Viper hears his words, he nods. "Very well, it seems my business here is done.
There is no need to start a war over a traitor, should you find out who is targeting our alliance ensure that you inform me."
Viper looks to his left towards his brother and nods once, Viper's form begins to swirl. "I leave Kirigakure no Sato in your hands then, hopefully it will find peace under true leadership."
Viper's form fades the swirl taking him away as he transcends this world in to his own.

Echo returns the nod and turns his attention back to the Leader of Sky and his TMR's...He quite comically bumps his chest twice and flashes a peace sign before swirling away his voice echoing with a declaration of "Peace out!"
