Koneko and Akina (Training)

Akina wandered into the forest of Konoha. Something about it seemed off today, but it
was still peaceful and relaxing just the same.
Her body wanted to push itself today, particularly in the ways of
nin-taijutsu. She spotted a fairly dead,
knotted tree and began walking toward it.
Her arms were poised for a stance, and she began directing the chakra
through her body from her stomach to her hands.
Her chakra control was very precise despite her age. She had grown a little since her birth, but
she still wasn’t as strong as some of her friends. This was beginning to annoy her, so she
decided to train.


As she beat at the tree with some of her clan’s movements
that had been drilled into her by her aunt and uncle, but she hadn’t trained as
much as she had hoped. Recently, she
found herself busy with missions and hopes of becoming a Chunin, but these
things were no excuse in the girl’s opinion.
She wanted to find a way to incorporate her own element and twists into
the Hyuuga’s power. This had been the
girl’s goal from the time she had started training with the aunt who had raised
her as her own.

Joseph sat in a tree not far from the one the girl was practicing on. This is a good chance to gather some information. Of course, I don't want to draw attention to myself... The girl known as Koneko was already around him. He sent her off to meet this newcomer as he himself pretended to sleep. Have fun, my pet.

Koneko jumped through the trees to the one known as Akina. “Hi there! I'm Koneko! Who are you?” She would ask this all as she had watched Akina practice on the tree. “Oh, are you training? Mind if I join you?” She didn't wait for an answer before she started looking around for something heavy. Sighting a rock, she went “oh” and picked it up. It was heavy, but, with a bit of effort she got it up over her head and held it there. “So, where are you from? I'm from Kirigakure, but I escaped before the new person took it over. Are you from around here?”
