Travel to Island Village (CLOSED) Empty Travel to Island Village (CLOSED)

Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:06 pm
A cold sea breeze washed over Jigokuha's face, cooling him and whipping his hair every which way. He stood upon the wooden deck of the boat he had boarded, having extorted a ticket from a civilian back on land. Seagulls squawked overhead as they flew, seeming to follow and escort the small cruise boat, their destination being the ports of the Island Village. In front of him was a group of tourists, eagerly pointing and yelling for some reason out over the sea. Granted, it had been a few hours since they had departed for their destination, but Jigokuha had thought it would take longer before there would be land again. He turned towards the door back into the boat and entered the cabin of the boat, following the hall to a door on the left which led to a set of stairs he climbed to the captain's cabin, standing in front of the door into the cabin. Jigokuha crouched and slowly pushed the wooden door open, only to see a small room with windows that overlooked the sea ahead. Jigokuha slipped silently into the room. Activating his Sharingan, Jigokuha focused his gaze on the short man who had control of the boat from this room, his hands on the wheel. Quickly and quietly, Jigokuha unsheathed his dagger and stepped rapidly towards him, springing up from his crouch and putting his left hand firmly over the captain's mouth. All too quickly after he had covered the man's mouth, Jigokuha brought his dagger up and swiped it across the man's throat, bringing a thin stream of blood down his neck and killing him. Jigokuha then quickly took off the man's clothes and his own, replacing his clothing with the captain's uniform the dead man had worn. Jigokuha looked down at the man's face, and noticed that the facial features and hair of the corpse were quite similar to his own. Jigokuha rose from his position, looking down on the table that was in front of the wheel. The only thing there was a passenger log, containing information on every passenger aboard the ship. Jigokuha picked it up and raced his gaze down the page, absorbing the information about each passenger. To his relief, none of them were shinobi. He then looked up and out the window, seeing ahead and quite close now a large formation of land with a large village built upon it. The trip really was short, and he had now actually arrived.
