Hoist the Colours (TFK Missions)

Jayden Terumi was actually sleeping really well for the first time in a long time. He was at peace with his family, he was training, he learned a VERY valuable lesson from Shikami Shinkou and he and his teammates realized they have to work together better as a team. Things were falling into place for the Terumi! That meant peaceful sleep was now a thing for him.
The way  Jayden's room is set up, he has the head of his bed against the inside wall of the room and his desk is against the outer wall of his room and he has a small nightstand beside his bed and a small table next to the door with a lamp on it. The lamp and table by the door were for messages or male purposes only so they didn't have to wake him up or if he wasn't home they could leave it for him to see when he got back.
It was maybe 6:30 a.m. and Suddenly he hears an all too familiar voice standing near his bed!
“He's sleeping so well I really don't want to wake him up!” Jeordie said as he and Taki stood over the bed staring down at Jayden! Now Jaydens back was  towards the door and he was facing towards the window which faces the front yard!
Jaydens eyes were wide open at this point as he sighs and stretches as he pulls the blanket over his head! Jeordie and Taki began laughing.
“You find it funny! But revenge is a bitch Jeordie! What the hell are you doing in my room?” Jayden said, extremely irritated!
“Just giving you some mission scrolls that were delivered this morning! Get your ass up little brother!” Jeordie and Taki laughed as they left the room and Jeordie flipped on the lamp by the door and sat down the scrolls! They laughed all the way back to Jeordie's room!
“Fucking Assholes!” Jayden grumbled part way laughing and party irritated. As he was waking up he was less irritated at them and found the situation funny! Jeordie could have been an ass and stayed in the room teasing him, but he didn't. He and Taki left the room and left the scrolls by the door. After Jayden got dressed he read through the scrolls and knew the other three Fukus would be meeting up with him! He left the house and headed to the coffee shop.

Miz had been awake for a while, he was sitting on his bed with a couple of books and a botebad doing some research when he got the knock on his door. As early as it was he wasn't really expecting
“Enter!” Miz said as he looked up towards the door. Taki walked in the door with a couple of scrolls in his hand and handed them to Miz
“These were given to me before I left the gates this morning, I was asked to give them to you.” He said with a Yawn.
“Thanks, I take it another long boring uneventful night?” Miz asked jokingly! A partial smile lit up Taki’s exhausted face, as a small chuckle left his lips.
“You already know bro! You already know!” He said with a chuckle. He turned around and left Miz's room to go to his room to get some sleep since he had to work that night .
Miz opened the scrolls and read through each one. More missions? Team Fuku must be doing good to be getting as many missions as they have! He stood up, and put the scrolls away in a pocket and put his books and papers on his desk then headed out the door to the cafe to meet the others. To his surprise Jayden was already there! He ordered a coffee, then he sat down beside Jaydenat a table to wait for the rest of the crew to show up.

