a Jutsu Scroll to fill a mastery slot for a technique your character already knows, that must be specified in the claims made on this specific page. (These Jutsu Scrolls can be used to fill 1 mastery slot per day for a Jutsu already on your character's stat page.)

6.) Regarding the Skill Scrolls, there are a few limitations in which skills can be obtained. The skills that are unobtainable from these scrolls are any skills that cannot be removed from a character once learned via normal means, such as the "Clan Pureblood," "Clanless Pureblood," or "Beloved Presence" skills. All claims made from the Skill Scrolls will be checked thoroughly by a staff member to ensure no such abuse occurs.

7.) A character cannot refund nor resale the scrolls they purchased from Bumi's Stand to the Mythical Item shop or any shop. Furthermore, they cannot trade these scrolls or gift them to others. Once purchased, they are part of your inventory until used. Finally, players can use these scrolls to claim jutsu for their familiar or companion, but they cannot use them to buy summons or puppets. 

8.)  For Shimi Daikon and Eight Gates, when buying Bumi Scrolls, we felt that spending one scroll per Bud was excessive, so we changed the process slightly. Here are the new values we feel better to represent the Ryo to WC ratio for that specific jutsu. If you purchased under the old way, claim it on your stat page, and we'll sort you out.

1 Scroll for 1st Bud, 1st A Rank (2500 WC)

1 Scroll for 2nd - 4th Buds (3000 WC)

1 Scroll for 5th Bud, 1st S Rank (1000 WC)

1 Scroll for 6th - 7th Bud (2000 WC)

So an average of like one scroll per over 2000 WC
