Sibling Rivalry, Part 2! {P}

The morning sun peeks above the great Hokage stone faces, it's amber light graces the land, the wisps of clouds above only barely obscuring slight rays of sun making some more visible than others, as if heavens doors have opened and shining forth a becoming light to the lost souls of the impure world.
Konohagakure no Sato is truly at peace today thanks to the efforts of two legendary shinobi, two men who rose from the ashes of Konohagakure no Sato's destruction, the men whom are now known as the Hokage, and Anbu Captain, Viper Kamu Uchiha, and Echo Koumori Uchiha, two Uchiha of legend that are destined to own this world and all who live within.
It is at this time the Hokage is within his bed chambers, the morning sun illuminates his bedroom through the open window as his eyes twitches, his form slowly awakening due to the light, his body sits up as he pulls the blanket over his head due to the sun, he lets out a slight groan as he rubs his eyes from under the blanket, the blanket rises as his arms stretch towards the ceiling with a yawn, the blankets thrown off as he gets to his feet, his sleeping attire that consists of a black tank top, and white material shorts now visible, his short raven black hair scattered and messy.
He walks to the private bathroom on the far wall, he looks in the mirror over the sink, he grabs a comb within his right hand from the cup on the base of the sink, he takes the time to comb his hair flat so it spikes downwards on all sides, he finishes and slides the comb back in the cup, his tooth brush is the next item he retrieves, he wets it with cold water and applies the tooth paste, back and forth, front and back, and left and right are the motions preformed, he spits the remaining liquid and rises the brush before putting it away, he stretches and yawns once more.
Now it is the time to get ready for work, he walks towards his closet, he pulls forth the Hokage battle suit and lays it upon the bed, he grabs the Hokage uniform and cloak and lays it next to it, he begins to change his clothes and slips on the upper garb of the battle suit, it feels strange though, Viper looks down and notes it is backwards, he slides his arms within the sleeves as he shakes his head with a soft chuckle, he shifts his arms and shoulders spinning the top around, the lower section is next, he then retrieves his black tabi and makes his way out the door, he stops, he walks back in to grab his uniform, "What is wrong with me this morning?!" He questions within his head, he slips on the Hokage uniform and matching red and white hat before exiting his room and going to his office, it is here he awaits the many problems of the day, and of coarse, the mountains and mountains of paper work.

Echo Uchiha better known as: Anbu Captain Kitsune was known as one of the highest caliber Combat Specialist of the age and Master of the Time-Space Migration Technique unknown to many people.

He is currently snoring softly in a hunched position over his desk having worked late into the night and fallen asleep on his desk, he is currently in his regulation ANBU uniform his mask at his right flank his arms acting as pillows for his head his eyes closed peacefully as he dreams of slaying great beasts and rescuing damsels in distress...before his eyes open and they narrow in annoyance.."Being an ANBU sucks..." he states dryly leaning up finding his neck and shoulders stiff from his position over the desk.

He stands shakily and shakes his arms out back and forth to get the blood flowing back into them the pressure of his head atop of them causing them to go numb, he sighs and rolls his neck from shoulder to shoulder in a clockwise motions to work out the kinks in his neck his eyes observing the state of his office inside the hidden ANBU-Black ops barracks.

He sighs before sliding his feet three feet apart from each other and leaning his body to the right his left arm sticking out as his abdominal muscles stretch to work out the kinks and get his flexibility back two small jerks followed by a satisfying popping sound says his work is complete, he grins getting a bit more awake as he bounces on his toes twice bringing his arms up his elbows now at chest level his fists in front of his face before he throws three right jabs a left cross followed by a right uppercut his arms blurring into motion against an imaginary foe who would have stumbled back from the blows giving Echo's quick dash forward and mid-air spinning snap kick aimed to the face of his imaginary foe more damage, Echo lands on his feet grinning wide before he turns his body away from his downed 'opponent' and glances at his cloak on a rack a smirk spreading across his face the smirk only widening as he turns his head towards his desk a pair of gauntlets seen on the left side of his desk 'Oh yeah....Top of the line and I'm the first to get it...It's good to be the Captain' he says chuckling to himself before he walks over and around his desk pulling open the bottom draw and leaning back casually to avoid his trap of a boxing glove on a spring before he brushes it aide and grabs his bracers and equipment pouch from his desk drawer and sit in his chair.

He begins strapping the bracers to his forearms carefully so the mechanism inside is not set off, he tightens the straps and grins before reaching for his gauntlets with his left hand and sliding them on each hand strapping the tightening strap on them tightly so they don't slip from his hands.