Kurai had been drinking the night before! He had a lot on his mind and now he had a hangover from hell! Isn't drinking supposed to wash away your problems? How come no one EVER mentions what happens afterwards?
He had drifted off to sleep about 4:30 that morning only for his dad, Kiken, who sadly found this hilarious, to wake him up at 6:30 to run missions with his teammates! Unfortunately Kurai was still slightly drunk and even though you you can't tell cause of his threads, he had bags under his eyes from being exhausted.
“Kurai, this is hilarious…I can't believe you actually got drunk? Seriously I can't believe you have never drank before? I mean where do you think you and Talon came from, alcohol does a lot of things -” Kiken was laughing until things like pillows and books starting flying out of the bedroom at him.
“I'm sorry dear I love you!” He said as he fell on his back with Kurai's mom standing over him with a very angry look, and as the old saying goes, if looks could kill Kiken Tau would be dead!
“”Asshole! Be glad I fucking love you and we're married!” She hissed as Kiken tried to stifle a laugh. Funny how a Jounin rank ninja backs down from a mere Chuunin! But Kiken put his hands up in defeat trying not to laugh. Well now apparently Kurai knew their origin story! One night a young couple in Kiri were binge drinking…okay that's all I'm saying…you get the picture and thankfully Kurai was to drunk and hungover to care
“I could care less about how I was created and more about how to sober up and get rid of this hangover!” Kurai said, sitting at the kitchen table hunched over and laying his head on the table.
“Caffeine…coffee is stronger than tea.” Kiken said as Karina, his wife and Kurai's mom, walked in the kitchen hugging Kurai and brushing his hair behind his ear. She poured him a cup of coffee.
“All I'm saying is don't fuck up today, you do, I'll know!” Kiken said to Kurai as Karina growled at Kiken yet again for threatening Kurai and threw an bottle of soda at him!
“Dear Husband, remember Happy Wife, Happy Life! Say something negative to him again or me and see what happens…I'm a Tau too …I know how to use my threads!” She said as she glared at him then patted Kurai on the back, checking on him. Kurai sipped his coffee trying his damnedest to ignore his parents!
“Don't threaten me with a good time!” Kiken hollered literally running up the stairs as fast as he could! Speed must be something Kiken had mastered, he literally disappeared the minute he turned to run from his wife!
“Drink caffeine as much as possible today Kurai and when you get home, despite what your dad says, I said you could lay down and sleep.” She hugged her son then said his dad's name real low as she stomped up the stairs. Kurai took that as his sign to leave, his parents alone in a bedroom wasn't something he wanted to hear, his younger sibling who was 13 was at school, so they had the house to themselves.
Kurai left and headed up to the coffee shop to meet the others.
“Before you guys say a word, I am drunk or have a hangover or both I don't know, I'm not an alcoholic. I drank last night, I didn't fall asleep until 4:30 this morning and then was rudely awakened!” He said as took a cup of coffee the waitress sat on the table.
“Who are we waiting on?” He asked as he noticed nothing was spinning anymore!

Primrose had just gotten out of the shower and was braiding her long black hair in a side braid when one of the ‘Jounin Brother's’ knocked on her door, dropping off some scrolls to her. Apparently, her team had missions today and she was running missions with them! She actually enjoyed running missions with Team Fuku Kiri! Considering she didn't get much time with them before moving to Kiri. She put on a black tank top and her headband was wrapped around her midsection and she put on her black leather pants and boots then headed out to the coffee house meeting spot.
“Wow, Kurai, I can tell you got wasted last night!” Prim said as she poked him in the back with her finger! Now she knew they had met Shikami but she wasn't about to tell them she knew him. Not yet, and she wasn't about to tell them she had a huge crush on the former Kage! But they all seemed a little different in her eyes. Maybe it was the fact Shikami made them wake up and see reality! At least that's what Taki Hozuki said happened to them.
“So, let's see…yeah let's do this tour guide mission first! Been wanting to ride in a boat and see the sites of Kiri anyways!” Prim giggled as she led the group to the boat docks so they could talk to someone about the mission.

Jayden saw Prim walk up and he stood up to give her a hug. He actually enjoyed having her doing missions with them because she was a hard worker.
“Ten Island Tour time, I have been in Kirigakure for a while now and haven't ever seen the other islands out there!” He said as he followed behind Prim with the rest of the team. As they arrived at the docks the man handed them all papers and badges to wear out on the boat. It was actually a small boat, and many tourists traveling to Kiri paid a lot of money for this tour! It was a covered square shaped boat and their job was to point the islands out to the tourists as they read through their guide books about the islands!
As the captain of the boat made the announcement they were leaving the dock, Jayden looked over the paperwork as he walked by one of the tourist groups and began to point out different islands to them. And he was aight seeing himself considering he had never been on this island tour himself!
“Kiri really is a beautiful village! Gotta love living in the islands!” Jayden said with a smile enjoying the tour and enjoying being a tour guide.

Miz laughed at a drunk Kurai! Oh this would be fun. Drunk people were hilarious! And considering it was very obvious Kurai couldn't handle his alcohol! Since Kurai came to work drunk, Miz made it his job to give Kurai a hard time for the rest of the day!
“Sup Primmy? Good to see you!” Miz said with a smile as the group got up.to follow her to the boat docks. Now, Miz had done his research on Kirigakure, so he knew all the different islands and some of the history of the islands! So as they left the docks on the tour, he was able to give information to some of the tourists! After a few minutes he decided to start singing a sea shanty to see if he could get his drunk teammate to start singing with him.
“Yo ho all hands, hoist the colours high…” he started as he walked by Kurai. “Heave ho thieves and beggars…never shall we die…” he continued singing for the pure entertainment of everyone and himself! He then walked by another group of tourists on the boat and gave them as much information and answered as many questions as possible!

Kurai was falling asleep sitting in the chair and snapped awake looking at Primrose. He whines as he looks at her then down at his coffee.
“Lower the volume Primmy, I am hungover and only had two hours of sleep!” He pleaded as he took a huge sip of coffee. Kurai followed.the team as they walked to the docks. This mission seemed fairly easy and which made it to where Kurai would be able to do as little as possible and still complete his mission! As they got their badges and pamphlets Kurai actually managed to read the instructions. He had an idea! As they walked onto the boat, Kurai grabbed a huge stack of pamphlets and handed them out as he walked around the boat! Then he sat down on a seat by the edge of the boat, he was very nauseous! He pulled up the hood on his cloak and pulled the cloak around him. Suddenly he heard a very familiar sea shanty!
“All hands…hoist the colours high …heave ho…thieves and beggars….never shall we die!” He sang with Miz before leaning over the side of the boat and puking! At least he had done something on this mission before getting sick!

Prim couldn't help but chuckle and giggle at the guys, except poor Kurai. She felt some sympathy for the…”drunken sailor!’ Giggling she rubbed the Taus back.
“Kurai, maybe drinking isn't such a good idea for you.”Prim said trying to be supportive towards her friend and teammate. “Or at least drink in moderation!” Prim recommended as she scratch his back for a second then walked away.
The tour ended and then Team Fuku Kiri was headed towards their next mission. A young Shinobi quit the forces and it's up to them to try to turn him around, to change his mind!
As they exited the boat, Primmy turned to them to discuss the mission.
“Kurai, you have been in a similar situation, maybe you should be the one to discuss things with him. Be nice though, we have no idea what the young man has possibly been through! We will be there as back up in case you need us for support or to join in!” Prim said and offered. They walked through the winding streets towards the Kiri Academy to see if the young man happened to be there, he was known for hanging out at the park, near the orphanage and by the basketball hoops. As soon as they spotted him the rest of the team would stay back and let Kurai take over.

Ok, maybe Jayden likes the Sea shanty! They are Kiri Nin right? Kiri, water, ships…you get the point!
“”The King and his men stole the Queen from her bed….” Jayden started singing right before he saw Kurai puke over the side of the boat. “Damn Kurai! Either we got to help you get a higher tolerance for Alcohol or we have to send you to Alcoholics Anonymous!” Jayden jokes as Prim rubbed Kurai's back. As they got off the boat he listened to Prims discussion about the next mission. Not to long ago, Jayden had given up all hope and was on a suicide mission himself! He was going to walk out of the gates of Kiri, but he was stopped by family friend, Jaiden Goka! But Kurai, yeah he had been through a lot before becoming a part of Team Fuku. He would be the perfect one to talk to this kid.
As they roamed through the streets of Kirigakure near the Academy they finally spotted the kid at the Basketball goals.
“Remember to stay calm, Stitch, just like all of us he has probably been through something. Try that attempt at empathy we talked about a while back!” Jayden said as he stood back with Prim and Miz.

Picking on Kurai was fun, but even Miz knew there's a time for everything and now it was time to stop. The poor ‘drunken Sailor’ seemed to be giving back to the sea as the old saying goes. Okay so in proper terms, he was puking. Everyone was trying to make him feel better. Maybe Miz was the only one who found picking on Tau fin!
As the left the ship to return to Kiri, Prim began a discussion for the next mission. There was a time in Miz's life that being a Shinobi didn't interest him either, it was Xyxer who had convinced Miz to be a part of the Shinobi forces in Kiri! He said Miz has the potential to be a great ninja! However at the time he didn't see it, and sometimes he still doesn't! But giving up isn't something Miz does, as a matter of fact he knows he can do it.
They walked around Kirigakure near the Academy and then they saw the kid, by the basketball court.
“You got this stitch! Call us if you need us.” Miz said encouraging the Tau. Yeah he picks on him, but Kurai is still his teammate!