He flexes his finger a grin on his face before he clenches his fists with a look of satisfaction, he reaches over with hi right hand towards his mask his grin still in place bringing it up to his face his grin vanishing just before the mask is placed standing from his seat he straps the pouches to the back of the right side of his belt walking over with practiced poise hi right hand grips the side of his cloak before with a flourished motion his body disappears behind the now pulled on piece of intricate equipment, a click is heard underneath the cloak those with trained eyes would have caught the Ninjato 'Heavens Sorrow' hidden within when the ANBU Captained pulled it on.

Kitsune slides the hood of his cloak on his right hand turning the door knob and opening it exiting before he closes the door silently behind him moving purposefully through the halls of the ANBU base before his form flickers and he vanishes from the base.

A moment later he appears just out of sight of the window of the Hokage's office before stepping into view and sliding the window open and stepping in through it walking to the guests couch and taking a seat to wait for his brothers arrival.

His eyes behind the Mask depicting a Snarling Kitsune wander across the room observing it with the detail only a member of the ANBU Black-ops can muster making sure there has been no tampering with his brother's domicile.

"ANBU Directive #4: An ANBU must be willing to give up their life to protect the embodiment of the Will of Fire: the current reigning Hokage of the Village Hidden in Leaves and the Daimyo of the Fire Country, and the great Village Hidden in Leaves.

He explains to himself in his head his eyes catching nothing out of the ordinary before he chuckles to himself remembering the pranks he use to pull in this office that never got past the ANBU who ended up taking them instead trying to disarm his pies and paint dispensers...they were baffled on how he managed to make a Wire trap that swaps their clothes with Pink spandex before they could Body flicker away....and Echo Uchiha does not give away his trade secrets.

Viper Kamu Uchiha enters his chambers, his coal black eyes take note of his already battle set brother, he sighs softly, "You never relax do you bro?" Viper says, he walks to his desk and pulls out one of the drawers, his free hand and grabs his Konohagakure no Sato headband from the top drawer that he forgot the prior night, he slides the drawer shut and ties it firmly around his forehead, he looks towards his brother, "So, stress hasn't killed ya yet, huh?"

"I relax you'll find a blade in your back and you know it" he says with a bit of a chuckle shaking his head watching his brother take the headband from his drawer his eyes wandering across the symbol of the leaf wondering for a moment if the symbol really meant what it used to? This isn't the Konoha he knew as a child.

Echo's thoughts are broken by his brother's question a grin spreading across his face behind his mask "Booze helps~" he says with a chuckle jokingly....well...mostly.

Viper chuckles a bit, he walks over and knocks upon the front of his brothers mask with his right middle knuckle, "How can you see out of that thing?" Viper teases, obviously in a strangely good mood.
"I got an idea, follow me Mr. Broken." Viper says with a grin as he leaps out the window after opening it, bounding off roof tops until he reaches the edge of the village to stand upon the wall, turning upon his heels he looks for his brother to see if he followed, "Follow Ole Viper I know the way!" With this he backflips off the wall, the Hokage uniform fluttering in the wind due to his speed as he lands upon a high tree branch he normally uses and takes off in to the forest.

Echo leans away from Viper's fist blinking twice at his acts before he chuckles and answers "Caaause I'm awesome" he states watching Viper walk towards the window before standing and blinking twice before stating "B-broken?? Why Broken!!!??" He shouts after his brother before running over leaping on the window sill and leaping after his brother his left eye twitching at his brothers strange behavior following his path towards there destination.

Vipers speed allows him to easily lose echo within the forest, his higher senses allow him to pin point Echo, with one swift motion Viper passes in front of Echo, a bee hive within his right palm which is chucked towards him, "Think fast!" says viper as he vanishes within the trees again, his form a blur as he ducks and weaves through branches and circles the forest concocting his own plan for his stress filled brother.

Echo's eyes catch the sight of his brother rearing back activating his TSM allowing the bee-hive to pass straight through him a smirk forming on his face as it does so his eyes quickly gauging his brother's reaction to his ability which he believes is the first time his brother has laid eyes on such a feat from him.

He skids to a stop against the grass of the forest his grieve edges the only visible part of his body through his cloak.

Viper does not get the reaction he hoped for, he hoped to see his brother covered in honey and bees, but instead his entire form turns spectral, Viper's coal eyes widen as he skids to a stop upon a tree branch, his speed causing him to slide more than he wanted forcing him to slightly run along the trunk and along the bottom of a higher branch as he stands upside down, his right hand holding his hat upon his head, "That how do you do what now how?!" he says confused wondering what his brother just did.

"You mad bro?" He says his tone filled with mirth a chuckle heard as he shakes his head before he walks up the side of the tree at a leisurely pace his cloak draping downward slightly the cloak still in place obscuring his hands and torso from view.

Echo always loved surprising his brother with his progress....though Viper is getting fast...really fast.
